Wird die Zungenschiene nun von einem Zug überfahren, so werden die dabei auftretenden Kräfte nicht mehr von der Federeinrichtung abgefangen, sondern unmittelbar auf die Befestigungsflansche übertragen. Je nach Belastung kann es dann zu einer Deformation oder gar zum Bruch kommen. Nachdem die eigentliche Ursache erkannt worden war, kam dann die "eigentliche Erfindung" in Form der erwähnten Begrenzungseinrichtung, durch die nun eine fehlerhafte Höheneinstellung der Zungenschiene unmöglich ist.The invention now goes a new way. Im Hinblick auf die Problematik, daß beim Umstellen zum Teil recht hohe Umstellkräfte erforderlich sind und sich dabei ein recht ruckhaftes Umstellen ergibt, sieht die Erfindung gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausbildung nunmehr eine Zungenhebevorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art mit einer der Backenschiene zugewandten vorderen Rolle und einer der Backenschiene abgewandten hinteren Rolle vor, wobei die Rollen am Zungenheberbügel gelagert sind und über dessen Oberseite überstehen, und die hintere Rolle weniger weit über die Oberseite des Zungenheberbügels übersteht als die vordere Rolle. Auch dem zuvor genannten Problem lag zunächst die Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß sich die hohen Umstellkräfte und das zum Teil ruckhafte Umstellen dadurch ergeben, daß die Zungenschiene mit ihrem Zungenschienenfuß beim Umstellen der Weiche gegen die hintere Rolle "läuft", also quasi dagegen schlägt. Je nachdem, wie weit die hintere Rolle über die Oberseite des Zungenheberbügels übersteht, sind mehr oder weniger hohe Umstellkräfte erforderlich. Diese Erkenntnis führte dazu, die hintere Rolle gegenüber der vorderen Rolle abzusenken, so daß also die hintere Rolle weniger weit über die Oberseite des Zungenheberbügels übersteht als die vordere Rolle. Hierdurch wird das Auflaufen auf die hintere Rolle erheblich erleichtert. Zur Vermeidung des plötzlichen und ruckhaften Absenkens ist bei einer Zungenhebevorrichtung der zuletzt genannten Art, bei der der Zungenheberbügel zwei Platten aufweist, zwischen denen die Rollen gelagert sind, gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die Zungenhebevorrichtung eine ein seitliches Ausweichen bzw. Auseinanderdrücken der Platten bei Belastung verhindernde Halteeinrichtung aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist festgestellt worden, daß sich die geschilderte Problematik - das plötzliche ruckhafte Absenken des Zungenheberbügels bei Belastung - beim Stand der Technik dadurch ergibt, daß die beiden Platten bei Belastung auseinander und gegen das Gestell gedrückt werden. Hierdurch tritt eine zum Teil erhebliche Reibkraft auf, die erst überwunden werden muß. Nach dem Einstellen beider Zungenhebevorrichtungen 1 wird die Einstellmutter 19 mit Hilfe der Kontermutter 21 gekontert. Sodann wird die Schutzkappe 25 wieder aufgesetzt. Claims (15)

  1. A switch-tongue lifting device (1) having a bearing block (2) for a cradle (4) comprising a rigid rail (3), a switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) for a switch-tongue (6), which yoke is swivel-mounted on the cradle (4), and an adjusting device (7) for adjusting the height of the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5), which adjusting device acts against a spring device (8) which can be pressure-loaded, wherein the loading of the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5), which is transmitted via the switch-tongue (6), acts against the spring force of the spring device (8), characterised in that a limiting device is provided for limiting the height adjustment of the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) in such a way that the spring travel of the spring device (8) is greater than zero at the maximum height setting.
  2. A switch-tongue lifting device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the limiting device cooperates with the spring device (8) in such a way that the spring travel of the spring device (8) is greater than or equal to zero at the maximum height setting of the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) in a loading situation.
  3. A switch-tongue lifting device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the adjusting device (7) is supported on the cradle (4), is attached articulated to the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) and has a screwed connection (16) for adjusting the height of the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5).
  4. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the screwed connection (16) comprises a pulling bolt (17) which is mounted on the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) at least and which has a screw thread (18), and on to which an adjusting nut (19) is screwed, which adjusting nut is seated directly or indirectly against the spring device (8), so that when the adjusting nut (19) is screwed down the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) is swivelled upwards against the spring force of the spring device (8).
  5. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the limiting device has a stop on the screw thread (18) of the pulling bolt (17), so that the adjusting nut (19) can only be screwed down as far as the stop.
  6. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stop is constructed as a shoulder or step, and that a screw thread-free region (22) preferably adjoins the screw thread (18) and the shoulder or step, respectively.
  7. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the spring device (8) comprises spring washers (23) which are slid on to the pulling bolt (17), and that the outside diameter of the screw thread-free region (22) preferably approximately corresponds to the inside diameter of the spring washers (23).
  8. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a protective cap (25) comprising at least one vent orifice (26) is slid on to the adjusting device (7).
  9. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the limiting device has at least one stop disposed above the switch-tongue lifting yoke.
  10. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the limiting device comprises at least one elongated hole aligned in the direction of swivelling of the switch-tongue lifting yoke and comprises a projection which engages in the elongated hole.
  11. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a front roller (28) facing the rigid rail (3) and a back roller (29) remote from the rigid rail (3) are provided, wherein the rollers (28, 29) are mounted on the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) and project above the upper face (27) thereof, and that the back roller (29) projects less far above the upper face (27) of the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) than does the front roller (28).
  12. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the back roller (29) has a larger diameter than the front roller (28).
  13. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the switch-tongue lifting yoke (5) comprises two plates (30, 31) between which the rollers (28, 29) are mounted, and that a holding device (37) is provided which prevents the plates (30, 31) from being pushed apart laterally under loading.
  14. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding device (37) comprises a screwed or plug-in connection which rigidly joins the plates (30, 31) to each other.
  15. A switch-tongue lifting device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding device (37) comprises a spacer element, preferably a spacer bush (40), disposed between the plates (30, 31).
