Abstract

The pressurising pump consists of a body (6) defining a chamber (7) in which moves axially, a piston (8) connected to a rod (9) whose movement is controlled by a motor. Inlet to the pump of the fluid is via the portion (10) and outlet is via the porting (11) from whence it is fed to an applicator (3). The pump is characterised in that its external face (14) is enclosed in a jacket (16) which forms a space (18) between this face (14) and the inner wall (17) of the jacket (16). Pour le marquage routier, on utilise une installation comprenant :

  • un réservoir pour le produit à projeter,
  • un dispositif applicateur,
  • un circuit principal comprenant au moins une pompe qui, prélevant le produit stocké dans le réservoir, amène celui-ci au dispositif applicateur avec une pression prédéterminée.

cette pompe étant CARACTERISEE en ce que :
- d'une part, autour de sa face (14) externe, le corps (6) de la pompe présente des moyens (15) de fixation amovible d'une chemise (16) apte à ceinturer le corps de la pompe en réservant entre la face externe (14) du corps de la pompe et la face (17) interne de la chemise et entre leurs portées de contact, une chambre (18) dite annexe et, - d'autre part, l'un des éléments que sont la chemise et le corps comprend au moins indirectement notamment au niveau des portées précitées des moyens (19) d'étanchéité de l'emmanchement de la chemise sur la face externe du corps de la pompe, l'ensemble comportant en outre des moyens (20) de raccordement hydraulique de la chambre à un circuit annexe dans lequel circule un fluide d'échange thermique.
