Claims (10)

  1. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß mit Garantieverschlußdeckel, der, ausgehend von einem Basisteil (1) zur Verbindung mit einem Behälter (2), einen rohrförmigen Hals (3) aufweist, auf den eine Schraubverschlußkappe (11) aufsetzbar ist, wobei der Hals innen durch einen Verschlußdeckel (15) verschlossen ist, der mit dem Hals über einen Bereich (16) verminderter Festigkeit verbunden ist und auf dem ein innerhalb des Halses zentrisch nach oben ragender zylindrischer Fortsatz (17) angeordnet ist, wobei die Verschlußkappe dazu eingerichtet ist in der Schliessstellung mit dem Hals unter Verschluß desselben zusammen zu wirken und einen axial auf den Fortsatz aufsetzbaren Rohrstutzen (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen (9) derart ausgebildet ist, dass er mit dem Hals über Schraubmittel (8, 7) zusammenwirkt und daß Mittel (18) vorgesehen sind, um den Stutzen (9) und den Fortsatz (17), nach dem erstmaligen Zusammenfügen durch Aufschrauben der Verschlußkappe auf den Hals, im Abschraubsinn drehfest miteinander zu verbinden.
  2. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (19 zur drehfesten Verbindung des Stutzens und des Fortsatzes axialen Verbindungsmitteln (23) zugeordnet sind.
  3. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur drehfesten Verbindung des Stutzens und des Fortsatzes durch Rasten (18, 22) mit asymetrischen Sperrzähnen gebildet sind.
  4. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasten komplementär zueinander auf der Stirnseite des Fortsatzes und am Boden (21) des Stutzens ausgebildet sind.
  5. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasten komplementär zueinander an der äußeren Umfangswand des Fortsatzes und der inneren Umfangswand des Stutzens ausgebildet sind.
  6. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur axialen Verbindung durch Schraubgewindegänge (24, 25) gebildet sind, die auf der Innenumfangswand des Stutzens und der Außenumfangswand des Fortsatzes ausgebildet sind.
  7. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur axialen Verbindung durch eine im geradlinig winklige, querverlaufenden asymetrische Umfangsrippe (26) gebildet sind, die entweder auf der Innenseite des Stutzens oder auf der Außenseite des Fortsatzes angeordnet und dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einer komplementären Gestaltung (27) des Fortsatzes bzw. des Stutzens zusammenzuwirken.
  8. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen auf der Innenseite (10) einer Verschlußkappe (11) ausgebildet ist, die außerdem eine zu dem Stutzen koaxiale Randleiste (13) aufweist, die den Hals übergreifen kann.
  9. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hals durch ein trompetenförmiges Oberteil (5) verlängert ist, das eine zum Zusammenwirken mit der Innenseite und mit der Randleiste der Verschlußkappe (11) eingerichtete äußere Lippe bildet.
  10. Einen Ausgießer aufweisender Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlußdeckel im Wesentlichen in der Ebene der Basis des Halses ausgebildet ist, der über einen Balg (4) mit dem Verbindungsbasisteil verbunden ist.
