Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrzylinder- Motorblocks durch Gießen aus Grauguß, mit wenigstens einer eingeformten Kanalanordnung, die der Schmiermittelversorgung von Lagerstellen dient, bei dem die aus Hauptkanal (6) und Zweigkanälen (7) gebildete Kanalanordnung durch ein zusammenhängendes in seinem vorgesehenen Verlauf vorgefertigtes Rohrsystem aus Stahlrohren gebildet wird, das mit einem fließfähigen, aushärtbaren Gießereiformstoff gefüllt wird und anschließend in die Gießform eingelegt und zumindest teilweise eingeformt wird, bei dem danach die nicht vom Formstoff der Gießform umschlossenen Teile des Rohrsystems mit der Metallschmelze umgossen werden und anschließend nach dem Ausformen des Gußstücks der Formstoff aus dem nunmehr eingegossenen Rohrsystem entfernt wird, wobei die Wandstärke derjenigen Rohre des Rohrsystems, die vom Gußwerkstoff zumindest zum Teil umschlossen werden, auf die größte Wandstärke des Gußstücks im Umschließungsbereich abgestimmt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gießereiformstoff einen aushärtbaren Binder enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Binder sich unter Hitzeeinwirkung thermisch zersetzt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrsystem aus Normalstahl hergestellt ist und mit einem Überzug auf einem NE-Metall versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrsystem aus Teilstücken zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die einzelnen Teilstücke an ihren gegenseitigen Anschlußstellen dicht miteinander verbunden sind.
