Eine Lackiereinrichtung besteht dabei in an sich bekannter Weise aus einem bogenführenden Gegendruckzylinder sowie einen Formzylinder. Die Druckform des Formzylinders bei einer Lackiereinrichtung kann beispielsweise als ein einfaches Gummituch ausgebildet sein (vollflächiges Lackieren). Bei partiellen Lackieren bzw. bei sogenanntem Spot-Lackieren finden als Druckformen auch sogenannte ausgesparte Gummitücher Verwendung. Für besonders aufwendige Lackier- bzw. Veredelungsarbeiten werden als Druckformen spezielle
Lackplatten oder neuerdings auch sogenannte Nyloflex-Platten verwendet, bei denen auf einem Alu-Träger nach Art einer Offsetdruckplatte ein Flexoklischee aufgebracht ist. Die Lackiereinrichtung arbeitet dann nach dem Hochdruck- bzw. Flexodruckverfahren.

Zuvor wurde eine als Offsetdruckplatte ausgebildete Druckform 5 in einer entsprechenden Klemmschiene befestigt und der Formzylinder 1 in Drehrichtung des Druckens angetrieben. Es kann dabei vorgesehen sein, daß die Waschwalze 4 genau dann an den Formzylinder angestellt wird, wenn der Druckanfang des Formzylinders 1 der Waschwalze 4 ungefähr gegenüberliegt. Die Waschwalze 4 kann während des gesamten Aufziehvorganges der Druckform 5 um den Außenumfang des Formzylinders 1 an diesen angestellt bleiben. Claims (10)

Vorrichtung zum Aufziehen flexibler Druckformen auf dem Formzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere in den Druckwerken oder Lackiereinrichtungen von Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, mit einer dem Formzylinder zugeordneten Andrückwalze,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Andrückwalze als eine an den Formzylinder (1) an- und abstellbar gelagerte Waschwalze (4) einer Waschvorrichtung (3) ausgebildet ist.
