Definitions

  • the invention relates to a soft film packaging without sealing tape for cuboid stacks of flexible flat objects, especially folded paper tissues, with plane-parallel top walls, two narrower, these side walls connecting, two shorter, plane-parallel end walls, and with a Line of weakness to delimit a tearable, approximately circular or oval-shaped surface section for Creation of an opening for the removal of individual Objects where the opening maintains the shape of the packaging without the need to close the opening again Adhesive tape not affected.
  • Such packaging is known from EP-A-225 865.
  • This additional adhesive strip to be attached however means additional material and manufacturing costs, and is also deficient in that if the adhesive strips are not carefully taped under May also stick to the handkerchiefs and as a result, as well as dust, loses its adhesive strength. In addition, the packaging is too large openings also when taping with the adhesive tape in their shape is unstable.
  • US-A-2 269 039 shows relatively stiff cardboard packaging, the lid of which is opened by a flap can be.
  • DE-A-40 07 709 shows a soft film packaging for flexible objects such as napkins with a tear opening at one corner is provided.
  • tissue pack known without adhesive strips (EP-A-225 865)
  • the one in a main area of the packaging has a circular or oval shaped, prepared removal opening.
  • the Handkerchiefs inside are special folded, and lies under this circular opening a fold or corner of the top handkerchief. This measure should make it possible to: Handkerchief to grasp at the edge or at the corner and pull it out of this circular opening, the handkerchief should unfold at the same time.
  • this known solution requires a proportionate one large discharge opening, because otherwise Handkerchief can not be removed without tearing can.
  • the larger the removal opening such a package tends to become soiled of content and poor dimensional stability.
  • the object of the present invention is to achieve this based on a soft film packaging for flexible flat Objects, in particular folded paper handkerchiefs, to create the without adhesive tape for subsequent locking after use good shape stability after opening retains as well as only a minor Has a tendency to pollution, and the total simple and inexpensive at high packaging speeds can be produced.
  • a soft film packaging of the beginning mentioned type is characterized by a first Line of weakness, the area section that can be torn or torn bounded by a top wall into the adjacent end wall via an intermediate one Packing edge extends approximately midway between the adjacent corners and an expansion of about a third of the Has length of the packaging edge, and two are in the area this packing edge between the first line of weakness on both sides to the adjacent one Second lines of weakness extending at corners.
  • Such a soft film packaging can be opened simple way by tearing or tearing off the surface section along the first line of weakness to open. Then the one on top of the packaging flat object (e.g. paper handkerchief) easily gripped and out of the area of the packaging edge are pulled out, then this area tears along the second lines of weakness, so that the flat object is removed as a whole can be, or become the second lines of weakness by reaching into it by tearing it up or tearing it off opening made along the first line of weakness torn open. Even after removing the items, especially paper tissues remains in the Basically just the opening along the first line of weakness, during the opening area along the second lines of weakness due to its area essentially closes again at the edge of the pack.
  • the packaging flat object e.g. paper handkerchief
  • the approximately circular or oval-shaped surface section can be closed, so that it is generally completely torn off when opened becomes.
  • the First weakening line delimiting surface section in the area of those adjacent to the top wall End wall interrupted so that the surface section is only tearable, but still with the front wall stays connected.
  • the surface section preferably has an extension of about 15-20 mm so that it is easy Be torn up or torn off in one piece can and the safe grasping of the uppermost Object (handkerchief).
  • the second Lines of weakness not exactly along the edge of the package, but at a short distance in the Cover wall arranged parallel to the edge of the pack, e.g. at a distance of 2 mm. This ensures that the second lines of weakness are outside the Rounding between the surfaces of the packaging and thus the opening in this area Removal of an object closes well again.
  • the first and second lines of weakness are preferably line perforation lines. For easier Open the packaging along the first line of weakness it is also possible to make a short on the Part of this first line of weakness lying on the top wall to train as a separating cut.
  • the part of the first designed as a separating cut has a chord dimension of approx. 8-10 mm and is approximately symmetrical in the middle of the surface section arranged.
  • the soft film packaging shown in Figure 1 contains a cuboid stack of folded Paper handkerchiefs 13 or other flexible flat Objects.
  • the packaging has two plane-parallel ones Cover walls 1, 2 and four of these Cover walls 1, 2 connecting side walls 3, 4, 5, 6. Of these side walls are due to the format the side walls 5 and 6 are formed as shorter end walls.
  • FIG. 2 A corresponding film cut is shown in FIG. 2 see.
  • the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 are through the side walls 3 and 4 with each other connected, the side wall 4 of the two Sections 4a and 4b, which are glued together or welded.
  • the end walls 5 and 6 are composed of sections 5a-5d and 6a-6d
  • first dividing line 8a, 8b attached, which is a circular or oval surface section 7 bounded.
  • second lines of weakness 9 extend into the subsequent ones Corners 11 of the packaging.
  • a paper handkerchief should now be made from such a pack 13 or the like can be removed, so the surface section 7 is first along the first line of weakness 8a, 8b torn or torn.
  • the top paper handkerchief 13 or the like through the opening thus created be grasped and pulled out as a whole.
  • the second lines of weakness tear when pulled out 9 so that an opening over the full width of the Pack is created.
  • the one along the second lines of weakness 9 resulting opening area closes but again by itself because of the geometry the pack and the location on the pack edge 10 is automatically pulled into the closed position. All that remains is the one through the first line of weakness 8a, 8b delimited opening, which, however, is proportionate is small compared to the pack, so the The risk of contamination is low.
  • the second weakening lines 9 are not exactly at the packaging edge 10, but in a small amount Distance of e.g. 2 mm from the packaging edge 10 arranged on the top wall 1. Through this The second weakening line 9 lies outside the position Round the pack so that it can be removed after removal a handkerchief 13 or the like is better closes by itself.
  • the extension of the surface section 7, the along the first line of weakness 8a, 8b the pack edge 10 (or also the pack edge 12) is approx. 15-20 mm. This size is one good compromise between easy grasping the top item 13 and one if possible small ones remaining after the first removal Opening.
  • the end wall 5 is about a third the length of the packaging edge 10, and is approximately in the center arranged between the two adjacent corners 11.
  • Both the first weakening line 8a, 8b, and the second weakening lines 9 are also preferred Stroke perforation lines around the pack on the one hand keep well closed and on the other hand one targeted opening along the lines of weakness enable.
  • the first line of weakness 8a, 8b so far as homogeneous Line of weakness described. Opening the package or the surface section 7 can, however do particularly well if the first line of weakness from part 8a with line perforation and a centrally arranged part 8b with a separating cut is trained.
  • Can open the pack e.g. a finger along the top wall 1 towards the parting section 8b pushed and depressed be so that then by pushing of the finger under the surface section 7 of this can be torn open.
  • the shape of the surface section 7 is approximately circular or oval.
  • the surface section 7 is described in the Embodiment of the first line of weakness 8a, 8b bounded, but it has no closed Shape. So this means that when the package is torn open the surface section 7 hinge-like with the End wall 5 remains connected, which has the advantage that the surface section 7 largely captive on the Package sticks and does not pollute the environment.
  • the packaging according to the invention can but also be provided with a surface section, that of a closed first line of weakness 8a, 8b is bounded; however, there is a risk that after tearing open the surface section 7 this is completely torn down and lost.
