Claims (6)

  1. Elektrischer Heizkessel für eine in einem offenen oder geschlossenen Kreislauf im Durchfluß befindliche Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit (FC), in Form einer Anordnung, die Platten (P) aufweist, die auf ihren beiden Seiten Wellungen, beispielsweise in Form eines Fischgrätenmusters, aufweisen, und die zwischen zwei Böden untereinander mittels Spannstangen zusammengehalten sind, und die in ihren Ecken Öffnungen (3, 4, 5, 6) aufweisen, die in dem Stapel Eintritts- und Austrittsdurchgänge begrenzen, die den Durchfluß eines Fluids ermöglichen, das an der Oberfläche der Platten in den zwischen diesen vorhandenen Zwischenraum fließt, wobei die Anordnung aus zumindest einem Modul aufgebaut ist, das zwei tiefgezogene Platten (P) aufweist, deren Wellungen auf ihren beiden Seiten in der gleichen Richtung verlaufen, und zwischen denen zumindest ein Heizblock (I) eingefügt ist, der in Form eines homogenen Blockes ausgebildet ist, in dessen Innerem ein Heizwiderstand (R) eingebettet ist, und dessen Außenabmessungen und Struktur seiner Außenseiten denen der einzelnen Platten (P) entsprechen, wobei der Block in seinen Ecken ebenfalls Öffnungen (3, 4, 5, 6) aufweist, die denjenigen der tiefgezogenen Platten (P) entsprechen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Wellungen in Form eines Fischgrätenmusters, die der Heizblock (I) auf seinen beiden Außenseiten (A, B) aufweist, in entgegengesetzten Richtungen orientiert sind,
    der im Mittelteil des Heizblockes (I) eingebettete Widerstand (R) sich parallel zu an die Außenseiten (A, B) angelegten Tangentialebenen erstreckt, wobei die elektrischen Anschlüsse seitlich angeordnet sind.
  2. Elektrischer Heizkessel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Mehrzahl von aneinandergereihten Heizblöcken (I) aufweist, die zwischen zwei tiefgezogenen Platten (P) eingefügt sind, wobei die elektrischen Anschlüsse seitlich auf derselben Seite angeordnet sind.
  3. Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizblock (I) auf der Basis eines leitfähigen Materials ausgebildet ist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Metalle, Komposite, Graphite, Kunststoffe umfaßt.
  4. Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizblock (I) durch Abformung gefertigt ist, wobei der eingekapselte elektrische Widerstand (R) bei diesem Vorgang eingearbeitet wird.
  5. Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wirksamen Außenseiten des Heizblockes (I) eine Oberflächenbehandlung erhalten haben.
  6. Heizkessel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächenbehandlung des Heizblockes (I) aus einer Polytetrafluorethylen-, Chrom-, Nickel-Beschichtung besteht.
