Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Klemmen bzw. Crimpen eines Endes einer Seele (2) eines Leiters (3) in einem Kontaktelement (1), mit einem vorderen Kontaktabschnitt (8) und einem zum Klemmen bzw. Crimpen im hinteren Abschnitt (4), der mit einer Öffnung (9) versehen ist, in die das Ende der Leiterseele (2) eingeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - einen Schritt des Schließens von vorderen Halbspannbakken(11,12) auf eine ersten Eindrückung oder Vertiefung (7) des vorderen Abschnitts (8), wobei die vorderen Halbspannbacken (11,12) eine zur ersten Vertiefung komplementäre zweite Vertiefung (53,63) aufweisen, derart, daß der vordere Abschnitt (8) in den vorderen Halspannbacken (11,12) in einer Zugrichtung (F') der vorderen Halspannbacken (11,12) gehalten wird, und des Schließens von hinteren Halspannbacken (21,22) auf eine dritte Vertiefung (4) des hinteren Verbindungabschnitts, wobei die dritte Vertiefung (4) kegelstumpfförmig ist und sich in eine Zugrichtung (F') der hinteren Halspannbacken (21,22) aufweitet, wobei die hinteren Halspannbacken (21,22) einen vierten kegelstumpfförmigen Stempel (72,82) der wenigstens teilweise komplementär zum dritten Stempel (4) ist, aufweisen,
    - einen Schritt der Beabstandung der vorderen (11,12) und hinteren (21,22) Halspannbacken in eine Zugrichtung (F'), ein Schritt, bei dem der hintere kegelstumpfförmige Abschnitt (4) durch Ziehen sich derart einhalst, daß das Ende der Seele (2) des Leiters (3) gecrimpt wird,
    - einen Schritt des Öffnens der vorderen (11,12) und hinteren (21,22) Halspannbacken, um das Kontaktelement (1) freizugeben.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (9) kegelstumpfförmig ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (9) wenigstens einen vorbringenden Bereich (92) aufweist, der dazu dient, in das Ende der Seele (2) des Leiters (3) einzudrücken.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorspringende Bereich ein Gewinde (92) ist.
