Claims (14)
- Einbauelement für eine Öffnung in der Außenwand eines Gebäudes, insbesondere einer elektrischen Umspann- oder Schaltstation, mit mehreren in einem Rahmen oder Gehäuse vorgesehenen Schwenkklappen (18) zum Abdecken eines offenen Lüfterquerschnittes, wobei sich parallel übereinander in einer vertikalen Fluchtlinie zwischen Seitenwangen (14) des Rahmens oder Gehäuses sowie außermittig dieser Seitenwangen Achsstäbe (16) für die Schwenkklappen erstrecken, die an den Achsstäben exzentrisch gelagert sowie um diese durch Druck auf einen der Abschnitte drehbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwenkklappen (18,42) jeweils aus einem Klappenkörper (22) und einer davon abragenden Flügelleiste (26) bestehen, daß im Bereich des Klappenkörpers ein Lagerkanal (25) für den Achsstab (16) verläuft und die vom Klappenkörper ausgehende Flügelleiste nahe des Lagerkanals vom Klappenkörper in einem Winkel (q) zum Lagerkanal hin geneigt ist, wobei der Klappenkörper als Kraftspeicher exzentrisch gelagert und durch Druck auf seine Flügelleiste um den Achsstab drehbar ist. - Einbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelleiste (26) der in Öffnungsstellung aktiv gelagerten Schwenkklappe (18) als Druckentlastungsklappe in Einbaustellung oberhalb der von Achsstab (16) und Lagerkanal (25) gebildeten Lagerstelle angeordnet und der Klappenkörper (22) zum Gebäudeinneren gerichtet ist.
- Einbauelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Öffnungsstellung der Schwenkklappe (18) das Ende der Flügelleiste (26) einem Anschlag anliegt, der an der Außenkante (15a) der Seitenwange (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Einbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelleiste (26) der in Schließstellung aktiv gelagerten Schwenkklappe (18) als Druckverschluß in Einbaustellung unterhalb der von Achsstab (16) und Lagerkanal (25) gebildeten Lagerstelle angeordnet und der Klappenkörper (22) zur Gebäudeaußenseite gerichtet ist.
- Einbauelement nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß in Öffnungsstellung der Schwenkklappe (18) das Ende der Flügelleiste (26) einem Anschlag anliegt, der in an sich bekannter Weise an der Innenkante (15) der Seitenwange (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Einbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klappenkörper (22) querschnittlich etwa rechteckförmig ist und an einer Schmalseite (23) nahe einer Unterfläche (32) ein Teilkreisansatz (24) für den Lagerkanal (25) angeformt ist, dem an der anderen Ecke der Schmalseite die Flügelleiste (26) gegenüberliegt.
- Einbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in eine Fläche (32) des Klappenkörpers (22) wenigstens eine Nut (34) für eine Dichtlippe (36) eingebracht ist.
- Einbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Rückenfläche (30) des Klappenkörpers (22) mit der Flügelleiste (26) einen Winkel (q) von mehr als 100°, bevorzugt etwa 135°, bestimmt.
- Einbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Schließstellung der Schwenkklappen (18) deren Dichtlippen (36) an einer durch die Achsquerschnitte gelegten Fluchtlinie (Q) jeweils die Flügelleiste (26) der benachbarten Schwenkklappe berühren.
- Einbauelement nach Anspruch 7 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine dem Rahmen (12,13) benachbarte Dichtlippe (36) des endwärtigen Klappenkörpers (22) einem Anschlag (20) des Rahmens anliegt.
- Einbauelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Öffnungsstellung der Schwenkklappen (18) deren Flügelleisten (26) in Abstand zur jeweils benachbarten Schwenkklappe stehen, wobei der querschnittlich etwa rechteckige Klappenkörper (22) etwa horizontal von der der Flügelleiste abgekehrten Seite der Schwenkachse (16) abragt.
- Einbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelleiste (26) endwärtig einen etwa parallel zur Rückenfläche (30) des Klappenkörpers (22) verlaufenden Winkelarm (27) aufweist, der in offenem Zustand als Anschlag dient und in geschlossenem Zustand der benachbarten Dichtlippe (36) anliegt.
- Einbauelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Anschlag für die Schwenkklappe (42) eine Profilrinne (44) des Einbauelementes dient, welche beidseits eines mittleren Wandabschnittes (45) jeweils einen aufwärts gewinkelten Wandabschnitt (45a,45b) aufweist, wobei zumindest der der Schwenkklappe nahe Winkel dem Winkel zwischen Flügelleiste (26) und Winkelarm (27) entspricht.
- Einbauelement nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilrinne (44) zwei gegenläufig gerichtete Schlitze (48) zur Aufnahme der Längskanten von Lochblechen (50) od. dgl. Platten aufweist, die etwa parallel zur Schwenkklappe (42) in deren Schließstellung verlaufen.
