Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an awning according to the preamble of claim 1 or according to the preamble of claim 6. Such awnings are known. For example, such an awning is on the market under the name Diskus Vertical (trademark of the Lohausen company). A similar awning is described in DE-A1 4103474. Fig. 2 was taken from this document published on August 13, 1992 and added to the present drawing to explain the state of the art.
Known awnings according to the generic terms listed have proven themselves in practice as stable awnings. The use of such awnings is generally not a problem, but under certain circumstances, assembly and connection with alternating loads (e.g. due to gusty winds) can cause problems.
The very solid support plate (21) from Fig. 2 transfers a large part of the weight of the entire awning construction due to its solid screw connection. How large this proportion is depends on how much of the weight is absorbed by the abutment (31a). Last but not least, this is a question of tolerance. If the distance from the plate (21) to the effective surfaces of the abutment (31a) is shorter than the distance between the plate (21) and the effective surfaces of the locking lug (32a), almost the entire weight of the awning is due to the plate (21) transferred, especially since after tightening the screws (19 and 20) there is play between the above-mentioned effective surfaces, so that no significant gravity can be transmitted there. In such a case, strong dynamic loads on the awning are transmitted directly via the plate, which is why it must also be designed to be stable, which disadvantageously leads to a relatively bulky lower part of the awning. This is becoming the trend after all smaller and more elegant awning constructions, rejected by many customers. The invention is therefore based on the object, inter alia, to find a more elegant construction that is smaller in size.
Another problem arose when installing a known awning according to FIG. 2: the bores in the plate (21) in the holding profile and in the wall profile (1) must be arranged very precisely; During assembly, the holes that belong together must lie exactly on top of one another, as this could result in undesired jamming or spitting of the screws (19, 20). For a fitter, this usually means a lot of work. The invention is therefore also based on the object of the desire to make such an awning construction easier to assemble. The task for further training is to keep the upper part of the awning as free as possible from movable fastening devices so that the awning can also be attached directly under a blanket.
The first tasks are satisfactory for the first time and are solved, for example, by applying the features in claims 1 and 6 respectively. The insertion of a comparatively slim mounting plate instead of a solid support plate into the grooves according to the invention is in principle not a problem since it can be done from the side. If for some reason the two grooves are not exactly opposite, the mounting plate can still be pushed in laterally. Due to their tongue and groove action, according to the invention there is subsequently a level compensation between the grooves, if such is necessary. The mounting plate acts like a wedge. Since the lateral displaceability now only has to be guaranteed for the mounting plate and at a time when the plate is already inserted a piece in two grooves and is thus secured against falling down, the immediate advantage is that the fitter has less effort and, for example can do without a helper. In the case of various known awning constructions, the heavy awning construction had to be moved laterally in order to achieve a corresponding alignment of the holes, only then could the screwing be started.
Die in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschriebenen Ausbildungen ergeben dabei folgende Vorteile und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten:Further developments and further developments of the invention result from the use of features from the dependent claims and / or the description of the figures and the drawings. The training courses described in the dependent claims result in the following advantages and possible uses:
The use of two abutments and locking lugs means that larger forces can be absorbed with little effort, so that the awning is ready for use almost immediately after hanging. In the case of the known device, for example, the awning could not be swiveled to the side until the support plate was installed. With the new one, the insertion of the mounting plate is to be understood as a safeguard rather than an absolutely necessary measure for assembly.
An at first glance similar construction with a plate is described in EP-A1-500030. However, there is no latch-abutment connection in the sense that has an independent supporting function. The plate provided there (17; Fig.2)) does not have a securing and assembly-facilitating function, but rather creates the actual connection between the support profile (8) and wall profile (7) in the manner of a fir tree foot. This is disadvantageous in that at the same time the awning is raised, supported on the abutment (9, 10), the plate (17) is pushed in and the screw (14) has to be tightened in order to enable a secure connection. This is complex and requires a high concentration of fitters to enable a secure connection. In addition, another screw (12) must also be turned to ensure good fixation.
If, in the invention, one groove allows more play (larger groove width) than the other, it is irrelevant whether the locking lugs have been fully hooked in or whether the support profile e.g. still hanging a little too high.
The mounting screw is particularly advantageously designed as a pressure screw, which tries to push the mounting plate away from the wall profile. The threaded hole must of course be designed accordingly and a corresponding abutment for the screw tip must be provided on the wall profile, a separate support projection being preferred. However, the pressure screw could, for example, also press on a screw head of the screws that hold the wall profile on the wall. If necessary, however, the screw could also be supported on the support profile. (The mounting screw or an additional screw can possibly secure the plate in one of the two grooves before mounting). For special cases, for example, the mounting plate could also be formed in one piece with the support profile, so that the pressure screw is guided in a threaded hole in the support profile and presses against the wall profile from below.
It may be particularly preferred to only make the wall profile, the support part and the mounting plate from e.g. to build up about equally wide sections, especially since a supporting part held by them carries the other parts of the awning; the support profile, however, forms the closed housing of the awning with the other parts of the cassette.
The displaceable countersinking of nuts or screw heads or threaded plates in grooves of the corresponding parts or profiles is particularly advantageous, especially since this results in an integrated structure. In connection with the construction of the wall profile, support profile and support part, this also results in an independent invention insofar as all relevant Parts can be easily moved or adjusted to each other without the need for additional holes. For a better understanding, reference is first made to FIG. 4 from the prior art: the support part (3c) is connected to the support profile (2c) by means of screws (12c, d); for this purpose, holes are provided both in the support part (3c) and in the support profile (2c). Therefore, the support profile (2c) is inevitably fixed at a specific location of the support part (3c). This also applies to the cassette (27), which is only shown in broken lines. Conversely, this means that the wall profile (1c), which is usually divided, must be fixed at certain points on the wall (16) in order to come to lie opposite the support profile (2c). However, this is not always possible because many walls are not sufficiently level or do not have sufficient load-bearing capacity at all points. This results in problems, which the distributor of the awning according to the state of the art himself admits, inter alia: "Despite careful installation of the hanging plates, repeated hanging of the complete awning system is often unavoidable." and "The specified position of the mounting plate cannot be changed, this often results in installation difficulties.". These problems are avoided by the measures according to the invention mentioned last. Support parts can now be moved relative to the support profile, as can the support profile relative to the wall profile.
At the same time, this results in the advantage that the support profile has no through bores that could be optically disruptive, at least when installed on the ceiling. The self-locking design of the mounting screw also serves for safety.

The awning has e.g.
The support profile 2 has locking lugs 32 a, b, which engage in the assembled state in abutments 31 a, b, which are formed on a wall profile 1. The wall profile 1 is fastened to a wall by means of
The support profile 2 and the wall profile 1 have two - in the assembled state - opposing
As soon as the mounting plate is pushed in, this results in a security against the removal of the support profile 2 from the wall profile 1. This security is reinforced by a mounting screw 5, which is designed as a pressure screw and - guided in a threaded hole in the mounting plate - against a support projection 6 on Presses wall profile 1 and thus braces the mounting
The wall mount shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 or the wall profile 1 a, b could also be further developed or arranged within the scope of the invention in such a way that the abutments 31 a, b act horizontally. The securing direction of the mounting screw 5 is then of course also horizontal, while the
The
The
In the case of the
The invention could also be used independently of an awning as a universal holder for other devices that are to be attached to walls or ceilings.
The
The
Combinations between the illustrated features of all figures are also worth mentioning within the scope of the invention.
