Abstract

The frame has two vertical struts (2) and at least one cross member (8,9,11), which can be selectively attached to the struts at different heights. The cross members are guided height adjustably at their ends on perforated catch rails (4) of the struts. The cross members have catch parts which engage with the rails, and which can be brought in and out of engagement with the rails. Each catch part has at least one sprung protrusion (18) for engaging with the rails.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rahmen für die Montage von Sanitärartikeln gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a frame for the assembly of sanitary articles according to the preamble of claim 1.

A frame of this kind has become known in the prior art from EP A 0 731 224. In this, the vertical struts are formed from a roll-formed box hollow profile with laterally arranged longitudinal struts, are incorporated in the Lochrastreihen. On this struts trusses are optionally placed in different heights and secured with locking plates and screws. Before tightening with the locking plates, the trusses are each fixed with locking lugs. If a traverse has to be moved again for any reason after it has been fastened, the locking plates must be loosened again and the traverses must be removed. The traverse must then be repositioned and screwed on the vertical struts again, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. Another disadvantage is that the screws and locking plates are individual parts and must be relatively laboriously mounted with a tool.

From DE U 94 12 649 a frame for the front wall mounting has become known. This has vertical struts with a U or C profile, whose Schenkelelzahnreihen have grid size. The trusses intervene with their legs in intermediate spaces of the vertical struts. The attachment of the positioned trusses takes place with grooves in the vertical struts, pick up the screws that press the crossbar against the vertical strut. Also with this frame items and tools for assembly are required. An adjustment of a wrongly fixed traverse is complex.

The invention has for its object to provide a frame of the type mentioned, which allows a simpler and more rational assembly. The object is achieved in a generic frame according to claim 1.

The inventive frame allows positioning and determination of the trusses without additional items and without tools. To bring the trusses in the intended height positions, the locking members are brought into a position with which they are not in engagement with the vertical struts. The trusses can now be adjusted in height on the vertical struts. The attachment of the positioned trusses is done with the locking members. With the locking members, the trusses are thus attached to the vertical struts and not merely positioned. Other fasteners such as screws, locking plates and the like are not required.

Assign the detent organs according to a development of the invention each have a spring-loaded detent, so a release of the locking connection is very easy, for example by means of a push button. The trusses can then be easily attached and moved again several times. According to a development of the invention, the locking members are each frontally attached to the crossbar. This allows a particularly simple installation of the locking members and these then form a unit with the traverse.

According to the invention, the vertical struts on a vertically extending guide channel, which is formed in each case by a frame profile and a separately prepared and fixed to the frame profile Lochrastschiene. The trusses each engage with their two ends in these guide channels. The separate production of the Lochrastschienen has the significant advantage that with the same frame profile frame can be made with different Lochrastschienen. Thus, for example, the height of the Lochrastschienen be adapted to the particular conditions. The frame remains the same. This simplifies warehousing and reduces production costs.

As FIG. 1 shows, the frame 1 has two parallel and mutually spaced vertical struts 2 and four transverse to the vertical struts 2 extending trusses 8, 9, 10 and 11. The frame 1 is used in particular for mounting a urinal, not shown here. For this the frame 1 is bricked up. At the central cross member 9 horizontal not shown here extending forward threaded rods are attached, which carry the urinal. The attachment of the threaded rods will be explained below. The top traverse 8 is used to attach a flushing pipe 7. At the lower cross member 11 a not shown here drain pipe is attached.

The two struts 2 consist essentially of a frame profile 3 and a Lochrastschiene 4, which is an angle profile according to Figure 4 and over the entire length slots 6 has. The Lochrastschienen 4 are mounted, for example, not shown here with pressure joining to the frame profiles 3 that between a Abbug 24 of the frame section 3 and the Lochrastschiene 4 a vertically extending guide channel 25 is formed, as Figure 3 shows. The trusses 8, 9 and 11 engage with their ends in each case in such a channel 25 and are guided in this infinitely adjustable in height.

The trusses 8, 9 and 11 are each provided at each end with a locking member 5. These locking members 5 are shown in Figures 6 and 7 and are the front side pushed onto the trusses 8, 9 and 11. 5 shows the cross member 2 with two pushed or plugged locking members 5. So that the locking members 5 is held in the cross-sectionally U-shaped traverse 8, it has inwardly projecting projections 14. These can be punched or stamped.

The locking members 5 are all the same. They each consist of a housing 15, a compression spring 19 and a movable part 16. The movable part 16 can be moved against the retroactive force of the spring 19 in Figure 7 down until a locking lug 18 is present on an inner side 15 a of the housing 15. In the position shown, the movable part 16 is stretched upward against two inwardly projecting stops 20. On the locking lug 18, two projecting parts 18a are formed, which are formed so that they can each engage in three adjacent slots 6 of the Lochrastschiene 4. The housing 15 and the movable part 16 are preferably made of plastic as injection-molded parts. The movable part 16 has a push button 17 which protrudes on the rear side of the traverse 8, as shown in FIG. By pressing the push button 17, the protruding parts 18a can be recessed in the housing 15. In the position shown in FIG. 7, the projecting parts 18a engage in slots 6 of a snap-action locking rail 4 and thus prevent a displacement of the crossbeam 8 in the longitudinal direction of the vertical struts 2. The catch connection is released by the movable part 16 on the contact button 17 towards the crossbeam 8 moved and thus the Latch 18 is sunk. If both latching connections of the traverse are released, then the traverse 8 can be adjusted continuously in height, the two ends of the traverse 8 being guided in the channels 25. The other two trusses 8, 9 and 11 are equipped with the same locking members 5. The release and adjustment of these trusses 9 and 11 takes place in the same manner as explained above. Also conceivable is an embodiment in which not all trusses 8, 9 and 11 are provided with locking members 5.

The traverse 9 has two, in the longitudinal direction of the traverse 9 extending symmetrically arranged recesses 12, which has a tooth-shaped profile 13 according to Figure 8 at the top. The recesses 12 are for example punched out of the front side of the traverse 9. These two recesses 12 are used for releasably fixing two threaded rods 26, one of which is shown schematically in Figure 11. For fastening the two threaded rods 26, two base nuts 21 are provided, which are each to be inserted into one of the two recesses 12. For the formation of these base nuts 21 reference is also made to the European patent EP-B-0 407 351 of the applicant. The base nuts 21 each have an internal thread 22, which is partially separated according to Figure 11 with a wedge-shaped slot 27. Through the slot 27 two radially mutually movable clamping members 29 are formed. If the base nuts 21 according to FIG. 11 are latched into the corresponding recess 12, then the two clamping parts 29 exert a clamping effect on the threaded rod 26, by means of which this is held against rotation. As FIG. 9 shows, the base nuts 21 in the clamping region have profilings 23 which are formed corresponding to the profiling 13. A locked in a recess 12 base nut 21 is thus secured with a profiling 23 against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the traverse. Such a base nut 21, before the threaded rod 26 is mounted, dissolved and gradually be positioned when the two clamping members 29 are elastically moved against each other. This can be done by hand and thus without tools. The base nuts 21 can thus be easily positioned by hand in the recesses 12 and moved in the longitudinal direction of the traverse. When mounted threaded rod 26, the base nut 21 is not horizontally displaceable. For the assembly is now essential that both the height adjustment of the trusses 8, 9, and 11 and the horizontal displacement and positioning of the base nuts 21 is basically done in a similar manner. The essential steps are positioning, moving and locking. All steps can be done without tools. After walling the threaded rods 26 are supported by the lining. At the holding force of the base nuts 21 and the cross member 9 no high demands are made.
