Abstract

Gemäß einer vorgegebenen Zeitrampe wird nun die Druckmaschine von der Grunddrehzahl VG auf eine Zwischendrehzahl VZ hochgefahren. Diese Zwischendrehzahl VZ liegt beispielsweise um einen bestimmten Betrag unterhalb der endgültig vorgesehene Produktionsdrehzahl VP und höher als diejenige Drehzahl, bei welcher der Anleger noch zugeschaltet werden kann. Nachdem nun die Druckmaschine diese Zwischendrehzahl VZ erreicht hat, wird zu einem Zeitpunkt t2 die Luft für die Trenn- und Schleppsauger sowie die sonstigen Bogenführungsorgane zugeschaltet, so daß zu einem Zeitpunkt t3 ein erster korrekt an der Anlage festgestellter Bogen in die Maschine einlaufen kann. Auch hier kann vorgesehen sein, daß in den einzelnen Druckwerken die Platten- und Gummituchzylinder bereits vorgefeuchtet und voreingefärbt werden.The printing machine is now ramped up from the basic speed VG to an intermediate speed VZ in accordance with a predetermined time ramp. Claims (1)

  1. Process for running up/re-running up to continuous printing in a sheet processing printing press, particularly an offset sheet printing press, in which the sheets to be printed are fed from a pile of a feeder of the printing press connected via a switchable clutch with the printing press, wherein the feeder can be switched in at a low base rotational speed (VG) of the printing press, the rotational speed of the printing press after switching in the feeder is run up to a pre-set rotational speed (VZ; VP) and the printing begins following the running in of a first sheet into the printing press, characterised in that on switching on the feeder at the low base rotational speed (VG), the elements effecting the removal of the sheet from the pile remain switched off, that the printing press is run up to an intermediate rotational speed (VZ) lying above the base rotational speed (VG) and below the production rotational speed (VP) provided for the continuous printing, and that after achieving the intermediate rotational speed (VZ), the switching in of the elements effecting the feeding of the sheets from the pile is switched in and the printing begins following running in of a first sheet into the printing press.
