Backen unzureichend ist. Dies wirkt sich bei Mehretagenbetrieb in der Weise aus, daß das Gar- bzw. Backgut auf den einzelnen Gargutträgern während einer bestimmten Zeitdauer einen voneinander abweichenden Gar- bzw. Backzustand erreicht, so daß eine gleichzeitige Entnahme sämtlicher Gargutträger (z.B. Der frontseitig durch eine Tür 7 verschließbare Garraum 2 weist an seinen seitlichen Wänden mehrere übereinander angeordnete Führungen für in den Garraum einschiebbare Backbleche 8,9,10 oder andere Gargutträger auf. Den rückwärtigen Abschluß des Garraumes 2 bildet ein Luftführungsblech 11, hinter dem sich ein Umluftgebläse 12 befindet. Das Umluftgebläse 12 ist in einer taschenartigen Ausformung 13 in der Ofenmuffelrückwandung untergebracht. Im Luftführungsblech 11 ist eine zentrale Ansaugöffnung 14 für das dahinter angeordnete Umluftgebläse 12 vorgesehen. Desweiteren hat das Luftführungsblech 11 mehrere Ausblasöffnungen 15, die in dem Bereich unterhalb der Ansaugöffnung 14 angeordnet sind. Um nun im Garraum 2 einen wirkungsvollen Luftkreislauf der Umluft zu errreichen und damit in allen Beschickungsetagen gute Garergebnisse zu erzielen, ist die Ansaugöffnung 14 im oberen Bereich bzw. in der oberen Hälfte des Luftführungsbleches 11 vorgesehen, während sich die Ausblasöffnungen 15 ausschließlich im unteren Bereich (Hälfte) des Luftführungsbleches 11 befinden, d.h. daß die Ausgangsöffnung 14 oberhalb und die Ausblasöffnungen 15 unterhalb der horizontalen Symmetrieebene des Garraumes 2 angeordnet ist bzw. sind. Dadurch erhält die in den Garraum 2 durch das Umluftgebläse 12 geförderte Umluft einen zur Garraum-Tür 7 gerichtete horizontale Strömungsrichtung. Nach Auftreffen des Umluftstromes an der Türinnenfläche wird dieser nach oben umgelenkt und wird in Gegenrichtung unterhalb des oberen Heizkörpers 4 zur Ansaugöffnung 14 im Luftführungsblech 11 und damit zum Umluftgebläse 12 zurückgeführt. Die Anordnung der Ausblasöffnungen 15 im Luftführungsblech 11 ist zweckmäßig so getroffen, daß diese etwa in Höhe der seitlichen Garraumwand-Führungen für die Gargutträger 8,9 liegen.
