Abstract
Description
7.7. The invention relates to a transport container, in particular a container for rubble, waste and the like, according to the preamble of
Transport containers, in particular containers, are used for disposal in urban and rural settlement and new construction areas. Parked transport containers are often filled with waste by unauthorized persons to the detriment of the operator. In order on the one hand to prevent access to the transport container for unauthorized persons and on the other hand to ensure that the transport container can be walked on from back to front, it is known (DE 38 05 375 C2) to attach a cover to a longitudinal edge of the transport container and to fix a lockable and lockable mechanical or hydraulic adjusting device for the lid on the latter and on the transport container.
From DE 38 05 375 C2 it is also known to design transport containers of the type mentioned with a container cover in the form of a folding roof which has at least two fields which are articulated to one another transversely to the longitudinal direction of the transport container and are guided in guide rails on the edge of the transport container. When the transport container is filled, the fields of the folding roof are opened over the entire length of the container. These fields are pushed together in the longitudinal direction of the transport container. An endless cable pull, which is driven by a winch, or a drive spindle instead of the cable pull is provided for the opening or closing process of the folding roof. This transport container, which can be locked on the top, can be operated independently of the direction, so that its installation in street areas, the traffic of which is restricted, does not pose any problem. Due to their susceptibility to faults, the guide rails on the edge of the container often interfere with the opening or closing process of the folding roof. The stackability of these known containers is also limited. Another container can only be stacked in an open, empty container.
The invention has for its object to provide a transport container, in particular a container for rubble, waste and the like according to the type mentioned with a lid or lid-like attachment that spans the entire upper container opening, can be opened and closed relatively easily, quickly can be assembled or retrofitted, is not a hindrance when the container is tipped for the purpose of emptying the bulk material and permits stacking of open, empty containers. At the same time, access should be prevented for unauthorized persons.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the technical teaching resulting from
The lid-like attachment can be provided and / or replaced on the transport container in a very simple and quick manner, so that at the same time there is the possibility of cost-saving retrofitting of conventional transport containers with the lid-like attachment according to the invention.
The lid-like attachment of the transport container can be rolled up relatively easily and then stored and held in the mounting frame on the front side of the container outside the latter, so that when the container is tilted, the rolled-up lid does not provide any appreciable resistance to the bulk material. Since guide rails are not required for the lid-like attachment on the rim of the container, corresponding containers can be stacked cheaply.
In a preferred embodiment, the width of the lamellar strips of the cover-like attachment increases in the direction of its roll-up, so that the cover-like attachment can be rolled up or unrolled even more easily, all the more if a crank device is preferably provided at its free end.
The lid-like attachment of the container according to the invention can be made of a continuous elastic material web, e.g. be made of rubber, which is stabilized by a plurality of spaced, fastened to the material web and spanning it in the transverse direction. The elastic material web is preferably in its position covering the entire upper container opening with a seal provided on the upper container edges, e.g. a sealing rubber engages to form a watertight seal, the durability of which can be ensured by the engagement of low-tensioning devices provided on preferably each container wall with the top of the lid-like attachment. For retrofitting containers with guide rails on the upper edges of the side walls, the lid-like attachment is preferably designed in the manner of a louver, can be guided in the guide rails and is provided with a louver box with crank device which can be received by the mounting box.

As can best be seen from FIG. 1, the
In the embodiment of the
