Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulation for corrugated sheets with at least one insulating board with a profile that corresponds to the corrugation peaks and valleys of the corrugated sheets, and with at least one crossbar, the insulating board having a recess extending in the longitudinal direction of the waves for receiving the crossbar, and wherein the crossbar is screwed through the corrugated plate to a plate or other substructure and receives fastening elements for the insulation plate, and with protective and / or sealing layers arranged above the insulation plate. The invention further relates to a method for applying insulation to corrugated sheets. This insulation and also the process too They are primarily used to renovate a roof covered with corrugated asbestos panels. Fastening the insulation panels directly to the corrugated panels requires the latter to be in perfect condition. However, this is usually not guaranteed everywhere for a roof that needs renovation. For this reason, it is not recommended to attach the insulation panels to the corrugated panels, but to a part of the roof that has the necessary strength for such an attachment.
From DE 38 17 238 A1 insulation for corrugated sheets of the type described above has become known. Due to the same profile of the corrugated sheets and insulation boards, the latter can be easily placed on the corrugated sheets. However, they are attached indirectly via wooden strips, which are embedded in grooves on the top of the insulation panels. The wooden strips are firmly connected through the insulation panels and corrugated panels to the purlin or corresponding supporting parts of the roof underneath, especially with the aid of screws.
The latter must be passed through corresponding holes in the corrugated sheets. But because there are no such holes in the corrugated sheets, they have to be drilled separately. This creates a health-threatening or carcinogenic dust with corrugated asbestos panels, which is why this type of insulation and roof renovation is not recommended for corrugated asbestos panels.
A similar type of insulation of a roof covered with corrugated sheets has become known from DE 86 23 121 U1. In contrast to the above-mentioned insulation, a reinforcement profile, for example a strip, is assigned to a groove on the underside of the insulation board corresponding to its or its cross section, the groove being located on a wave crest, so that the strip or crossbar is assigned to a wave trough of the corrugated board . To attach the bar, both it and the corrugated sheet must be drilled. The same problems arise with a corrugated asbestos roof as with the insulation described above.
In DE 31 26 107 A1 too, the corrugated asbestos boards must be drilled through to screw the insulation boards to the underlays.
It is also known to suck off the resulting drilling dust, which consists of asbestos fibers, during drilling. However, this is not always reliable.
In another known method, the insulation panels are glued to the corrugated panels. But this connection is dangerous if the aging top layer of the corrugated sheet, which is glued to the insulation board, detaches.
The use of clips for fastening the insulation boards is also known (DE 32 14 890 A1). The clips reach under the corrugated asbestos panels and hold the insulation panels on the corrugated roof using specially designed covering profiles. Another disadvantage of this system is that the stability of this fastening depends on the condition of the corrugated asbestos plates, which are subject to an aging process and, over time, become brittle, especially at the edges. In addition, the force path from the support to the load-bearing roof beam is very long, which should be avoided. In addition, the use of the brackets is cumbersome and expensive.
The object of the invention is the above. To avoid disadvantages and to create an insulation or a method for its attachment, in which machining of the corrugated sheets is avoided, without having to accept disadvantages with regard to securely fastening the insulation to the roof.
This object is achieved according to the invention in the case of insulation of the type specified at the outset in that the slat is arranged on the wave crest of the corrugated sheet.
- (a) die vorhandenen Schrauben werden entfernt;
- (b) in die Löcher werden Schrauben eingesetzt, mit denen eine auf den Wellenberg gelegte Latte befestigt wird; die mit Löchern versehen wurde, deren Lage der Lage der Löcher in den Wellplatten entspricht;
- (a) remove the existing screws;
- (b) screws are inserted into the holes, which are used to fix a slat placed on the crest of the wave; which has been provided with holes whose position corresponds to the position of the holes in the corrugated sheets;
- (c) on the corrugated sheets provided with the slats insulation boards are applied, which are adapted to the wave shape of the corrugated asbestos sheets and have recesses for the slats.
The holes are drilled in the slats on the roof. It is quite easy to determine the position of the holes to be drilled in accordance with the holes already in the corrugated sheet.
It is thus possible to provide the corrugated roof with the insulation according to the invention without having to drill the corrugated sheets and accordingly without releasing asbestos or other fibers, in particular in order to renovate it. The procedure is extremely simple to carry out.

Pfetten. The
Figure 2 shows the corrugated roof 2 of Figure 1 after the application of
Fig. 2). The renovation of corrugated roofs 2 with
