Abstract

A steamer (1) for fixing dyes with steam, esp. saturated steam on textiles such as pile carpets, is followed on a continuous line by a scourer (8). Between the scourer (8) and the steamer (1) is a pre-washer (16) which is immediately adjacent to the steamer exit wall (5) and is covered by a steam suction hood (20).

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anlage zum Fixieren von Farbstoffen mittels Dampf, in der eine Dämpfer-Waschmaschinen-Kombination zur Anwendung kommt, wie sie beispielsweise in der DE 20 02 144 A1 beschrieben ist. Der Flor der Teppichbahn ist auf den oberen Umlenkwalzen nach außen gerichtet, so daß in der heißen Sattdampfatmosphäre kein starker Druck auf die erweichten Fasern ausgeübt wird. Nach dem Dampffixieren ist die Warenbahn in einer Waschmaschine von den auswaschbaren Farbrestbestandteilen zu reinigen. Selbstverständlich erfolgt auch dabei ein gewisses Vorwaschen. Ausgehend von der Dämpfer-Waschanlage anfangs genannter Art liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine solche Anlage zu entwickeln, mit der ein besserer Wascheffekt erzielt werden kann. Es hat sich in der Praxis gezeigt, daß die üblichen Waschmaschinen zum Auswaschen der Farbrestbestandteile insbesondere auch der Applikationen zur Erzeugung eines besonderen Farbeffektes aus den Teppichen nicht ausreicht. Eine Verdopplung der Waschmaschine ist jedoch zu teuer und ein Weglassen der Applikationen ist aus Gründen der Farbrezepturen nicht möglich. Es besteht die Idee, die Vornetz-Einrichtung gemäß der DE 20 02 971 A1 so auszugestalten, daß damit ein eindeutiger Wascheffekt erzielt werden kann. Es hat sich herausgestellt, daß ein Wasserschloß der offenbarten Art zur Verhinderung des Dampfaustritts an einem Sattdampfdämpfer nicht notwendig ist. Es kann auf andere Art und Weise verhindert werden, daß ein Dampfverlust vermieden wird. Die Erfindung sieht deshalb vor, zwischen der bekannten Waschvorrichtung und dem Dämpfer eine Vor-Waschvorrichtung mit zumindest einer Warenbahnnetz- und -absaugvorrichtung vorzusehen und diese ohne wesentlichen Abstand zur Auslaufwandung des Dämpfers unmittelbar an dem Dämpfer anzuordnen und zumindest von einer Absaughaube abzudecken. Die Idee ist also, den heißen aus dem Dämpfer auslaufenden Teppich in dieser Wärme gleich dem ersten intensiven Waschvorgang zu unterziehen. Mit Hilfe von notwendigen Umlenkwalzen wird die Warenbahn so geführt, daß die Teppichbahn ohne wesentliche Abkühlung, aber außerhalb des Dämpfers z. B. auf der Rückseite der Warenbahn mit einer Waschflüssigkeit versehen und gleich anschließend von der Sichtseite abgesaugt werden kann. Sollte die Warenbahn 3 getaucht werden, so ist eine zusätzliche Umlenkwalze 12 innerhalb eines Tauchbades 13 vorzusehen. Die Auffangrinne 19 ist mit Spülflüssigkeit kontinuierlich gereinigt.
