    bending said continuous-cast profile (14a,14b) twice for forming the narrow sides (8a,8b) and the standing surface (12a,12b),
    forming a second single-piece wall element (16a,16b) by producing a plate,
    forming the broad and upper sides (6a,6b,10a, 10b) by bending said plate (16a,16b) once, and
