Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement laut Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren dafür.The invention relates to a component according to the preamble of claim 1 and a manufacturing method therefor.

Ein solches Bauelement ist bekannt. Es besteht aus einem die Vorder- und einem die Rückseite bildenden Teil aus Metall, wobei das Vorder- und Rückenteil zwei gesonderte Teile darstellen, die an ihrer Schmalseite formschlüssig miteinander unter Bildung einer Kassette verbunden sind, die mit Polyurethanschaum ausgeschäumt wird. Das Vorderteil ist im Querschnitt U-förmig mit rechtwinklig einwärts abgekröpften Schenkeln versehen. Das Rückenteil ist im wesentlichen als Platte ausgebildet, die an ihren beiden Längsseiten mit U-förmigen Taschen versehen ist. Zum Verbinden der beiden Teile wird das Rückenteil nach außen durchgewölbt, so daß die öffnungen der Taschen die abgekröpften Schenkel des Vorderteils übergreifen. Danach wird das Rückenteil losgelassen, so daß es seine planebene Ausrichtung wieder einnimmt, wobei sich die Taschen über die Schenkel des Vorderteils schieben. Schließlich ist die Montage der beiden Teile zu einer an ihren Längsseiten beschlossenen Kassette schwierig durchzuführen, weil hierzu das Rückenteil gewölbt werden muß. Eine nicht unbeträchtliche Kostenersparnis und Vielseitigkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Bauelements besteht darin, daß das Vorder- und Rückenteil gleich ausgebildet sind, so daß sie umgekehrt, das heißt spiegelbildlich aufeinander gesetzt werden können. Hierbei sind die Längsseiten zum formschlüssigen Verbund so ausgebildet, daß der zurückspringende Schenkel des einen Teils eine von der Stirnseite abgewandte Biegung aufweist, die die Abbiegung des anderen aufgesetzten Teils zumindest teilweise hintergreift. Hierdurch ist es möglich, daß ein Vorderteil und ein dazu spiegelbildlich angeordnetes Rücken teil etwas seitlich versetzt lose aufeinander gesetzt und dann parallel zueinander'verschoben zusammengeführt werden können. I der Schubrichtung ist hierbei zwar kein formschlüssiger Verbund gegeben, jedoch senkrecht hierzu, wobei jede Abbiegung des einen Teils die entsprechende Abbiegung des anderen Teils hintergreift, bzw. von diesem Teil hintergriffen wird. Die solchermaßen gebildete Kassette wird dann, beispielsweise mit Polyurethanschaum in einem kontinuierlichen Verfahrensgang ausgeschäumt, wobei der Schaum auf seiner gesamten Länge in der Kassette des Bauelements eine genügende Kraft aufbringt, damit sich im ausgeschäumten Zustand die beiden Teile nicht mehr in der Schubrichtung bewegen können. Durch die Erfindung wird also ein einfach herstellbares sowie montierbares Bauelement geschaffen. Eine Lagerhalterung bzw. Zwischenspeicherung von verschieden ausgebildeten Vorder- und Rückenteilen wie nach dem Stande der Technik sind aufgrund der Tatsache, daß das Vorder- und Rückenteil identisch ausgebildet sind, entbehrlich. Hinzu kommt, daß jedes Teil in einfacher Weise durch Walzen eines Blechs, das auf einer Rolle aufgewickelt ist, formbar ist und in jeder gewüschten Länge bereitgestellt werden kann. Des weiteren können das Vorder- und Rückenteil maschinell aufeinander aufgesetzt und parallel zueinander so verschoben werden, bis die Abbiegungen einander entsprechend hintergreifen. Ein komplizierter Arbeitsgang wie beispielsweise das Auswölben nach dem Stande der Technik ist nicht erforderlich, so daß unmittelbar nach dem Fügen der Kassette anschließend das Ausschäumen begonnen werden kann.The invention thus creates a component that is easy to manufacture and assemble.
