Abstract

The teeth (3) adhered to the bar (4) ends and the tooth strip (2) of the slide form an even surface (12,17) on both sides. The material union achieved through the adhesive connection serves to reduce the thickness of the slide to the multiple sheet thickness. The slide consists of a paper cut-out. The tooth edges (19) of the teeth (3) run vertically between the surfaces (12,17) of the slide. The teeth are narrower than the width of the bar. A space (20) is provided between the fold edges (6,7) and the tooth flanks. The teeth have a bead-like periphery, the inlets (21,22) of which are arranged in the tooth gap base.

Description

The invention relates to a relay file with preferably lying index sheets according to the Preamble of claim 1.

In the relay file according to the invention are each two index sheets that can be used at the front and back on their adjacent longitudinal edges each with a fold. The in between Paper is used to form the webs cut out. The paper cutout is preferably sufficient to just below the transverse edges of the File sheets so that there are two webs on both Form ends of the paper cutout. This will on the one hand a slight resistance when turning the page achieved, but on the other hand a permanent one Connection of the index sheets causes, because the Folded edges are not perforated. The invention Relay card index is therefore particularly suitable for diaries in which on the index sheets a variety of dates noted have to be turned over and therefore a frequent turning of pages when assigning and checking appointments make necessary.

The files are stapled in groups of several in blocks, which are therefore prefabricated and the Appointed users of the diary can be. Because the stapling of the index sheets done in blocks on a slider, can the block, preferably with several other similar blocks on one Interchangeably fasten the panel by the slider is inserted into the cross bars of the panel. Such a panel can serve as a desk pad, the multiple, i.e. after consuming several Blocks that can be used. The used ones Blocks can also be used with the slide arrangement archive without the connection of the index sheets get lost.

The interaction also provided according to the invention the rack of sliders reinforced the webs and their gluing with the slide, since the teeth of the Tooth ledge on the webs between the folds of the Put index sheets. The practical experience shows that such a staple is peeling individual index sheets reliably prevented.

The invention is based on a prior art, as in Preamble of claim 1 specified (the utility model application DE-U-9319817 of 12/23/93 is itself a not pre-published national registration and is therefore not state of the art according to article 54 (2) EPC.). Here the slider carries an adhesive label that on glued the back of a plastic molded body is in which the rack is formed, wherein the back of the slider is left blank for the adhesive label is. The label sticks during stitching behind the teeth on the back of the bar ends and on the back of the bar, causing the Cohesion of the rack with the webs of the Index sheets on each transverse edge of a block is secured without the back of the teeth with the front of the Ridge is glued.

This results in a shape of the teeth that is too leads to a trapezoidal tooth cross section that one sufficient for the load on the slide Thickness of rack and teeth results, but that Apply the on a neighboring file folded-back card index on the fold edge prevented and thereby relieved the fold edge. A plastic must be used for the slide be matched, its shape and strength are that the slider is sufficiently stiff to deformation-free to absorb the forces to which he when sliding into the panel strips and during is subject to the use of the relay file.

However, it has been found that such Stitches the season file not insignificant burden with mold costs, also a relative heavy design due to the molded body is conditional. The tightening provisions when disposing of paper require separation and separate disposal of plastic parts. This separation is difficult and requires some effort, since one for stapling permanent gluing is required.

The invention therefore takes a different path whose basic idea is reproduced in claim 1 is. Other features of the invention are the subject of subclaims.

In that the slider, i.e. the rack and the teeth have flat surfaces use materials that do not Require shaping. Since further according to the invention the material bandage achieved by the adhesive bandage to reduce the thickness of the slide three times Sheet thickness is used for the slider thin and possibly flexible materials use the through the composite material get required rigidity.

The invention thus achieves that by dispensing with molded articles for stapling the blocks no plastics to be disposed of separately for which parts must be used.

Preferably and with the features of the claim 2 is therefore entirely on other substitutes for Plastic is dispensed with because of the slide and rack consist of glued paper cutouts. The blocks are to be disposed of as a whole and if necessary to recycle, including waste paper used for the index sheets and the blocks can be.

It has been found that for Teeth of the slider at the for the slider sheet thicknesses in question are not special Shaping measures are required to prevent the folded edges from turning Instruct. There are therefore embodiments of the Invention possible as reproduced in claim 3 are where the tooth edges are vertical run between the surfaces of the toothed strips. This proves to be particularly practical the use of paper cutouts.

However, it is useful, despite the lesser Blade thickness the load on the folds on the webs by completely avoiding the teeth. It works with the features of claim 4, because here the tooth edges at a suitable distance from the folded edges of the webs remain.

However, it has often proven to be the weak point of the upper leaf margin proven in the area of the webs where it can happen when turning the page several times that the folded edges tear from above. To do that avoid and at the same time one for thin sheet thicknesses creating a suitable tooth shape is recommended it, from the features of claim 5 To make use of. The teardrop shape, the provided for the teeth in these embodiments due to the curvature The tooth flanks drop on the larger part their length because of the larger one achieved thereby Distance to the fold edges of contact with the Folds and avoids by constriction in the Rip from the top of the tooth gap Folded edges despite repeated turning over.

The complete relay file is in the drawing not reproduced. It consists of one Panel with cross bars, under which a stapled Block 1 with a protruding ledge 2 two sliders can be inserted. The Bar 2 is in one piece with teeth 3 at the bottom educated. Each tooth sticks to the front 4 of a web 5, which between two Longitudinal folds 6 and 7 is formed, on which Via the web 5 two index sheets 8 and 9 related. The same fold and web arrangement is on the not shown lower sheet stitching. The two webs are with a continuous recess 10 from each other separated, which in the direction of the folds 6, 7 runs and on the inner web boundary edges 11 ends. The tooth 3 forms together with several another row of teeth of the same design, the tooth gap reasons not shown the rack 2 on the sheet transverse edges Limit 25, 26. The distances between the teeth and so that the width of the tooth space bases corresponds the width of the webs 5, so that in pairs tabs stapled together at equal intervals respect each other.

On the back 12 of the teeth 3 and Bar 2 formed slide 14 sticks Paper cutout 15. It is completely with the Back 12 of the bar and the web ends 16 glued, which are covered by the teeth 3. As a result, the web ends 16 with the bar 2 connected and can no longer differ from the Separate sliders 14.

The one consisting of the teeth 3 and the bar 2 Slider 14 has flat surfaces 12, 17 and exists according to the illustrated embodiment from a paper cutout. The one through the Adhesive bandage of the slide 14 with the paper cutout 15 and the teeth 3 with the web ends 16 The material composite created stiffens the finished one Stitch in such a way that there is sufficient rigidity the slide when the adhesive bandage is thin results, denoted by d in Figure 3 is. It includes the thickness of the rack 2, the teeth 3 and the paper cutout 15 and between them Parts of glued-in web ends 16 based on the strength of a triple sheet of paper reduced since the slide 14th consists of a paper cutout that is generally designated 18 in FIG.

The from the tooth gap base over the tooth flanks to Tooth edge leading tooth edge 19 of all teeth 3 runs vertically between the surfaces 12 and 17 of the slide 14. The teeth 3 are however narrower than the width b of the webs 5, the is shown in Figure 2. Thereby runs between the folded edges and the tooth flanks each a distance that at 20 in Figure 1 is indicated.

The teeth 3 shown have a teardrop shape Outline formed by the tooth edge 19 becomes. The outline is at the bottom of the tooth space as at 21 and 22 shown constricted. This will prevents the stitching on the longitudinal folds 6, 7 tears down.

Otherwise, the longitudinal edges 23, 24 of the recess 10 in front of the inner ends 27 of the webs 5, such as shown at 25 and 26 in Figure 2, notched. This prevents the page turning the stitching on the inner ends 27 of the Web 5 tears.
