- la figure 1 représente une vue en élévation d'une ampoule en tant qu'élément constitutif du dispositif de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente deux demi-coupes correspondant à deux variantes d'un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention sous forme éclatée ;
- la figure 2bis est une vue de détail en coupe de la pompe et représentée sur la figure 2;
- la figure 3 représente deux demi-coupes des variantes de réalisation de la figure 2 sous forme assemblée ;
- la figure 4 représente une coupe d'un second mode de réalisation de l'invention sous forme éclatée ;

Claims (11)
- Dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit liquide (P) comprenant, d'une part, une ampoule (1) en verre dans laquelle est enfermé ledit produit (P), susceptible d'être ouverte au niveau de son col (12) par rupture d'une pointe sécable (11) en définissant une lèvre (13), et d'autre part, une pompe doseuse miniature usuelle (2) pourvue d'un corps tubulaire porteur d'un tube de prise (22) renfermant un piston (3) dont la tige creuse sert de conduit d'éjection (30) en faisant saillie à l'opposé de ce tube et possédant un évent (25) que le piston ferme au repos ; des moyens d'assemblage étanche (5) de la pompe (2) sur l'ampoule (1), enfin une tête distributrice (4) servant de poussoir,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage étanche sont constitués, d'une part, d'une douille (5) élastiquement déformable comprenant une ceinture supérieure (50) pour la fixation étanche sur la partie haute du corps de pompe (2) et une jupe inférieure (51) apte et destinée à coiffer le col (12) de l'ampoule (1) avec serrage radial étanche et, d'autre part, d'au moins un épaulement porté par ladite douille et/ou ladite pompe et contre lequel la lèvre (13) de l'ampoule est susceptible de venir en appui par pression sur le fond de l'ampoule à l'encontre de la tête (4). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans sa partie basse, le diamètre du corps est inférieur à celui de l'embouchure du col (12) de l'ampoule de façon à pouvoir y être introduit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'avant montage, le diamètre intérieur de la ceinture (50) formant la partie supérieure de la douille (5) est inférieur à celui de la partie supérieure du corps de pompe (2) et est destiné à être monté sur ce corps en butée par emmanchement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite ampoule comporte une bulbe formant ledit col (12) sous la ligne de rupture (13) de la pointe sécable (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (51) supporte au montage un taux d'extension radiale compris entre 10 et 25 % et le coefficient de frottement de la douille (5) sur le verre est d'au moins 0,20.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face interne de ladite jupe (51) comporte au moins dans sa partie inférieure au contact de l'ampoule (1) des nervures périphériques (53) formant des portées en serrage radial.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de la pompe (2) est partout inférieur à celui du col (12) de l'ampoule, et en ce que la douille porte, à la naissance de sa ceinture (50) un premier épaulement (54) délimitant un logement central (55) de retenue étanche pour la pompe, tandis qu'à la naissance de la jupe (51) il existe un second épaulement (56) qui vient coiffer la lèvre (13) de l'ampoule ouverte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la douille (5) comprend un manchon interne (57) qui fait saillie à partir desdits épaulements (54,56) vers l'intérieur de l'ampoule (1) et qui enserre au moins partiellement le corps de la pompe (2) de manière étanche.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite douille (5) est conformée en doigt de gant comportant un fond au travers duquel passe le gicleur (30) de la pompe (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête distributrice (4) possède une partie supérieure (40) destinée à venir coiffer le conduit d'éjection (30) de la pompe pour manoeuvrer celle-ci et se prolonge vers le bas par une paroi cylindrique (41) descendant plus bas que le fond de l'ampoule de façon à former un fourreau assurant un support stable de l'ampoule.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en que le diamètre extérieur de la ceinture (50) de la douille (5) est inférieur ou égal à celui de la jupe (51) qui s'y rattache en formant un épaulement incliné (58) destiné à porter sur le col de l'ampoule (1).
