Zwischen der Bajonetthülse und dem Sockel ist ein innen hohler Anstechdegen mit einem Ventilöffnungselement beweglich gehalten und mit einem die Schlitze durchgreifenden Umfangshubhebel verbunden, dem gegenüberliegend ein an der Führungskante geführter Gegenzapfen angeordnet ist. In den Anstechdegen ist ein mit O-Ringen versehener Tauchdegen eingeschoben, der innen eine gegen den Anstechdegen abgedichtete Druckkammer und zu diesem eine Verbindungsbohrung aufweist. Der Tauchdegen trägt innenliegend die mit einer Fußdichtung versehene Bierleitung, wobei zwischen Tauchdegen und Bierleitung ein Freiraum als Druckraum freigelassen ist.
