Claims (11)

  1. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse, wobei die Buchse ein erstes Element (1) und ein komplementäres Element (30) aufweist, von denen das erste Element (1) aus einem Metallband guter elektrischer Leitfähigkeit und einer gewissen Elastizität hergestellt ist, wobei das Band so zugeschnitten und gefaltet ist, daß es an einem Ende Klemmlaschen (2,3) aufweist, die durch einen profilierten Abschnitt (4) verlängert sind, welcher seinerseits von einem Körper (10) kreisförmigen Querschnitts verlängert ist, der in zwei elastischen Streifen (7,8) endet, die eine Klemme bilden, um einen entsprechenden elektrischen Kontaktstecker (82) einzuklemmen, und das komplementäre Element (30) an dem Körper (10) befestigt und aus einem Metallband guter elektrischer Leitfähigkeit und einer gewissen Elastizität hergestellt ist, wobei dieses Metallband so zugeschnitten und gefaltet ist, daß es einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt zur Aufnahme des Körpers (10) des ersten Elementes (1) erhält und zwei elastische Streifen (49,50) aufweist, die an die elastischen Streifen des ersten Elementes anlegbar sind und somit die elastische Wirkung derselben verstärken, während das Gehäuseteil (71) so ausgebildet ist, daß es mit einem komplementären Gehäuseteil zusammenwirkt, das mit elektrischen Kontaktsteckern zusammenwirkt, wobei das Gehäuseteil Kanäle (75) zur Aufnahme jeweils einer elektrischen Kontaktbuchse aufweist, Mittel zum Verriegeln dieser Buchsen vorgesehen sind, diese Mittel eine erste Wartestellung, in der die elektrischen Kontaktbuchsen positioniert werden können, und eine zweite Verriegelungsstellung, in der diese gesperrt sind, einnehmen können, wobei die elektrische Kontaktbuchse dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die elastischen Streifen (7,8) des ersten Elementes (1) eben ausgebildet sind, wobei das komplimentäre Element (30) einerseits eine Haltezunge (46), deren freies Ende zur Seite der Klemmlaschen hin gedreht ist, und andererseits benachbart zu seinem freien Ende mindestens eine Warze (45) aufweist, während jeder Kanal (75) mindestens eine Kerbe(101) zur Führung der Warze (45) aufweist.
  2. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das komplementäre Element (30) der Buchse einerseits längs zweier gegenüberliegender, nach dem Falten miteinander zu verbindender Ränder (31,32), eine Lasche (36,38), die nach innen faltbar ist, um in einen Schlitz (19) des Körpers (10) des ersten Elementes (1) eingesteckt zu werden und sich zwischen den beiden elastischen Streifen zu öffnen, die an einem mittleren Punkt seiner Oberfläche zugeschnitten und zum Inneren hin faltbar ist, um in eine Aussparung (12) eingesetzt zu werden, die sich auf der Längsseite des ersten Elementes (1) befindet und in einen der Ränder (6) des Körpers (10), der nach dem Falten des Körpers mit dem gegenüberliegenden Rand zu verbinden ist, eingeschnitten ist.

Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (10) der Buchse einen ebenen Abschnitt (10a) aufweist, in den eine Nase (15) eingeschnitten ist, welche mit der Innenfläche des komplementären Elementes zusammenwirkt.

Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Streifen des ersten Elementes der Buchse in Krempen (23,24) enden, die sich durch die Aussparungen (39) des entsprechenden Endes des komplementären Elementes (30) erstrecken.

Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das komplementäre Element (30) der Buchse an seinen beiden gegenüberliegenden Rändern, die nach dem Falten zu verbinden sind, eine Lasche (35,37) aufweist, die an Vorsprüngen (17,18) entsprechender Ränder der elastischen Streifen (7,8) anlegbar sind, um einen gewissen Abstand zwischen diesen aufrechtzuerhalten.

Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 1 und/oder irgendeinen der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (75) des Gehäuseteils (71) in einem offenen Abschnitt münden, in dessen Boden Vertiefungen (79) entsprechend der Form der elektrischen Kontaktbuchsen gebildet sind, wobei der offene Abschnitt (89) von einer Endwand (80) begrenzt ist, der zum Begrenzen des Eingriffs der elektrischen Kontaktbuchsen dient und mit Löchern (81) für den Durchtritt elektrischer Kontaktstecker (82) versehen ist, der offene Abschnitt (89) von Seitenwänden (90) begrenzt wird, die an ihren Innenflächen Nuten (93,94,95) zum Führen von Nasen (105,109) eines Verbindungsstückes (102) aufweisen, welcher an seiner den Vertiefungen (79) zugewandten Stirnseite komplementäre Vertiefungen (103) entsprechend der Form der elektrischen Kontaktbuchsen aufweist, Mittel vorgesehen sind, um das Verbindungsstück (102) in einer Wartestellung zu halten, in der seine Vertiefungen von den Vertiefungen (79) am Boden des Gehäuseteils entfernt sind, um das Positionieren der elektrischen Kontaktbuchsen zu ermöglichen, und um, wenn diese positioniert sind, das Verbindungsstück (102) in Richtung auf eine Verriegelungsstellung zu verstellen, in der die elektrischen Kontaktbuchsen zwischen diesen Vertiefungen eingeklemmt sind.
  7. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (90) des Gehäuseteils an einem Punkt in einem mittleren Bereich über seiner Länge durch eine Brücke (91) verbunden sind, die einen Anschlag für die Haltezunge (46,46a) der elektrischen Kontaktbuchse bildet.
  8. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Seitenwand des Gehäuseteils an seiner Innenfläche drei Nuten (93,94,95) aufweist, von denen die mittlere Nut einen Anschlag (98) mit Rampen aufweist, die so geneigt sind, daß sie überwunden werden können, während die beiden anderen Nuten (95,93) Haken (99,96) mit zum Boden hin gedrehten Absätzen (99a,96a) aufweisen, wobei das Verbindungsstück (102) an seinen gegenüberliegenden Rändern mit Nasen (105,109) zum Zusammenwirken mit den Absätzen der Haken und mit Anschlägen (107) mit geneigten Rampen (107a, 107b) versehen ist, die Stellung der Haken, der Nasen und der Anschläge derart ist, daß, wenn die Nasen an den Absätzen der Haken anliegen, die Anschläge des Verbindungsstückes (102) an einer Rampe (98a) der Anschläge der Nuten (94) anliegen, wobei sich das Verbindungsstück in der Wartestellung befindet, während sich das Verbindungsstück in der Verriegelungsstellung befindet, wenn die Anschläge des Verbindungsstückes (102) die Anschläge der Nuten überwunden haben.
  9. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle (75) des Gehäuseteils an ihrer Eintrittsseite zwei Gewindegangabschnitte (76) aufweisen, die in längsverlaufenden Kerben münden.
  10. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil auf seiner an den Kanälen (75) angrenzenden Seite durch eine Schürze (72) verlängert ist, in die eine Dichtung (73) eingesetzt ist, welche mit zu den Kanälen ausgerichteten Löchern (74) versehen ist.
  11. Elektrische Kontaktbuchse und Gehäuseteil zur Aufnahme einer derartigen Buchse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil zwei Abschnitte (89) aufweist, die auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten offen sind und jeweils ein Verbindungsstück (102) aufnehmen.
