With this arrangement, even unusually wide shutters, gates and doors can be securely locked in such a way that they cannot be pushed up.
  • the tilt latch In order to enable the tilted tilt latch to be unlocked when the roller shutter, door or door is opened as intended, the tilt latch is designed as a profile extending over the entire length of the last bar. It is possible to provide locking lugs, even without a device for unlocking is arranged at the location of the locking lug.
  • the locking lugs are advantageously provided at least on both sides of the roller shutter, gate or door. • the tilt latch As a device for unlocking the tilt latch, it can be unlocked by means of a pin arranged at the level of the outer window sill. With this pin, the tilt latch is brought into the normal position so that it runs into the side guides when the roller shutter, door or door is opened. If the roller shutter, gate or door is opened by hand, it is advantageous if the pin for unlocking can be actuated by hand and has a delayed return; in this case, the roller shutter, gate or door can be opened after unlocking, without the tilting latch falling back before it enters the lateral guide profile. This delay is achieved, for example, in that a resiliently flexible unlocking rod is guided through the outer window frame and can be operated from the inside.

Abstract

The invention relates to a securing means for a roller shutter or rolling shutter door which is made up of slats, can be wound up onto a shaft and unwind therefrom and of which the slats slide in lateral guides, the first of the slats being articulated on the shaft, and it being possible to position the last slat, in particular, on the exterior windowsill. In order further to develop said securing means such that unauthorized opening can be ruled out, the intention being for this to be achieved in a simple manner with economical means and for the securing means to be fitted easily on the roller shutter, it is proposed that one of the slats of the roller shutter (1) or rolling shutter door have, over its entire length, a recess in which there is pivotably mounted a tiltable latch (10), of which the foot (13) is mounted in a channel (3.1) of a clearance, open towards the window, of the recess provided in the profile slat, it being possible for the latch (10) to be introduced into the clearance of said recess and the latch exhibiting a foot (13) which is offset towards the profile slat with respect to the centre of gravity of the latch (10) and has a profile which can roll in said channel (3.1), and it being possible for the latch (10), when the end slat (3) is positioned on the outer windowsill, to be tilted out freely, and that at least one of the lateral guides (4) has blocking means which interact with the tilted latch (10) when the roller shutter (1) or rolling shutter door is pushed up. <IMAGE>

Description

DE-A-3636573).The invention relates to a securing device for a roller shutter, gate or door composed of rods, which can be wound up and unwound from a shaft, the rods of which slide in lateral guides, the first of the rods being articulated to the shaft and the last rod, the end bar, can be placed on the outer window sill and at least one of the lateral guides has sperm (eg DE-A-3636573).

Securing house openings is becoming increasingly important, as attempts to break in are becoming more common. A wide variety of proposals have already been made to secure house openings closed with roller shutters or doors. This has already been done in DE-PS 30 19 566 or DE-OS 25 21 183 proposed to provide on the bottom bar laterally extendable safety bolts which cooperate with a spring, the pretension of which presses the bolt into an intended bolt receptacle when a when closing the roller shutter or -The existing pull directed against the spring preload is not required. This train is achieved by a cable connection between the uppermost and the securing bolt provided in the lowermost bar, taking advantage of the fact that the bars of the roller shutter, door or door are at a certain greater distance from one another during opening and closing compared to the position of the bars when the roller shutter, gate or door is closed. This difference is transmitted to the safety bolt by means of a pull rope running from one of the upper rods to the last, lowest rod. During opening and during closing, the safety bolt is therefore pulled back over the pull cable and, when closed, in which the pull cable is relaxed due to the smaller distance between the rods, is extended laterally under spring tension so that it can engage in lateral receptacles. If an upper rod is now raised during an attempt to penetrate, the rods are removed from one another and the tension cable is tensioned, which leads to the safety bolt being pulled back, with the result that the roller shutter, gate or door can now be opened by pushing in from below.

It is disadvantageous that the locking is dependent on the decrease in tension and this tension is retained, for example, when the pull cable jams, which prevents the locking, or that if the spring breaks, the fuse is not pressed into the locking position, which is not always the case is noticed, especially if the roller shutter, gate or door are automatically controlled by time or twilight switches. Furthermore, especially in those cases where very different widths of roller shutters or doors are present, one-sided or double-sided securing is often no longer considered sufficient, rather there is a need for multiple-acting securing devices.

From this, the task on which the invention is based is derived, according to which a generic fuse is to be proposed, in which these disadvantages are eliminated, which falls into the locking position without additional drive, which extends over the entire width of the roller shutter, gate or door also does not allow terminal interlocks and which is simple and economical to manufacture and can be used safely.

This problem is now solved according to the invention by the features that are contained in the characterizing part of claim 1; advantageous further developments and preferred embodiments describe the subclaims.

In order to achieve the desired secure locking, one of the bars of roller shutter, gate or door contains a tiltable latch over its entire length, the foot of which is mounted in a groove in a recess in the profile of the bar open towards the window side, the latch in this recess can be inserted and has a foot offset from the center of gravity of the trap towards the profile bar with a rollable profile in this channel, and the trap can be tilted freely when the end bar is placed on the outer window sill, and that at least one, but advantageously both, of the side Guide profiles locking means, preferably a locking lug, which engages behind the tipping latch emerging from the profile bar. Through this embodiment, a freely movable tilting trap is formed, the torque of which is given by the mass distribution such that the tilting trap must then tilt away from the profile rod and thus emerges from the outline of the profile of the rod without an additional spring or another drive when the side Guide profile stops at least on its rear side facing the window because of the notch and thus releases the tilting trap. The tipping latch emerging from the profile of the rod now grips behind the locking lug when trying to push the roller shutter door or door up, which in the simplest case consists of the notched profile of the lateral guide. Every attempt to push up leads to a progressively increasing lock.

It is advisable that the end rod is provided with the tilt trap. In order to secure the tilting trap inserted into the recess of the profile or the end rod, end angles are set at least on one side, advantageously on both sides, which are inserted into the profile of the rod with positive engagement and fixed there.

The upward movement of the tilted tipping latch is prevented by the locking lug behind which the tipping latch emerging from the profile of the rod engages. This locking lug is formed by notching one leg of the lateral guide profiles, the remaining part of which is the locking lug. In the cutout of the lateral guide profile given by the notch, an insert is advantageously used which is made of steel for strength reasons. For corrosion reasons, a stainless steel is advantageously used. This insert prevents access to the tipping trap from the outside; in addition, the insert absorbs the force that is applied when an attempt is made to penetrate the roller shutter, gate or door. Since the insert can also be anchored in the masonry regardless of the lateral guide profile, this force can also be introduced directly into the masonry surrounding the window, gate or door. In order to prevent the not fully unlocked tilt latch from preventing the upward movement of the roller shutter, gate or door, an inlet slope is provided in the inlet to the side guide profile, which is only slightly bent outwards and presses the tilt latch into the profile of the rod when the unlocking has not been completed; which, however, securely holds back the tipped-over latch, its end face forming the locking lug, and this inlet also being able to be provided on a separate insert which is inserted into the notch of the lateral guide profile.

Locking lugs in the form described can be provided on both side guides for locking purposes; however, since the tilting latch is designed as a continuous profile over the entire length of the rod, there can also be more between the two lateral guide profiles Locking lugs can be provided, for example on vertical legs of the window frame. With this arrangement, even unusually wide shutters, gates and doors can be securely locked in such a way that they cannot be pushed up.

In order to enable the tilted tilt latch to be unlocked when the roller shutter, door or door is opened as intended, the tilt latch is designed as a profile extending over the entire length of the last bar. As a result, a single device for unlocking, which engages anywhere on the tilt latch, is sufficient to bring the tilt latch over its entire length into the unlocked normal position. It is possible to provide locking lugs, even without a device for unlocking is arranged at the location of the locking lug. The locking lugs are advantageously provided at least on both sides of the roller shutter, gate or door. In this type of training, it is advantageous that further locking lugs are provided between the two lateral guide profiles. A distribution of the forces is achieved in the event of unauthorized opening, even if the roller shutter, door or door is excessively wide.

As a device for unlocking the tilt latch, it can be unlocked by means of a pin arranged at the level of the outer window sill. At the outer end of the unlocking rod, a slide shoe is provided, which with the tilt latch interacts and, when pressed in, presses it into the recess in the profile bar and holds it there. In order to keep this holding going, the unlocking rod is provided with a locking ring, and on the outside of the outer window frame a holding finger is provided, by means of which the locking ring is lifted when it is pressed in, thereby blocking the removal of the unlocking rod. When the roller shutter, gate or door is pulled open, the sliding block is dragged along, the spring-elastic, flexible unlocking rod is bent and if a corresponding deflection is exceeded, the locking ring lifts off the retaining finger and the unlocking rod can be pulled back or brought back by a return spring. This holding of the unlocking rod is coordinated so that the tilting latch has run into the lateral guide profile when the locking ring detaches from the holding finger. This ensures safe and trouble-free unlocking. In the case of unlocking coupled with a motor drive, for example with a lifting magnet, it is sufficient if the activation of the lifting magnet leading to unlocking lasts at least until the tilting latch has securely run into the lateral guide profile.

In an advantageous embodiment, the pin interacts with an actuator which is controlled by a circuit. In the case of a motor-operated roller shutter, gate or door, the actuator of the pin is advantageously activated when the upward movement is switched on. This activation option reliably prevents the tilt latch from being locked when lowering: it can easily fall into the locked position when the end position is reached. If an opening movement of the roller shutter, door or door is initiated without the locking pin being unlocked, the roller shutter, door or door can be set to "gap", for incidence of light or for ventilation. In this case, an overload switch must be provided in the case of a motorized drive, which stops the opening movement when the tilted tipping latch reaches behind the locking lug, it goes without saying that the blocking surface of the tipping latch is designed to be essentially smooth in order to prevent the Tilt trap out to be able to push the locking position back into the unlocking position. The actuator can be the solenoid or a servomotor. These are switched so that they can only be activated when the roller shutter, gate or door is opened, the activation taking at least until the tilting latch is in the area of the side guide profiles and of these in the recess of the profile bar is held.

In an alternative embodiment, a cable pull is provided to unlock the tipping latch. The cable is connected to the first rod or to the shaft and is taken along during winding and tightened so that the tipped tilt latch is pulled into the unlocking position. The stroke of the rope must at least correspond to the rope length required for the transition from the tipped position of the tipping latch to the unlocked position. In order to achieve a perfect unlocking when pulling up the roller shutter, gate or door, the cable length is adjusted so that the tilting latch is only pivoted into the unlocked position when the bars are pulled apart fully and are thus set to "gap". If the length of the roller shutter, gate or door is longer, the required cable length is achieved with (relatively) few bars. In order to achieve a perfect unlocking with a longer roller shutter, door or door, the rope is attached to an intermediate bar at a suitable distance from the last bar.

To guide the traction cable, at least some of the end plugs that laterally delimit the rods are provided with guide eyes through which the traction cable is guided. These guide eyelets guide the rope and prevent the rope from slackening when the roller shutter, door or door is open. With the cable pull it is achieved in a simple manner that the roller shutter, gate or door can be set to "gap", for example for incidence of light or for ventilation, since the cable pull must first be tightened by lifting the bars and this tightening can be adjusted in this way, that the bars go to "gap".

Figures 1 and 2 show a closed roller shutter 1 with a number of bars 2 in supervision and in side view. The rods 2 are hung together in the usual way so that the roller shutter is pulled up by means of belts (not shown in more detail) and wound up on a shaft (also not shown in more detail), it doesn't matter whether this is done by hand or done by motor. The roller shutter is closed in the reverse manner: the straps are used to unwind and lower the bars 2 from the shaft, the end bar 3 as the bottom bar being able to be lowered until it rests on the outer window sill, and the other bars 2 in their attachments Gap is set. This gap closes when so much has been given in the lowering that the belts get loose. Laterally the rods 2 and also the end rod 3 are guided in guides 4 which have guide channels 4.1 in which the end plugs 5 of the rods slide. In the illustration, the end bar 3 guided in the lowest position is equipped with a tilting latch 10 running over its entire width. This tilt trap 10 runs in the two guide channels 4.1 of the lateral guides 4, the wall of which in the region of the lower ends have cutouts 4.1 open towards the window side, the height of which corresponds to the height of the tilt trap 10. If the tilting latch 10 reaches this cutout 4.1 when the roller shutter 1 is lowered, it can tilt from the guided position into the tilted position. In an attempt to push up the roller shutter 1, the tilted latch catches under the wall of the side guide 4, with which the roller shutter is locked.

In order to be able to release the tilt trap 10, the cable pull 8 is provided which is guided over some of the rods 2, the end plugs 5 of which have guide eyes 6 in which the pull cable 8 runs freely. The length of the cable 8 and thus the number of bars 2 bridged by the cable 8 is dimensioned at least so that the gaps that open between these bars 2 and also between the end bar 3 and the bar 2 adjacent to it when the roller shutter 1 is raised Rope length consume that the tilting latch 10 is brought into its unlocked position and is also held. To adjust the length, the rope attached to the stop 9 on the tilting trap 10 is fixed above the at least necessary guide eyelet 6 with a clamping sleeve 7. Attachment to the uppermost of the rods 2 or to the shaft is advantageous, since unlocking cannot be achieved by pushing up one of the upper rods.

The details of the tilt trap 10 are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4; the tilting trap 10 consists of a continuous profile over the entire width of the roller shutter 1 with a head part 11, a middle piece 12 and a foot 13. The head part 11 and middle piece 12 are mounted opposite the foot so that a tilting moment in the direction of the mass distribution Recess 4.1 in the lateral guide 4 is given. This is achieved in that the foot part 13 opposite the middle piece 12 with the head part 11 is shifted inwards. The profile of the end rod 3 has a free space in which the tilt trap 10 can be fully immersed. In order to achieve a free tilting of the tilting latch, the profile in the area of the lower end is provided with a tilting channel 3.1, which receives the foot 13 of the tilting latch with appropriate play and enables free tilting without hinges or the like. are needed. The tilting trap 10, which extends over the entire width of the end rod 3, is in itself protected in the lateral guides 4 against lateral migration; however, in order to secure them, mounting brackets 14 which are inserted on one or both sides are provided. In order to compensate for inaccuracies in the position of the tilt trap 10 drawn into the free space of the end rod 3 due to the length fluctuation of the cable pull 8, the notched legs of the lateral guide profiles 4 have chamfers 4.2 which then push the tilt trap into the free space when, for example, by an increase the temperature - the length of the cable 8 has increased and therefore the tilting trap 10 cannot pull completely into the free space. Such a length compensation - which can also be done with springs - is necessary because the temperature fluctuations to which the cable is exposed are considerable and an exact adjustment of the cable length at high temperatures leads to a too short cable length at low temperatures and vice versa.

Erst wenn die Auslenkung einen solchen Wert erreicht hat, daß der Sperring 28 über den Haltefinger 29 gehoben wird, kann der Entarretierungsstab über die in der beim Eindrücken gespannten Rückholfeder 27 gespeicherte Kraft zurückgezogen werden; das Zurückziehen des Entarretierungsstabes 25 erfolgt verzögert.FIG. 5 shows a possible embodiment of a manual unlocking: the unlocking is guided through a fixed leg 30 of the outer frame of the window with a pivotable inner frame 31 provided with glazing 32; it consists of an unlocking bolt 25 which can be pressed in by hand with the actuating button 26. At the free end of the unlocking bolt 25, a sliding shoe 25.1 is arranged, which cooperates with the tilting latch 10. If the unlocking, drawn in the rest position in FIG. 5a, is pushed in, the slide shoe 25.1 lies against the tilted latch 10; Further pressure brings the tilting latch 10 into its rest position in the profile of the rod provided with the tilting latch, here the end rod 3: the locking is released. If the roller shutter, gate or door were now raised, the tilting latch would run into the side guide profiles if they were up to this point is securely held by the slide shoe 25.1. In order to ensure this, a locking ring 28 is provided on the unlocking rod 25, which is taken along when the locking rod 25 is pressed through and is blocked by a retaining finger 29 in such a way that the unlocking rod 25 remains in the pressed-in position until the roller shutter, gate or door are raised so far that the tilt trap 10 has run into the side guides 4 and can no longer tilt in the locked position. The unlocking rod can now be bent elastically and resiliently in the manner of a Bowden cable: The friction of the sliding block 25.1 on the tilting latch 10 takes it along when the roller shutter, door or door is pulled up and deflects it. Only when the deflection has reached such a value that the locking ring 28 is lifted over the holding finger 29 can the unlocking rod be retracted via the force stored in the return spring 27, which is under tension when pressed in; the retraction of the unlocking rod 25 is delayed.

Here, a lifting magnet 35 is arranged on the fixed leg 30 of the outer frame of the window with a pivotable inner frame 31 provided with glazing 32, which solenoid can be controlled via an electrical connection (not shown in more detail). When the roller shutter, door or door is lowered or opened by a motor, this control is expediently coupled to the motor control so that the magnet can only be activated during an upward movement. When the lifting magnet 35 is activated, the release bolt is pressed against the tilted latch 10 (FIG. 6b) and forces it into the recess in the profile bar, here the end bar 3. This releases the lock and the roller shutter, gate or door can be raised freely. In order to prevent premature detachment of the trigger pin 36 from the tilting latch 10, the lifting magnet 35 remains activated until the tilting latch 10 has securely run into the lateral guides 4, it being of no importance if the unlocking with the upward movement of the motorized Drive is switched on. An electrical simple delay is achieved with this type of circuit, and separate delay elements are avoided. In addition, the unlocking bolt can also be used here 39 be designed as the unlocking bolt 25, with an elastically resilient, flexible shaft which, as described there, keeps the head of the unlocking bolt 38, which cooperates with the tilting latch 10, pressed in.

Die Bandfeder 37 wird somit gespannt, und die Kippfalle 10 legt sich in den Freiraum des Endstabes 3, so daß das Einlaufen des Endstabes 3 in die seitlichen Führungen 4 nicht behindert wird.7 shows an embodiment of the roller shutter with rods 2 and an end rod 3, which is provided with a tilting latch 10 which is tipped out of the free space when the roller shutter is closed and when the roller shutter is set to "gap" in the free space provided in the end rod 3 lies that the end rod 3 can run into the lateral guides 4 without being held back by the locking edge 4.2 closing the recess 4.1 upwards, which can also be designed as a locking lug (FIGS. 3, 4). In order to bring the tilt latch 10 securely from the unlocking position into the locking position (designated 10 ′), a band spring 37 is provided, which has rivets or screws 39 on the tilt latch 10 at one end and on one of the ends at one end Arranged above the end rod 3 rods 2 of the roller shutter is also fastened with rivets or screws 38. When the roller shutter is closed (FIGS. 7a and 7b), the tilting latch 10 is tilted out of the free space of the end rod 3, the pretensioning of the band spring 37 favors this; The spring force can be used to overcome inhibitions of the free movement of the drop latch 10, for example due to contamination or unusual temperature influences. The band spring 37 has a shaped point 37.1 in the area of the connection to the rod 2, which ensures a pretension. When trying to push up and raise the roller shutter to overcome its function as a burglar alarm, the tilted latch is pushed against the upper limit 4.2 of the notch 4.1 in the side guides 4 or against the locking lug provided at this point (Fig. 3, 4) pressed, the greater the force used to raise the roller shutter, the greater the pressing force. If the roller shutter is opened as intended, the bars are successively set "on gap" from top to bottom. If all the bars 2 are set to a gap with respect to the following bars including the end bar 3, the end bar 3 lifts off the support, as shown in FIG. 7c. With this "on gap" setting, that of the rods 2 to which the band spring 37 is fastened is also raised, while the end rod still remains at rest. The band spring 37 is thus tensioned, and the tilting latch 10 lies in the free space of the end rod 3, see above that the entry of the end rod 3 into the side guides 4 is not hindered.
