Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schuh mit einem Zentraldrehverschluß gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Ein derartiger Schuh ist beispielsweise aus dem DE-U-89 12 788 oder aus dem DE-U-90 05 469 bekannt. Bei den dort beschriebenen Schuhen ist der Zentraldrehverschluß auf einem Ristschild angebracht, an dem seitliche Schließlappen schwenkbeweglich angeformt sind. Das mit dem Zentraldrehverschluß spannbare Spannelement verläuft von diesem Ristschild aus abwechselnd über Umlenkelemente der Schließlappen und des Ristschildes.
Weiterhin ist es aus dem DE-U-90 16 325 bekannt, die Schließlappen getrennt vom Ristschild anzuordnen. Dabei sind die Umlenkelemente an seitlichen, über den Schuhschaft verlaufenden Spannbändern angebracht und diese in entsprechende Aussparungen der Schließlappen einsetzbar.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Schließeinrichtung für einen Schuh der vorgenannten Art zu vereinfachen und damit kostengünstiger zu gestalten.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Schließeinrichtung bedingt nicht nur eine Materialersparnis und eine Verringerung der Anzahl von Einzelteilen, sondern ermöglicht auch eine einfachere Montage.
Weitere vorteilhafte Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben und werden nachfolgend anhand des in der Zeichnung veranschaulichten Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben.
Die einzige Figur zeigt eine Ansicht auf die Außenseite eines erfindungsgemäßen Schuhes.
Mit 1 ist ein Schuh, insbesondere ein Sport- oder Freizeitschuh, bezeichnet. Über dem Rist 2, vorzugsweise über oder auf einer Zunge 3 des Schuhes 1 ist ein Ristschild 4 aus hartelastischem Material angebracht. Der Ristschild 4 ist bevorzugt an dessen Vorderkante 5 schwenkbeweglich nach oben und nach vorne wegklappbar befestigt. Er kann auch mit der Zunge 3 oder mit einem die Zunge bildenden Teil des Schaftes 6 fest, jedoch vorzugsweise ebenfalls wegschwenkbar verbunden sein.
Auf dem Ristschild 4 ist ein Zentraldrehverschluß 7 in an sich bekannter Bauweise angeordnet. Vorzugsweise findet ein Zentraldrehverschluß 7 Verwendung, der durch Zug oder Druck oder in sonst geeigneter Weise schnellentrastbar ist, um ein schnelles Öffnen des Schuhes 1 zu ermöglichen.
Mit dem Zentraldrehverschluß 7 ist ein Spannelement 8 in Draht- oder Bandform mit relativ kleinem Querschnitt gekuppelt. Dieses Spannelement 8 bildet zu beiden Seiten des Ristschildes 4 je zwei im Abstand voneinander liegende Schlaufen 9 und 10.
Die hintere, obere Schlaufe 9 ist um ein Umlenkelement 11 eines Kupplungsgliedes 12 geschlungen. Das Kupplungsglied 12 ist an einem hinteren Spanngurt 13 vorgesehen, der sich von der Schlaufe 9 aus schräg nach unten und hinten bis in den Bereich 14 der Ferseninnen- oder Fersenaußenseite 15 erstreckt.
Die vordere Schlaufe 10 ist ebenfalls um ein Umlenkelement 11 eines Kupplungsgliedes 12 geschlungen, das an einem vorderen Spanngurt 16 vorgesehen ist, der von der Schlaufe 10 aus schräg nach unten und hinten verläuft. Auf der Schuhinnenseite 17, d.h. an derjenigen Schuhseite, an der sich der Innenknöchel des Fußes befindet, erstreckt sich der vordere Spanngurt 16 zur Fußwölbung hin und der über die Schuhaußenseite 18 verlaufende vordere Spanngurt 16 erstreckt sich in Richtung des Bereiches 19 des Außenballens 20 des Mittelfußes.
Die Breite 21 der Spanngurte 13, 16 nimmt vom Kupplungsglied 12 aus linear oder überproportional zu. Bevorzugt entspricht die Breite 21 der Spanngurte 13, 16 mindestens etwa der Breite der Umlenkelemente 11 von etwa 0,5 cm bis 2,5 cm und die Endbreite im Endbereich 22 am Schuh 1, am Schaft 6 oder an der Sohle 23 beträgt etwa 2 cm bis 9 cm, insbesondere etwa 5 cm bis 7 cm.
Die Spanngurte 13, 16 sind zumindest in den Endbereichen 22 mit dem Schuh 1, mit dem Schaft 6 oder mit der Sohle 23 fest verbunden. Sie können jedoch auch über einen größeren Bereich, ausgenommen den Bereich 24 der Umlenkelemente 11, und gegebenenfalls auch ausgenommen den anschließenden Abschnitt 25 von etwa 1 cm bis 3 cm mit dem Schaft des Schuhes 1 verbunden, beispielsweise angeklebt und/oder angenäht sein.
Bevorzugt bestehen die Spanngurte 13, 16 aus biegeelastischem, wenig dehnbarem Material, beispielsweise aus einem Textilband aus Naturfasern oder aus Kunststoff. Besonders bei Verwendung eines nichttextilen Materials, wie Leder, Kunststoff oder dgl., kann die Biegefähigkeit der Spanngurte 13, 16 bei Bedarf durch dünnere und/oder schmälere Schwachstellen 26 und/oder durch Unterbrechungen 27 erhöht werden.
Die Kupplungsglieder 12 sind vorteilhaft derart ausgebildet, daß das Spannelement 8 von der Rückseite des Kupplungsgliedes 12 aus in dieses einsetzbar und um das Umlenkelement 11 legbar ist. Beispielsweise ist zu diesem Zweck die Rückseite durch einen Querschlitz aufgetrennt, der mit dem das Umlenkelement 11 umgebenden Freiraum in Verbindung steht.
In vorteilhafter Weise sind am Ristschild 4 in Richtung zu den Spanngurten 13, 16 verlaufende Gleitlappen 28 bzw. 29 angeformt. Diese sind derart geformt und so lang bemessen, daß das zugehörige Kupplungsglied 12 im Bereich der üblichen Öffnungsstellungen bis zur vollständigen Schließstellung stets auf diesen aufliegt.

Claims (7)

  1. Schuh (1), insbesondere Sport- oder Freizeitschuh, mit einem Zentraldrehverschluß (7), der auf einem Ristschild (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei ein vom Zentraldrehverschluß (7) betätigbares Spannelement (8) vom Ristschild (4) aus seitlich in Form von je zwei Schlaufen (9, 10) herausgeführt und über je ein Umlenkelement (11) eines Kupplungsgliedes (12) im Bereich der Seitenteile des Schaftes (6) geführt ist, wobei ferner zum Schließen des Schuhes (1) die Schlaufen (9, 10) durch Drehen des Zentraldrehverschlusses (7) verkürzbar und zum Öffnen verlängerbar sind und sowohl auf der Schuhinnenseite (17) als auch auf der Schuhaußenseite (18) je ein hinterer Spanngurt (13) vom Ristschild (4) aus in Zugrichtung schräg nach unten und hinten zur Ferseninnenseite bzw. Fersenaußenseite (15) verläuft und je ein vorderer Spanngurt (16) schräg nach unten und hinten auf der Schuhinnenseite (17) in Richtung der Fußwölbung und auf der Schuhaußenseite (18) in Richtung des Mittelfuß-Außenballens (20) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Bereich der Schuhinnenseite (17) und der Schuhaußenseite (18) vorhandenen Umlenkelemente (11) an voneinander getrennten Spanngurten (13, 16) vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Spanngurte (13, 16) lediglich im Endbereich (22) ihrer unteren Begrenzung mit dem Schuh (1), dem Schaft (6) oder mit der Sohle (23) fest verbunden sind.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (21) der Spanngurte (13, 16) vom mit dem Umlenkelement (12) versehenen freien Ende aus von einer anfänglichen Mindestbreite entsprechend der Breite des Umlenkelements (11) aus bis zum am Schuh (1), am Schaft (6) oder an der Sohle (23) befestigten Endbereich (22) auf etwa 2 cm bis 9 cm, insbesondere auf etwa 5 cm bis 7 cm, zunimmt.
  3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanngurte (13, 16), ausgenommen den Bereich (24) der Umlenkelemente (11) und gegebenenfalls ausgenommen einen anschließenden Abschnitt (25) von 1 cm bis 3 cm mit dem Schuh (1), dem Schaft (6) oder mit der Sohle (23) fest verbunden sind.
  4. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanngurte (13, 16) aus biegeelastischem, wenig dehnbarem Material bestehen.
  5. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanngurte (13, 16) zur Erhöhung der Biegefähigkeit materialmäßig verdünnte Schwachstellen (26) und/oder Durchbrechungen (27) aufweisen.
  6. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement (8) von der Rückseite des Kupplungsgliedes (12) her in dieses einsetzbar und über das Umlenkelement (11) legbar ist.
  7. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ristschild (4) in Richtung zu den Spanngurten (13, 16) verlaufende Gleitlappen (28, 29) vorgesehen sind, auf denen im Bereich der üblichen Offnungsstellungen bis zur vollständigen Schließstellung das jeweils zugehörige Kupplungsglied (12) aufliegt.
