Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Warmedämmplatte
der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches
1 genannten Gattung. The invention relates to a thermal insulation board
the one in the preamble of the
Thermal insulation boards made of glass wool, mineral wool, foamed plastic or cork are already known. In addition to the tongue and groove connections between neighboring Butt-to-butt insulation boards as in DE-U-8 911 947 and SU-PS 29 39 81 it is also known a Tip of the insulation board so that the outer edge at one Peak runs, from which there is an inclined surface to the two Pulls the outer surfaces of the insulation board. The other end of the Insulation board is with a dovetail-like recess provided to accommodate the sharpened opposite Endes an adjacent insulation board. That way it is possible to put a number of insulation boards together and recessed over their pointed or dovetail shape Joint the ends together.
While with such dovetail connections during assembly It must be ensured that the one just installed Insulation board not independently from the desired end position slips out, with the bevels of the tip on the Sloping faces of the dovetail-shaped recess, prepare comb-like tongues with thickened ends and behind them locking blocks according to DE-A-3 933 108 Assembly and especially disassembly problems. The connecting neighboring insulation boards by inserting a spring likewise a certain difficulty, which the laying work more expensive.
In addition, it is known (DE-U-87 03 088), the inclined, when laying abutting ends of insulation boards to train in a step-like manner in order to prevent accidental shifting of one another Avoid insulation boards when laying.
The invention has for its object an insulation board genus mentioned at the beginning with simple means improve that the assembly or disassembly simply by Layman is feasible without using special devices have to be, which is an unwanted slipping out of the just installed insulation board prevented from the position which corresponds to the final assembly position.
besonders bevorzugtes Anwendungsbeispiel geschildert. The invention is characterized in
In the invention, the outward opening end of the insulation board provided with a recess on the inside or with others Words - the end opening to the edge of the insulation board is inside, i.e. on the opposite side of the edge in question. At the transition point between the beginning of expansion and the edge in particular is wedge-shaped pulling inclined surfaces is at least one Blocking nose to form a constriction in this transition area to the corresponding inclined surface.
At the other, tapering end, the insulation board is on the other hand a blocking part or, in other words, an expanding part Provide part whose largest width is larger than that Width of a narrow point in the area of the transition of this blocking part or this expansion into the sloping surface in question, which for leads to the relevant outer surface of the insulation board. The greatest width the locking part is also larger than the width of the aforementioned Narrowing in the area of the locking nose of the first end of the Insulation board.
In addition, the insulation board is either in the area of the locking lug or in the area of the blocking part or the extension or preferred in both areas made of a material that especially when printing. deformed to a certain extent in a compressible manner in order to Relief of the pressure largely returned to its original form to take.
In this way it is possible that when attacking the locking part of the one end of the insulation board on the other one or the locking lugs End of an adjacent insulation board and when using a die two insulation boards in their "nested" assembly position urging pressure of the locking part past the locking lug into the Recess is pressed while the locking tabs in the "nested" Installation position in the transition area between the locking part and the inclined surfaces of one end of the insulation board reach in and prevent the locking part from moving again automatically i.e. without pronounced pull on the concerned Insulation board to get out of the recess.
After a special training, the edge of the recess is located on a circle with a diameter of at least corresponds to the greatest width of the blocking part. Accordingly, it should also the edge of the locking part is on a circle with such a Diameter, which is the largest width of the locking part corresponds. Both the recess and the locking part then form a kind of crescent moon or three-quarter moon in cross-section. The constriction is conveniently located on the Transition point between the edge of the recess or the locking part and the adjacent sloping surface.
The width of the constriction of the blocking part should be between 50% and 95% of the largest width of the same, while the width of the Constriction at the locking nose between 85% and 98% of the greatest width of the blocking part should be.
The ratio of the largest width of the locking part in relation to Base plate thickness should be between 30% and 80%.
The locking part and the recess should each cover the entire Pull the width of the insulation board, but they are also modified Training possible in which, for example, the locking part is not runs over the entire width of the insulation board, but only one Part of the width corresponds, for example, only in the middle or located on the edges.
Als Dämmstoff ist vorgesehen:
Faserdämmstoffe
in Form von Platten- oder Rollenware,
oder Korkerzeugnisse. The following is provided as insulation:
Fiber insulation materials in the form of sheets or rolls, or cork products.

1b verbinden.According to FIG. 1, the lower end 10 that opens downward has
the
At the upper tapering
"aufzuhängen".In this assembled locking position, the two locking lugs prevent
8 at both ends of the
Läuft Regenwasser in Pfeilrichtung
So that as far as possible no foreign bodies and moisture, such as driving rain,
get into the space between the two
den Einschnürungen 7 bildet die Engstelle 7a.According to Figure 2, the edge 2a of the
ohne weiteres. In the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the angles α of the
It is understood that the type of cross-section formation the recess, the locking part and the inclined surfaces also different than can be realized in the preferred embodiment of the invention and the object of the invention taking into account the Main principle mentioned can be realized, according to it it is sufficient if there is a locking part at one end of the insulation board located in a recess at the other end of the adjacent one Insulation board can be used so that it is a certain when inserted Overcome resistance, which on the other hand ensures that the insulation board in question is not from its mounting position automatically slips out again, in which the recess with the locking lug or those shown in the figures forms two latches for the locking part itself if there is still a certain mobility, in particular the pivotability of the two insulation boards in relation to each other is possible.
1b der Dämmplatten 1 verlaufen.3 is an example of such an embodiment of the invention,
in which the insulation board ends 10, 11 only on one side la
