- la tige mâle et l'élément femelle sont conformés et disposés de façon que la tige mâle pénètre dans l'élément femelle lorsque la porte est appliquée contre l'ouverture du moufle pour l'obturer,
- la tige mâle comporte au moins une gorge annulaire intermédiaire,
- l'élément femelle comporte des organes de verrouillage déplaçables radialement entre une position de verrouillage dans laquelle ils pénètrent dans l'alésage interne et dans la gorge de tige mâle pour interdire le coulissement axial de la tige mâle, et une position de déverrouillage dans laquelle ils sortent de l'alésage interne et de la gorge pour autoriser le coulissement axial de la tige mâle,
- l'élément femelle comporte une bague de déverrouillage, coulissant axialement sur l'élément femelle et conformée pour déplacer radialement les organes de verrouillage entre leur position de verrouillage et leur position de déverrouillage lors de son déplacement axial,
- des moyens élastiques sollicitent la bague de déverrouillage vers sa position de verrouillage dans laquelle les organes de verrouillage viennent en position de verrouillage,
- un poussoir est adapté sur le premier des deux éléments constitués par la porte et le moufle, et est conformé pour déplacer la bague de déverrouillage en translation sur l'élément femelle et produire le déverrouillage.

Claims (9)
- Dispositif de verrouillage d'une porte (1) de four dont la face de contact (3) vient en appui sur une face de contact correspondante (4) d'un moufle (2) de four, dans lequel :une tige mâle (5) dépasse perpendiculairement de la face de contact (3, 4) du premier des deux éléments constitués par la porte (1) et le moufle (2),un élément femelle (6) est adapté sur le second des deux éléments constitués par la porte (1) et le moufle (2),la tige mâle (5) et l'élément femelle (6) sont conformés et disposés de façon que la tige mâle (5) pénètre dans l'élément femelle (6) lorsque la porte (1) est appliquée contre l'ouverture du moufle (2) pour l'obturer,la tige mâle (5) comporte au moins une gorge annulaire intermédiaire (8),l'élément femelle (6) comporte des organes de verrouillage (9) déplaçables radialement entre une position de verrouillage dans laquelle ils pénètrent dans l'alésage interne (7) et dans la gorge (8) de tige mâle pour interdire le coulissement axial de la tige mâle (5), et une position de déverrouillage dans laquelle ils sortent de l'alésage interne (7) et de la gorge (8) pour autoriser le coulissement axial de la tige mâle (5),l'élément femelle (6) comporte une bague de déverrouillage (10), coulissant axialement sur l'élément femelle (6) et conformée pour déplacer radialement les organes de verrouillage (9) entre leur position de verrouillage et leur position de déverrouillage lors de son déplacement axial,des moyens élastiques (12) sollicitent la bague de déverrouillage (10) vers sa position de verrouillage dans laquelle les organes de verrouillage (9) viennent en position de verrouillage,un poussoir (13) est adapté sur le premier des deux éléments constitués par la porte (1) et le moufle (2), et est conformé pour déplacer la bague de déverrouillage (10) en translation sur l'élément femelle (6) et produire le déverrouillage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige mâle (5) est montée fixe sur la porte de four (1), et le poussoir (13) est monté coulissant sur la porte (1) de four et est actionné par une poignée de porte de four.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément femelle (6) comprend, dans son alésage interne (7), un dispositif commutateur électrique (16) actionné par la tige mâle (5), pour fermer un contact électrique de commande des organes internes du four lorsque la tige mâle (5) vient en position de verrouillage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la tige mâle (5) et l'élément femelle (6) sont pourvus d'un alésage axial traversant raccordé à des canalisations respectives pour permettre un passage de fluide entre le moufle (2) et la porte de four (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément femelle (6) comprend des organes de blocage auxiliaires (22) venant s'engager élastiquement dans la gorge (8) lorsque la tige mâle (5) est en une position intermédiaire de préouverture dans laquelle la porte (1) est légèrement entrouverte et retenue par lesdits organes de blocage auxiliaires (22) engagés dans la gorge (8), la porte (1) pouvant alors être ouverte par traction volontaire produisant la sortie des organes de blocage auxiliaires (22) hors de la gorge (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage auxiliaires (22) comprennent des billes sollicitées élastiquement en direction de l'axe de l'élément femelle (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort (23) sollicite le poussoir (13) à l'écart de la bague de déverrouillage (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (13) comprend une tête de poussée (14) reliée par une tige (17) à une platine d'appui (18) elle-même reliée à une couronne interne de poussée (19) par trois colonnes (20, 21) montées à coulissement dans la porte (1) de four et réparties autour de la tige mâle (5), la couronne interne de poussée (19) venant en appui sur la bague de déverrouillage (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un moteur ou un vérin (24) tire celui de la tige mâle (5) ou de l'élément femelle (6) qui est monté à coulissement sur le moufle de four (2), des moyens de débrayage manuel étant prévus pour désaccoupler l'élément femelle (6) par rapport au moteur ou vérin (24).
