Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Abzugsvorrichtung an Strangpressen mit einer Auslaufbahn für die Auflage des von der Strangpresse ausgestoßenen, langgestreckten Werkstückes, das stirnseitig von einem von der Abzugsvorrichtung bewegbaren Greifer faßbar ist, wobei parallel zur Auslaufbahn zwei voneinander distanzierte, oberhalb der Auslaufbahn und seitlich einer gedachten vertikalen Längsmittelebene der Auslaufbahn liegende Schienen festgelegt sind und entlang einer jeden Schiene je ein Wagen verfahrbar gelagert ist und an jedem der beiden Wagen ein einen Greifer tragender Arm angeordnet ist.The invention relates to a take-off device on extrusion presses with a run-out path for supporting the elongated workpiece which is ejected by the extrusion press and which can be gripped at the end face by a gripper which can be moved by the take-off device, two spaced apart from one another parallel to the run-out path, above the run-out path and laterally one imaginary vertical longitudinal median plane of the runout are fixed rails and a carriage is movably mounted along each rail and an arm carrying a gripper is arranged on each of the two carriages.
Abzugsvorrichtungen bei Strangpressen sind bekannt. Bei einer bekannten Konstruktion liegen die zur Auslaufbahn parallel verlaufenden Schienen, an welchen die Wagen mit den Greifern verfahrbar gelagert sind, seitlich der Auslaufbahn vertikal übereinander, wobei die Arme, die an den Wagen angelenkt sind und die die Greifer tragen, mehrteilig ausgebildet sind, und die je einen Arm bildenden Abschnitte gegeneinander verdreh- und schwenkbar bzw. verschiebbar sind, damit die Greifer, die beim jeweiligen aktiven Einsatz unmittelbar oberhalb der Auslaufbahn fahren, ungehindert die vorgesehene Abzugstrecke durchlaufen können. Bei einer anderen bekannten Abzugsvorrichtung (DE-PS-39 17 002) sind die Schienen für die Wagen mit den Greifern oberhalb der Auslaufbahn und seitlich einer gedachten vertikalen Längsmittelebene derselben angeordnet und auch hier sind die die Greifer und Wagen verbindenden Arme mehrteilig ausgestaltet. Diese mehrteiligen Arme und die für ihre Verdrehung und Verschwenkung bzw. gegenseitige Verschiebung vorgesehenen Stell- und Betätigungsglieder stellen außerordentlich aufwendige und komplizierte Baukomponenten dar, die teuer in der Herstellung sind und die auch einer erheblichen Wartung bedürfen.Extraction devices in extrusion presses are known. These multi-part arms and the actuators and actuators provided for their rotation and pivoting or mutual displacement represent extremely complex and complex components which are expensive to manufacture and which also require considerable maintenance.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik zielt die Erfindung darauf ab, eine Abzugsvorrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art konstruktiv einfach zu gestalten, was erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelingt, daß die Arme der beiden Greifer einteilig, gegebenenfalls im wesentlichen L-förmig gestaltet, und um horizontale, rechtwinkelig zur Ausstoßrichtung der Strangpresse stehende Achsen schwenkbar sind. Dabei sind zweckmäßigerweise die beiden je einen L-förmigen Arm bildenden Schenkel starr miteinander verbunden bzw. der Arm selbst ist einstückig ausgestaltet. Zweckmäßig werden dafür Schweißkonstruktionen vorgesehen. Sind des weiteren die beiden L-förmigen Arme gleich gestaltet und sind die die Greifer tragenden waagrechten Schenkel dieser Arme zur vertikalen Längsmittelebene der Auslauf bahn gerichtet, so stehen zur Befestigung der Greifer, die nicht unerhebliche Kräfte aufzunehmen haben, stabile, verwindungssteife Supporte zur Verfügung. Ist nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß der am Wagen um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar gelagerte Schenkel eines jeden Armes in seiner Schwenkebene gekröpft bzw. gebogen ist, so werden für die Unterbringung und für die Angriffspunkte der Verstellmechanik günstige konstruktive Voraussetzungen geschaffen.Based on this prior art, the invention aims to make a trigger device of the type mentioned structurally simple, which is achieved according to the invention in that the arms of the two grippers are made in one piece, possibly substantially L-shaped, and around horizontal, at right angles to Ejection direction of the extruder standing axes are pivotable. Um die Erfindung zu veranschaulichen, wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, ohne sie dadurch auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel einzuschränken. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 stellt einen Querschnitt durch eine Auslaufbahn 1 dar, die an der Stirnseite bzw. Ausstoßseite einer hier nicht dargestellten Strangpresse anschließt, und auf welcher das von der Strangpresse ausgestoßene langgestreckte Werkstück, nachstehend Strangpreßprofil 2 genannt, aufnimmt. Seitlich dieser Auslaufbahn 1 ist ein Traggestell 3 angeordnet mit einem oberen horizontalen Ausleger 4. Entlang der Auslaufbahn 1, die bis zu fünfzig Meter oder mehr lang sein kann (die Auslaufbahn 1 erstreckt sich rechtwinkelig zur Zeichenebene in Fig. 1), sind mehrere solcher Ausleger 4 vorgesehen. An diesen Auslegern 4 sind nun Schienen 5 und 6 festgelegt, die beide in einer gedachten, gemeinsamen horizontalen Ebene 23 liegen und welche bezogen auf die vertikale Längsmittelebene 7 der Auslaufbahn 1 symmetrisch angeordnet sind. Die beiden Schienen 5 und 6 verlaufen parallel zur Längserstreckung der Auslaufbahn 1. An jeder der beiden Schienen 5 und 6 ist ein Wagen 8, 9 verfahrbar gelagert. An jedem der beiden Wagen, die einen identischen Aufbau besitzen, ist nun um eine horizontale Achse 10 bzw. 11, die rechtwinkelig zur Längsmittelebene 7 der Auslaufbahn 1 steht, ein einteiliger Arm 12, 13 mittels einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 14 und 15 in einer Vertikalebene schwenkbar gelagert, diese einteiligen Arme 12, 13 sind in sich starr und zweckmäßigerweise hier L-förmig ausgebildet. Sind die Arme 12, 13 L-förmig gestaltet, wie hier im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, so bilden die beiden Schenkel dieser L-Form eine starre Einheit. Wie die Wagen 8, 9 sind auch diese einteiligen Arme 12, 13 identisch ausgebildet. Sind die Arme 12, 13 L-förmig gestaltet, so sind ihre jeweils waagrechten Schenkel, die die Greifer 16, 17 tragen, zur Längsmittelebene 7 gerichtet. Diese Greifer können unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel bestehen diese Greifer 16, 17 aus je einem U-Profilstück mit relativ hohen Seitenwangen. An einer diese Seitenwangen im Bereich ihrer freien Enden verbindenden Achse 18 sind mehrere, parallel zueinander liegende, frei bewegliche Lamellen 19 schwenkbar gelagert (in Fig. 1 rechtwinkelig zur Zeichenebene). Fig. 2 macht die Arbeitsweise der Abzugseinrichtung deutlich: Die Schienen 5 und 6 sowie die Wagen 8 und 9 liegen - bezogen auf die Zeichenebene - hintereinander. Die Greifer 16 und 17 jedoch liegen in ein und derselben Ebene (Fig. 1). In Fig. 2 hat der Greifer 16 ein von der nicht dargestellten Strangpresse ausgestoßenes Strangpreßprofil 2 stirnseitig gefaßt und zieht dieses nun nach rechts (Pfeil 20). Dabei ist der Greifer 16 mittels des Armes 12 bzw. der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 14 zur Auslaufbahn 1 abgesenkt. Während dieses Abziehvorganges fährt nun der zweite Wagen 9 nach links (Pfeil 21), wobei hier der Greifer 17 und der Arm 13 mittels der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 15 angehoben sind (vergleiche Fig. 1), so daß die Wagen 8 und 9 ungehindert aneinander vorbeifahren können, da ja die Greifer 16 und 17 sozusagen übereinander liegen. Es ist aus den vorstehenden Darlegungen erkennbar und ersichtlich, daß dank der besonderen Anordnung der Schienen 5 und 6 die die Greifer 16 und 17 tragenden Arme einteilig und damit sehr einfach ausgebildet sein können. Sie sind praktisch einstückig, und zu ihrer Betätigung (Heben und Senken) ist nur eine einfache Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit erforderlich. Anstelle von Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 14 und 15 können auch andere Hubmechanismen eingesetzt werden. Trotz dieser sehr einfachen Ausgestaltung der Abzugsvorrichtung ist die eine Seite der Auslaufbahn 1 frei zugänglich, über die die abgezogenen und abgelenkten Strangpreßprofile 2 abtransportiert werden können (Pfeil 22). Im vorstehend gezeigten und erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die einteiligen Arme 12 und 13 L-förmig gestaltet. Diese L-Form ist für diese Arme nicht zwingend. Die Arme könnten auch - von oben gesehen - einen gebogenen Verlauf aufweisen. Vielmehr wesentlich ist gemäß der Erfindung, daß diese Arme einteilig sind und zwischen den jeweiligen Greifern und den Schwenkachsen 10 und 11 dieser Arme keine weiteren Unterteilungen vorliegen, die gegeneinander schwenkbar oder verdrehbar sind.It can be seen and seen from the above explanations that, thanks to the special arrangement of the
