Abstract

A loom contains a warp beam (1) and a weaving rotor (2) as well as an arrangement (3) for the warp run and an arrangement (4) for the fabric run which, in each case combined as a subassembly, are arranged in a machine frame (5). The arrangement (3) for the warp run and the arrangement (4) for the fabric run can be mounted in the frame (5) alternately with respect to a plane (27) defined by the axes of rotation (25, 26) of the warp beam (1) and of the weaving unit (2). This plane (27) constitutes a reference plane which defines the position of the arrangements (3) and (4) relative to one another and within the frame (5), so that a warp-module exchange can be carried out in a virtually unvaried way irrespective of the arrangement of the warp and fabric beams (1, 6). <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Reihenfachwebmaschine.The present invention relates to a series shed weaving machine.

The present invention has for its object to provide a series shed weaving machine that is adaptable to the spatial conditions, and the usability of the weaving machine is maintained unchanged by the weaver.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the features of claim 1.

The advantages that can be achieved with the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the arrangements for the warp run and the goods run as well as the goods tree can be used with minor adjustments, and in the different versions a warp module change can be carried out in a practically unchanged manner.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Es zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemässen Reihenfachwebmaschine in schematischer Darstellung;
  • Fig.3 - 6 verschiedene Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemässen Reihenfachwebmaschine

Show it:

  • Fig. 2 is a side view of another embodiment of a series shed loom according to the invention in a schematic representation and
  • Fig. 3-6 different embodiments of the row shed loom according to the invention

The row shed looms shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 contain a warp beam 1, a weaving rotor 2, an arrangement 3 for the warp run and an arrangement 4 for the goods run, which are arranged in a frame 5, and a goods tree 6, which is in a large-diameter winder 7 is arranged. 1, the goods tree 6 is arranged at a distance from the weaving side of the machine, in the case of the row shed loom according to FIG. 2, the goods tree 6 is mounted on the frame 5 with the large-diameter winder 7. The arrangement 3 for the warp run, which represents a warp module, comprises a match tree 10, a warp thread monitor unit 11, a deflecting rod 12 and a warp thread insertion unit 13. The arrangement 4 for the material run comprises a spreader 14, a spreading rod 15 and a goods take-off device 16 with a deflecting tube 17, a drawing-in roller 18 and a pressure roller 19. In the row shed weaving machine according to FIG. 1, a deflection roller is also provided, by means of which the goods are guided to the large-diameter winder 7.

The axes of rotation 25, 26 of the warp beam 1 and the weaving rotor 2 are arranged in a stable position in the frame 5 and determine a plane 27. This plane 27 represents a reference plane which determines the position of the arrangements 3 and 4 relative to one another and within the frame 5, so that regardless of the arrangement of warp and goods tree 1 and 6, a warp module change can be carried out in a practically unchanged manner.

In addition to the above-described embodiments of the row shed weaving machine, other embodiments are possible, as is shown schematically for example in FIGS. 3 to 6.
