Claims (5)

  1. Relais aus einem enthaltenden, mit einem Verschlußsockel (2) ausgerüsteten Gehäuse (1), innerhalb dessen ein Mechanismus aus einem Elektromagnet (5) und einem schaukelnd montierten metallischen Teil (6) angeordnet ist, wobei der besagte Teil (6) mittels einer zwischen diesem Teil und dem Grundteil (9) des Mechanismus eingebauten Feder (8) hinten angezogen ist, während der Körper (10) für die Spule (11) des Elektromagnets im besagten Grundteil (9) einheitlich bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schaukelnde Teil (6) schaukelnd montiert auf einem Trägerteil (7) angeordnet ist, in den er sich durch einer verbundenen Querachse (14) einfügt, und daß die Feder (8) zur hinteren Anziehung des schaukelnden Teils (6) sich in einer nach innen, von der Befestigung auf dem besagten Teil (6) bis zur Befestigung auf dem Grundteil (9) geneigten Lage befindet, was die Lagerung der Querachse (10) in ihrer Aufnahme begünstigt, wodurch gewährleistet ist, daß die Berührungsstellen zwischen dem, den Kern des Elektromagnets bildenden U-förmigen Teil (15) und dem beweglichen Teil (6) stets dieselben sind.
  2. Relais gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum äußeren Anschluß der Spule (11) des Elektromagnets, man aus jeweiligen metallischen Stäben (24) gebildeten Klemmen einbaut, die gemeinsam im Grundteil (9) des inneren Mechanismus eingefügt sind und durch den Verschlußsockel (2) vorspringen, und auf denen man die jeweiligen, ebenfalls vorstehenden Enden der leitenden Draht (25) der Spule außen wickelt und schweißt.
  3. Relais gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerteil (7) des schaukelnden metallischen Teils (6) durch Einfügung in diesen Teil (7) des den Kern des Elektromagnets bildenden, U-förmigen Teils (15) befestigt ist, wobei die besagten Teile (7, 15) in der besagten Einfügung zwischeneinander eine festhaldende Sperrung bilden, anhand entsprechenden, jeweiligen, gegenseitigen Mittel (22, 23), die eine absolute Unbeweglichkeit des besagten Teils (15) des Kerns in seiner Montage.
  4. Relais gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (19) des schaukelnden metallischen Teils (6) durch Schweißen, vorzugsweise durch Laser, mit dem besagten Teil verbunden ist, so daß die Maßgenauigkeit der Einheit durch die Verwendung des Schweißens bedingt ist.
  5. Relais gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführung, der Verschlußsockel (2) eine Wand zur Einfügung in das, den funktionnellen Mechanismus enthaltende Gehäuse (1) aufweist, wobei die besagte Wand des Sockels und die Wand selbst des Gehäuses gegenseitige Mittel zur Bildung einer die Montage festhaltenden Sperrung bilden, während, seinerseits, der Grundteil (9) des inneren funktionnellen Mechanismus gegenüber der besagten Wand des Sockels gegenseitige Mittel (12, 13) zur festhaltenden Sperrung sowie vorspringende Stützschenkel (14) in der besagten Wand bildet, auf denen das Gehäuse in der Montage festhaltend wirkt.
