- Said devices consist essentially of an electromagnet and a metal part capable of moving under the control of said electromagnet between two or more than two positions for the accomplishment of some specific concrete function which may be, for example, the closing and opening a conduit, an electrical circuit, etc.
- This relay object of the invention is essentially constituted by a containing carcass provided with a closing base which is fixed to the latter by means of snaps, however that there is inside a functional assembly formed of a basic piece that defines in its own conformation of the body for the coil of the electromagnet, which in turn has formations for a snap fastening on the base, while on said base part there is a small complementary part on which is incorporated, in tilting mounting, the movable metal part being able to be controlled by the electromagnet.
- Said tilting metal part is biased towards a spacing position relative to the electromagnet by a pulling spring incorporated between its rear part and the base part, the tilting support part being in turn fixed relative to the part.

- Said part (9) further defines formations side (12) by means of which it is capable of establishing a fixing snap in the assembly, with respect to two windows (13) corresponding to the socket wall of the base (2), as can be seen on the FIG. 3 this part (9) defining on the other hand projecting horizontal wings (14) with which it rests on the upper edge of the mentioned interlocking wall of the base (2), said wings (14) being at their tower retained in the assembly by the carcass (1), as can be observed in FIG. 2; in this way, a completely blocked assembly of the whole assembly is obtained, which makes it possible to maintain with total accuracy fixed distances in the assembly, thereby obtaining an exact and stable positioning of the functional elements and, consequently, a large operational accuracy of operation.
- the core of the electromagnet (5) is in turn constituted by a metal part (15) in the shape of a "U", which is axially fitted by one of its branches through the coil body (10) of the electromagnet (5), defining the actual core thereof; while the other branch of said piece (15) passes through an opening (16) of the base piece (9), fitting on the other side into a housing (17) defined by the support piece ( 7); so that, by means of this part (15), it establishes both the fixing of the support part (7) cited and the formation of the functional core of the electromagnet (5).

(23); so that, during the fitting of said branch of the part (15) in the housing (17), it is established in addition a snap which ensures the stability of the assembly; provided that between the protuberance (23) and the imprint (22), there is a slight phase shift vertical, so that, when establishing the aforementioned locking catch, it is created, by its own effect, a force on the part (15), upwards, thus avoiding any play any possible mobility of this part relative to the exact mounting position for the correct support of the tilting part (6) in this part.
- the tilting part (6) is constituted by a small rectangular plate in the form of a pallet, which has a transverse axis (19) which is joined therein integrally, for example, by laser welding, so that the dimensional accuracy of the assembly is determined by the welding tool, said axis (19) fitting at its ends into corresponding sockets (20) of the support piece (7), which serve as rotational supports for the tilt.
- the arrangement of the spring (8) is provided so that it is disposed with an inward inclination from its attachment on the part (6) to the antagonistic fixing on the base part (9), so that in addition to the traction used for the functional tilting of the part (6) mentioned, said spring (8) also determines a tension which promotes the fitting of the axis (19) in the housings (20), thereby establishing security in maintaining the assembly of the assembly.
