Description

The invention relates to a seat, in particular for local public transport according to the preamble of claim 1 (see, for example, DE-A-4 201 443).

Seats for vehicles with articulated fittings are known according to DE-A-4 201 443 (A1), in which the seat surface and backrest part are connected to one another via a component and are arranged such that they can be folded over associated axes. The different positions of the backrest in relation to the seat are determined using stops. The different backrest angles can be adjusted by the user. The component for this is complex for the factory setting of the backrest angle and does not meet the requirements for the seat that is to be used in different vehicles. Furthermore, seats for vehicles according to EP-A-0 251 201 (A1) are known, which are fastened on horizontally arranged tubes and can be moved and fastened in the factory on this tube according to the desired installation parts. These known seats are not foldable on the horizontal tubes and the tube is not part of a mechanism for adjusting the backrest angle.

The object of the invention is to provide a seat, in particular for public transport vehicles, which is equipped with a joint which enables both the manufacturer's adjustment of the backrest angle and the realization of folding or fixed seats, different seat widths and different shapes of seat and backrest surfaces. The object of the invention is also to connect the seat and backrest with one another and to assign the seat to different tubular and support rods. The joints used should have a simple structure, and by adding or replacing individual small parts, the design of the seats should be variable as folding or fixed seats with different Tilt angles may be possible.
The object is achieved by the features of independent claim 1. Further features of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. The backrest support and seat are connected to one another with only one joint and with the corresponding sleeves, a molded part being arranged between the backrest support and a sleeve, which determines the position of the backrest. A tube which is designed as a fastening tube extends through the sleeves of the seat support. For the training as a folding seat there is a stop on the sleeves of the seat support, which is supported on the underside of the molded part when the seat is folded down. This stop is firmly connected to the molded part for a firm fit. The invention provides that different shaped angles of the backrest support can be achieved in the workshop by modified molded parts.

Die Anpassung verschiedener Breiten ist einfach zu bewerkstelligen und alle verwendeten Bauelemente sind in ihrer konstruktiven Ausbildung einfach, unkompliziert und ökonomisch herstellbar und außerdem sind alle verwendeten Elemente in ihrem Formengebrauch verständlich bei der Montage und auch im Gebrauch durch den Fahrgast selbst.1, the seat consists of a modular system which is connected by means of pipes 8 and 9 to the wall and / or to the floor using known fastening means which are not shown in the drawing. According to Figure 2, the tubes 8 and 9 take up a joint 1. The joint 1 consists of two sleeves 2, 3, the first sleeve 2 on the backrest support 4 and the second sleeve 3 above the first sleeve 2 being firmly connected to the backrest support 4 by the molded part 7. At the upper part of the joint 1, the seat support 5 is hinged. The lower part of the joint 1 receives the backrest support 4 in such a way that it can be folded and can be locked by the manufacturer at the desired angle by means of a molded part 7 which is fastened between the joint 1 and the backrest support 4. At the same time, the foldable variant supports itself according to 4 on the underside of the molded part 7, the stop 10 attached to the further sleeves 6. The tube 8, which is designed as a fastening tube, extends through the sleeves 6 of the seat support 5. The modular system enables the attachment of different backrests to the backrest support 4 and different seating surfaces to the seating surface support 5 with different shapes, wherein different comfort levels can be provided in the selection of the seating surfaces and backrests. The simple interchangeability also has an advantageous effect on this construction, even in the event of damage. The modular structure according to the invention can be varied as desired. With a firm connection between the molded part 7 and the seat support 5, a firm individual seat is created. When the stop 10 lies loosely on the molded part 7, the seat remains foldable. Different backrest inclination angles can be realized by different design of the molded part 7. According to FIG. 3, the upper region of the backrest support 4 contains a receptacle for a holding rod 11. This makes it possible to form a handle 12 as a closed ring or as a holding rod 11 going to the ceiling. The invention is particularly suitable for a versatile factory setting of various seat angle settings and for a selection of different seat components. The respective attachments are made with known means. The adjustment of different widths is easy to accomplish and all the components used are structurally simple, uncomplicated and economical to manufacture and, in addition, all the elements used are understandable in terms of their shape during assembly and also in use by the passenger himself.
