Abstract

A description is given of a winding device for a web of fibrous material (1), having a carrier drum (2) which is wrapped around at least partially by the web of fibrous material (1), to which drum a carrying axle (3) for the web of fibrous material (1) can be fed and can be laid on the carrier drum surface (4) in a winding position (5) in an axially parallel fashion. The underlying object consists in developing a winding device of this type in such a manner that the risk of web breaks is reduced and the shrinkage and crease-formation of webs of fibrous material (1) are counteracted. Description

Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich um eine der Aufwickelvorrichtung bezüglich der Bahnlaufrichtung 6 vorgelagerte Trocknungseinheit, die im wesentlichen aus Trockenzylindern 11 und die Faserstoffbahn 1 an die Trockenzylinder 11 drückende und im übrigen die Faserstoffbahn 1 führende Sieb- oder Filzbänder. Diese Trocknungseinheit 7 kann beispielsweise als Zweizug-Trocknungseinheit gemäß DE-Gbm 93 05 752.0 ausgebildet sein. Das obere Sieb- oder Filzband wird hierbei aus der Trocknungseinheit herausgeführt und in der Funktion eines Führungsbandes 8 gemeinsam mit der Faserstoffbahn 1 an die Tragtrommel 2 der Aufwickelvorrichtung geführt. Nach der Übernahme der Faserstoffbahn 1 von der Tragtrommel 2 wird das Führungsband 8 wieder in die Trocknungseinheit zurückgeführt. Um während des Transports der Faserstoffbahn 1 von der Trocknungseinheit zur Tragtrommel 2 das Haften der Faserstoffbahn 1 am Führungsband 8 zu gewährleisten, können verschiedene Saugeinrichtungen 10 zum Einsatz kommen.
