Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a mounting device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a flat element with a mounting device according to the preamble of claim 9.

A so-called booklet strip is known from practice, with which perforated sheets of paper can be held together. This tacking strip has metallic connecting means which are inserted through the perforated sheets and bent over. These connecting means are also coupled to a holding part which, in a first position of use, is flush with one side of the sheets stapled together or, in a second position of use, projects laterally over the perforated sheets and has perforations in this protruding area, with the aid of which the tacking strip together with the stapled-together Sheets of paper, for example, can be stored in a routing guide of a commercially available folder.

Magnetic bags for holding labeling and ordering means, such as operating instructions, accompanying documents, plans, punch cards, bills, etc., are also known in practice. They contain a holding magnet in the upper area of the back of the back of the bag, with which they can be quickly and reliably attached to smooth metallic surfaces such as material containers or shelf rails, but can be easily removed at any time. In practice, however, material containers made of mesh material (so-called mesh boxes) are now used. Magnetic bags often do not adhere reliably to the round, relatively thin bars of such boxes.

The utility model DE-U-86 16 230 has therefore proposed a magnetic bag which has a holding device with which the bag can optionally also be attached to a thin rod, in particular a lattice box. The known mounting device essentially consists of two hooks provided at the two ends of a connecting web and formed integrally with the connecting web.

The magnetic pockets with this mounting device have proven themselves in practice for the above-mentioned fields of application.

However, it often happens that you want to mark objects that have neither a sufficiently smooth metallic surface nor thin rods, such as boxes stacked on top of each other.

EP-A-0 553 521 discloses a holding device with which a plurality of sheets can be held. The blades can assume at least two different positions of use with respect to the holding device.

From US-A-4 572 380 a device for holding a plurality of sheets is also known, wherein the holding device can be coupled to the sheets in two different positions of use.

The invention is therefore based on the object of further developing the mounting device according to the preamble of claim 1 and the flat-shaped element with mounting device according to the preamble of claim 9 in such a way that further possible uses are opened up.

This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claims 1 and 9.

Further refinements are the subject of the subclaims and are explained in more detail below on the basis of the description of an exemplary embodiment and the drawing.

1 to 3, a device 1 according to the invention for holding an essentially flat element, in particular for hanging a bag 2, is first explained in more detail.

In the present exemplary embodiment, the holding device 1 essentially consists of two holding parts designed as hooks 3, 3 'and connecting means which can be coupled to the pocket 2. These connecting means have two holding fingers 5, 5 'which are provided on the two ends of a connecting web 4 and extend in opposite directions.

Each of the hooks 3, 3 'is formed in one piece by the following sections:

A first section 3a, 3'a; which extends essentially vertically from the attachment point on the connecting web 4; a second section 3b, 3'b running parallel to the connecting web 4 and forming a T with the first section 3a, 3'a; a third section 3c, 3'c extending from the inner end of the second section 3b, 3'b substantially perpendicularly from the connecting web; a fourth section 3d, 3'd which adjoins this and runs parallel to the connecting piece 4; a fifth section 3e, 3'e extending at least partially substantially perpendicular to the connecting web 4 from the end of the fourth section. This fifth section 3e, 3'e is bent inwards with its free end such that its end - in the rest position - is approximately between the holding fingers 5, 5 'and the outwardly projecting end of the second section 3b, 3'b .

The mounting device 1 is preferably made of flexible, elastic plastic, preferably polypropylene.

The essentially flat element is formed in the present exemplary embodiment by a pocket 2, which essentially consists of a pocket rear wall 2a, made of flexible, non-transparent material and a front side 2b of flexible, transparent material. However, other flat elements, such as signs, are also conceivable within the scope of the invention.

In the upper area, the pocket has two recesses 2c, 2'c formed by circular punchings, into which the holding fingers 5, 5 'can be inserted. In order to enable the insertion of the holding fingers into the recesses, the connecting web 4 of the holding device 1 is bent until the distance between the holding fingers 5 and 5 'corresponds to the distance between the recesses 2c and 2'c. When the connecting web relaxes due to the elasticity of the holding device 1, the fingers 5, 5 'slide through the recesses 2c, 2'c, so that the holding device 1 is coupled to the pocket 2 in the manner shown in FIG.

In the first position of use shown in FIG. 2, the holding device 1 coupled to the pocket 2 extends essentially parallel to the pocket. With the help of the hooks 3, 3 ', the pocket 2 can be hung, for example, over the edge of boxes, on rods or the like, by the fourth and fifth sections 3d, 3e, 3'd, 3'e to the rear to a sufficient extent or is bent at the front. If, for example, the pocket 2 is hung on the upper edge of a box, the first, second and third sections 3a to 3c or 3'a to 3'c are located on the front of the box, while the fourth section 3d, 3'd is above The upper edge of the box runs and the fifth section 3e, 3'e lies against the inside of the box.

The size of the hook depends on the application. It has proven particularly expedient if the length of the individual sections of the hooks 3, 3 'is approximately 3 to 5 cm, the distance between the second and fourth sections being smaller than the distance between the third and fifth sections 3c, 3e and 3'c, 3'e is selected.

If the hooks 3, 3 'are hung on relatively wide box edges, the first and second sections 3a, 3b, 3'a, 3'b forming a T prevent the mounting device 1 from twisting up to the connecting web 4. Therefore, the pocket 2 will hang relatively flat in front of the object to be labeled even in such applications.

Of course, other embodiments of hooks are also conceivable within the scope of the invention.

In a second position of use, shown in FIG. 4, the holding device 1 extends essentially transversely to the pocket 2. This position is particularly suitable for identifying boxes, boxes or the like stacked one above the other. For this purpose, the holding device 1 is simply pushed between two boxes 6a, 6b. By the bracket is essentially flat, preferably between 1.5 and 3 mm, this is a simple way of marking if the mounting device 1 cannot be hung in a suitable place.

Within the scope of the invention it is possible to provide the holding device 1 with at least one pin 7 which extends essentially transversely to the holding device, cf. FIG. 3. In the present exemplary embodiment, such a pin 7 is held in a corresponding bore at the free end of the fifth sections 3e, 3'e. This pin has a barb 7a at one end and a thickened head 7b at the other end.

This pin 7 forms a further possible application in that the pocket 2 can be attached to a relatively soft object, for example a cardboard box, by pressing in the end of the pin 7 provided with the barb 7a. Because the pin 7 is present on both hooks 3, 3 ', the pocket 2 can be hung safely and reliably. The pin 7 is expediently arranged as close as possible to the connecting means, ie the holding fingers 5, 5 ', so as not to impede the handling of the holding device in the second position of use shown in FIG. In the present exemplary embodiment, the pin is arranged approximately between the holding fingers 5, 5 'and the outer part of the second section 3b, 3'b. If the pins 7 are pressed into an object to be labeled, the weight of the bag with its contents and the spring action of the hooks 3, 3 'can lead to the fact that the outer part of the second sections 3b, 3'b supported on the pins 7, 7 '.

In the context of the invention, however, it is also conceivable that the pins 7, 7 'are provided, for example, on the connecting web 4 in the region of the attachment point of the hooks 3, 3'.

The relatively simple releasability of the holding device 1 from the pocket 2 also offers the following further possible uses:

If the pocket 2 is additionally provided with a holding magnet in the upper region of the rear of the pocket rear wall 2a, the magnet pocket thus formed can be used for identification on suitable metallic surfaces. However, if non-metallic objects have to be marked, the holder device 1 can be coupled to the magnetic pocket 2 in a simple manner, so that all of the possible uses described above are now available.

Claims (10)

1. Device (1) for holding a substantially flat element, particularly for suspending a bag (2),

   a) with a holding part (3, 3') and

   b) connecting means (5, 5') which can be linked to the element,

   c) wherein the connecting means are so constructed that the holding device (1) can be linked to the element (2) in at least two different positions of use, and

   d) wherein the connecting means have two retaining fingers (5, 5') which are provided at the two ends of a connecting piece (4) and extend in opposite directions,
   characterised in that

   e) hooks (3, 3') which are constructed integrally with the connecting piece are provided on both ends of the connecting piece (4),

   f) and that each hook is formed in one piece by the following parts:

   a first part (3a, 3'a) which extends substantially perpendicular from the point of attachment on the connecting piece (4); a second part (3b, 3'b) which extends parallel to the connecting piece (4) and forms a T with the first part (3a, 3'a); a third part (3c, 3'c) which from the inner end of the second part (3b, 3'b) extends substantially perpendicular away from the connecting piece (4); a fourth part (3d, 3'd) which adjoins the third part and extends outwards parallel to the connecting piece (4); and a fifth part (3e, 3'e) which extends at least in part substantially perpendicular to the connecting piece (4).
2. Device as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the holding device (1) is of substantially flat construction.
3. Device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in a first position of use the holding device (1) which is linked to the element (2) extends substantially parallel with respect to the flat element and in a second position of use it extends substantially transversely with respect thereto.
4. Device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding device (1) is produced from flexible elastic plastics material, preferably polypropylene.
5. Device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding device has at least one pin (7, 7') extending substantially transversely with respect to the holding device.
6. Device as claimed in Claim 5, characterised in that the pin (7, 7') is provided on one end with a barb (7a).
7. Device as claimed in Claim 5, characterised in that the pin (7, 7') has a thickened head (7b).
8. Device as claimed in one of Claims 5, 6 or 7, characterised in that the pin is held in a hole in the holding device.
9. Element of flat construction, particularly a bag (2), with a holding device, characterised by the holding device (1) as claimed in one of Claims 1 to 8, wherein the connecting means of the holding device co-operate with corresponding connecting means on the flat element.
10. Element as claimed in Claim 9, characterised in that the corresponding connecting means are formed by two openings.
