Claims (6)
- Camion équipé d'un dispositif (8) pour la prise d'une poubelle (9) et le vidage de celle-ci dans un récipient collecteur (4) placé sur le châssis (1) du camion, ledit dispositif (8) comprenant un élément préhenseur (20) monté tournant et capable de saisir la poubelle (9), la monter et la basculer de façon que les ordures qu'elle contient tombent dans le récipient collecteur (4), caractérisé par le fait que le châssis du camion convient pour recevoir un récipient collecteur (4) interchangeable, dans lequel sur le côté dirigé vers la cabine (3) du camion, ce récipient collecteur a été pourvu d'un élément récepteur (6) accouplé à un élément compacteur (7) pour le compactage des ordures déposées dans l'élément récepteur (6) dans le récipient (4), le dispositif (8) pour la prise d'une poubelle et le vidage de celle-ci étant situé entre l'élément récepteur (6) et la cabine (3), ledit dispositif comprenant un bras composé d'un certain nombre de parties (13, 14, 17, 19) avec l'élément préhenseur (20) à son extrémité, de façon qu'une poubelle (9) placée à une certaine distance du dispositif (8) et sur le côté du camion puisse être saisie, levée et tournée vers l'arrière pour être amenée au-dessus de l'élément récepteur (6) et vidée dans celui-ci.
- Camion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le bras du dispositif de prise d'une poubelle (9) est constitué d'au moins deux parties (13, 14) coulissant télescopiquement l'une dans l'autre, une première partie de bras tournante (17) étant articulée à l'extrémité libre de la partie coulissante extérieure (14) de façon à pouvoir tourner par rapport à la partie coulissant télescopiquement (14) dans un plan passant par l'axe des parties coulissantes (13, 14), une deuxième partie de bras tournante (19) étant articulée à l'autre extrémité de la première partie de bras tournante (17) et pouvant tourner dans un plan perpendiculaire au plan dans lequel peut tourner la première partie de bras tournante (17), ladite deuxième partie de bras tournante (19) étant pourvue à son autre extrémité de l'élément préhenseur (20) pour la saisie d'une poubelle (9), ledit élément préhenseur pouvant tourner par rapport à la partie de bras tournante (19) suivant deux axes mutuellement perpendiculaires (22, 23), des moyens ayant été prévus pour le coulissement et la rotation des différentes parties du dispositif (8) les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Camion selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie intérieure (13) des parties (13, 14) coulissant télescopiquement l'une dans l'autre est montée de façon que l'axe de ces parties s'étende à peu près horizontalement et soit réglable verticalement en hauteur parallèlement à lui-même.
- Camion selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément préhenseur (20) est composé d'un bâti (21) joint à la deuxième partie de bras tournante (14) de façon telle qu'il puisse tourner par rapport à cette partie autour de deux axes mutuellement perpendiculaires (22, 23), d'un élément de prise (24) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe presque horizontal (25) par rapport au bâti (21) et ayant une partie en forme de crochet (26) capable de saisir une poubelle (9) sous son bord et ayant été pourvu d'au moins une jambe (29) dirigée vers le bas dans la position où une poubelle (9) est prise, et ayant été pourvue à son extrémité inférieure d'une traverse (30) pour le support de l'extrémité inférieure de la poubelle (9), et d'un élément de serrage (31) articulé à l'élément de prise (24), ledit élément de serrage comprenant deux jambes espacées (32) qui, après mise de la partie en forme de crochet (26) sous le bord de la poubelle (9), sont serrées sur le bord (33) de la poubelle près du couvercle (34) de celle-ci par rotation de l'élément de serrage, la rotation de l'élément de serrage (31) par rapport à l'élément de prise (24) étant obtenue grâce au fait que l'élément de serrage (31) a été accouplé à au moins un bras de manoeuvre (35) manoeuvré par une partie du bâti (20).
- Camion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que pour le coulissement et la rotation des parties du dispositif (8) les unes par rapport aux autres sont utilisés des vérins dont les vannes d'alimentation et de décharge sont commandées électriquement depuis la cabine du conducteur (5).
- Camion selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément préhenseur (20) peut être amené à une poubelle (9) au moyen d'un manche à balai, pour l'accouplement de l'élément préhenseur à la poubelle et le léger soulèvement de celle-ci, après quoi, par actionnement d'un seul bouton, le processus complet de prise, rotation, vidage et retour de la poubelle à sa position initiale est exécuté automatiquement et la poubelle (9) est reposée à sa place initiale à l'aide du manche à balai.
