Claims (9)
- Dispositif distributeur d'un produit liquide ou pâteux, comportant un récipient (1), pour le produit, muni d'un goulot équipé de moyens de fixation (F) pour une pompe (7) installée de manière démontable à l'aide de moyens de fixation complémentaires (F') liés au corps de pompe et propres à coopérer avec les moyens de fixation du goulot du récipient, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une enveloppe (16) à fond ouvert, propre à coiffer le récipient (1), cette enveloppe (16) étant munie d'un col (17) équipé de moyens de blocage (B') en rotation propres à coopérer avec des moyens de blocage en rotation complémentaires (B) prévus à la base du goulot (3) du récipient (1), ces moyens de blocage en rotation (B,B') venant en prise lors de la mise en place de l'enveloppe (16) sur le récipient (1), tandis que des moyens de butée longitudinale (17) sont prévus sur l'enveloppe (16) pour coopérer avec, d'une part, des moyens d'appui (21) liés au corps de pompe et, d'autre part, des moyens d'arrêt (22) liés au récipient, de manière que lors de la fixation de la pompe (7) sur le goulot (3) du récipient, la coopération des moyens de butée longitudinale (17) avec les moyens d'appui (21) et les moyens d'arrêt (22) assure le blocage longitudinal de l'enveloppe relativement au récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la longueur axiale de l'enveloppe (16) est supérieure à celle du récipient (1), de telle sorte que lorsque l'enveloppe est en place sur le récipient, l'ensemble placé sur une surface d'appui horizontale (S) repose par l'extrémité inférieure de l'enveloppe (16) alors que le fond (2) du récipient en est légèrement écarté.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'enveloppe est relativement épaisse pour assurer une rigidité à l'ensemble tandis que le récipient (1), constituant une simple recharge, est réalisé avec une paroi plus mince que celle de l'enveloppe (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi du récipient (1) a une épaisseur de l'ordre de 0,3 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de fixation (F) du goulot (3) sont constitués par un filetage extérieur (5) prévu en partie haute du goulot, tandis que le corps de pompe (10) est solidaire, notamment par vissage ou encliquetage, d'un capuchon (12) comprenant une jupe interne (13) munie d'un filetage intérieur (14) propre à coopérer avec le filetage extérieur du goulot.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de blocage en rotation (B) du col (17) de l'enveloppe comprennent un système de nervures (19) (ou rainures) parallèles à l'axe de l'enveloppe (16), prévues sur la surface interne du col (17) de l'enveloppe tandis qu'un système de rainures (6) (ou nervures) complémentaires est prévu à la partie inférieure du goulot (3) du récipient (1), l'engagement des deux systèmes de nervures/rainures étant assuré par un simple déplacement axial de l'enveloppe (16) relativement au récipient (1), pour une position angulaire correcte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de butée longitudinale de l'enveloppe sont formés par le col (17) de cette enveloppe dont l'extrémité supérieure vient en butée contre les moyens d'appui (21) liés au corps de pompe (8).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'appui sont formés par l'extrémité inférieure (21) de la jupe interne (13) du capuchon (12) lié à la pompe.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'arrêt (22), prévus sur le récipient, sont formés par un épaulement (4) au niveau du raccordement de la base du goulot (3) du récipient et du corps du récipient.
