Description
Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zum Befestigen eines Flüssigkeitsfilters an einem Maschinenteil, insbesondere einem Fahrzeugtank, mit Hilfe einer Halterung (13, 31), welche die Funktion einer das zylindrische Gehäuse des Filters (11) ringförmig umspannenden Spannschelle (14) aufweist, an der nach außen ragende Befestigungsmittel (17, 18) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel als ein an der Halterung (13, 31) angeformter, zum Einstecken in einen fest am Maschinenteil (12) angeordneten Steckschuh (24) ausgebildeter Steckfuß (17) sowie als ein vom Gehäuse des Filters (11) schräg nach außen ragender Halterarm (18) ausgebildet sind, wobei Steckfuß (17) und Halterarm (18) im möglichst großen Abstand voneinander in der Halterung (13, 31) angeordnet sind, so daß der Steckfuß (17) und der Halterarm (18) im wesentlichen diametral an dem die Funktion der Spannschelle (14) übernehmenden Bauelement (13, 31) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckfuß (17) und der Halterarm (18) sowie insbesondere die ringförmige Spannschelle (14) sich im wesentlichen in einer Ebene erstrecken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (13, 31) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterarm (18) im wesentlichen tangential zum zylindrischen Gehäuse des Filters (11) verläuft.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckfuß (17) einerseits und der diametral dazu angeordnete Halterarm (18) andererseits sich in entgegengesetzten Richtungen erstrecken.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des frei auskragenden Halterarms (18) ein Vielfaches der Länge des Steckfußes (17) beträgt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (13, 31) unlösbar am Fahrzeugtank (12) befestigt ist und die Spannschelle (14) geteilt ist und ihre beiden Enden (15) durch eine Klemmschraube (16) verspannbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterarm (18) mit dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Fahrzeugtank (12) verschweißt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Funktion der Spannschelle (14) vom Gehäuse des Filters (11) übernommen wird und der Halterarm (18) mittels einer Schnappverbindung (32) lösbar am Fahrzeugtank (12) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (31) am Flüssigkeitsfilter (12) angespritzt ist, dessen Gehäuse aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fahrzeugtank (12) eine den Flüssigkeitsfilter (11) mit Halterung (13, 31) aufnehmende Einformung (21) aufweist, die von zwei zueinander etwa senkrecht stehenden Wänden (22, 23) begrenzt sind, deren Breite etwa dem Durchmesser der Spannschelle (14) entspricht und daß an einer dieser Wände (22) der Steckschuh (24) angeformt ist, während von der anderen Wand (23) eine Rille (25) ausgeht und in einer angrenzenden Außenwand (26) verläuft, wobei die Rille (25) den laschenartigen Halterarm (18) aufnimmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Rille (25) an der Außenwand (26) bzw. am Ende des Halterarms (18) die Schnappverbindung (32) für den Halterarm (18) angeordnet ist.
