Abstract

Description

In the known support stands of this type, the setting of the corresponding mounting height for the sanitary facility, as a result of the respective floor recess or other on-site conditions, must either be carried out before the support stand is fastened in the stand wall, with the result that, in the case of a height structure, the support stand is first loosened again , the correction must be carried out and the support stand must be drilled and screwed again, or, as with other support stands of this type, the installation height of the sanitary device to be fastened must be adjusted for each, so that in the event of a correction the heights for the toilet, cistern, flushing pipe and drain pipe must be individually measured and adjusted.

On the one hand, these manipulations are very time-consuming and thus cause high assembly costs, and on the other hand they contain a large source of errors with regard to the dimensional accuracy of the assembly distances.

The invention has for its object to eliminate the disadvantages listed above and to provide a support stand, the support frame can be set and fixed in a stud wall, without having to pay attention to the mounting height of the sanitary facilities to be attached.

Only when attaching the mounting frame with the brackets for the sanitary facilities welded or screwed to it, to which the sanitary facilities can already be preassembled, must the desired mounting height be measured on the threaded bolts of the toilet attachment or using other aids, for example by scale scales attached to the vertical spars, adjusted and locked with screws or nuts. The installation height should then still be up can be easily corrected or changed without the support stand having to be detached from the stand wall or the floor.

This object is achieved with the characterizing features of patent claim 1. The support stand shown as an embodiment in Fig. 1 is used to attach a wall-hung toilet 1, a built-in cistern 2, a flush pipe 3 and a wall-mounted toilet drain elbow 4, which are indicated in Figs. 1 and 3. The support frame of the support stand consists of two vertical bars 5, each of which has a base plate 6 and are welded or screwed to a horizontal crossbar 7 at its upper end. In the illustrated embodiment, the spars 5 and the crossbar 7 are welded.

The horizontal crossbar 7 carries at the outer ends tabs 8 with which it is fastened to the profiles of a stud wall 9 with screws 10. On the floor, the support frame is fastened with dowels 11 to the foot plates 6 of the spars 5. If, for example, a breakthrough for the vertical outlet of the drain pipe in the area of the foot plates 6 is provided in the floor, in order to achieve a greater dowel distance - widened foot plates, which can also be designed as angled foot plates 22 (FIGS. 10 and 11) with an upwardly projecting leg. The spars 5 preferably consist of U- or C-shaped profiles, the open sides of which point towards the rear. In the version with U-profiles, the rear edges of the inwardly angled legs expediently slope, as shown in FIG. 7, so that the lengths of the legs on the base plate 6 are longer than on the crossbar 7.

A variant is shown in FIG. 8, in which the legs of the U-shaped spar 16 run parallel to the front, but are reinforced with a gusset plate 17. At least two tabs 15, each with an elongated hole, are attached to the crossbar 67 and, as shown by way of example, can protrude downwards or upwards.

The mounting frame (Fig. 9) of the support stand according to Fig. 1 consists of a mounting cross member 18, at least two cistern holder bars 19, a pipe clamp 20 for the flushing pipe and a pipe clamp 21 for the toilet drain elbow 4. The pipe clamp 20 for the flushing pipe 3 is fastened with a tab 28 welded to it on the upwardly projecting leg of the fastening crossmember 18 with screws 29.
