Claims (13)

  1. Gelenkeinheit, umfassend einerseits zwei Teile (13, 14), von denen eines, und zwar das Teil (14), im nachstehenden Einsteckteil genannt, mindestens einen hervorstehenden Drehzapfen (20) aufweist, mit welchem es mit einer Schale (21) in schwenkbarem Eingriff ist, die als ergänzende Vertiefung auf dem anderen Teil, und zwar dem Teil (13), im nachstehenden Aufnahmeteil genannt, vorgesehen ist, und andererseits eine zwischen diesen Teilen (13, 14) angeordnete Rückstellfeder (22), die diese ständig in Richtung auf eine bestimmte Relativruhestellung zueinander beaufschlagt und einen Torsions- und Kompressionsmittelteil (26) und zwei Endschenkel (27, 27') aufweist, von denen mindestens einer, und zwar der Schenkel (27), im nachstehenden Einhakschenkel genannt, sich seitlich erstreckt, wobei der Drehzapfen (20) des Einsteckteils (14) axial ausgespart ist und so eine Aufnahme (28) für diesen Mittelteil (26) der Rückstellfeder (22) bildet, wobei am Rand eines Ausschnitts (29), der an dem Drehzapfen (20) mindestens örtlich vorgesehen ist, eine Nase (30) vorgesehen ist, unter welche der Einhakschenkel (27) der Rückstellfeder (22) eintreten kann, und wobei das Auf-nahmeteil (13) in Entsprechung zu diesem Ausschnitt (29) seinerseits eine Aussparung (31) aufweist, die seine Schale (21) anschneidet und in die dieser Einhakschenkel (27) eintreten kann.
  2. Gelenkeinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nase (30) auf der Kante des Ausschnitts (29) des Drehzapfens (20) in Richtung des Kreisumfangs hervorsteht.
  3. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (28) für die Rückstellfeder (22) in das Einsteckteil (14) hinein über den Drehzapfen (20) hinaus verlängert ist.
  4. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (28) für die Rückstellfeder (22) ein Sackloch ist.
  5. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn der andere Endschenkel (27') der Rückstellfeder (22) sich ebenfalls seitlich erstreckt, der Drehzapfen (20) für dessen Durchgang einen Schlitz (33) aufweist, der sich über die ganze entsprechende Aufnahme (28) erstreckt.
  6. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (31) des Aufnahmeteils (13) an ihrem Anschluß an die Schale (21) in Kreisumfangsrichtung eine Breite (L2) mindestens gleich dem Durchmesser des Einhakschenkels (27) der Rückstellfeder (22) hat.
  7. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schale (21) des Aufnahmeteils (13) zum Eintreten der Rückstellfeder (22) axial eine Tiefe (P2) hat, die größer als die Tiefe (P1) ist, über welche der Drehzapfen (20) des Einsteckteils (14) in diese eintritt, und daß die Aussparung (31), die diese Schale (21) anschneidet, sich axial in entsprechender Weise erstreckt.
  8. Gelenkeinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schale (21) des Aufnahmeteils (13) axial in zwei Stufen abgesetzt ist, und zwar, von ihrer Mündung aus, einer Stufe mit größerem Durchmesser (D1) zur Einführung des Drehzapfens (20) des Einsteckteils (14) und einer Stufe mit kleinerem Durchmesser (D2) zur Einführung der Rückstellfeder (22).
  9. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7, 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Einführung der Rückstellfeder (22) entsprechende Teil (36) der Schale (21) des Teils (13) von Rippen (38) gebildet ist, die sich radial sternförmig erstrecken und auf gleicher Höhe jeweils in Querrichtung eine Schulter (39) zur Auflage der Rückstellfeder (22) aufweisen.
  10. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in der Schale (21) des Aufnahmeteils (13) ein Schaft (40) axial erstreckt und daß mindestens in dessen Teil (36), der der Einführung der Rückstellfeder (22) entspricht, mindestens sein freies Ende (41) zugespitzt ist
  11. Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Drehzapfen (20, 20') des Einsteckteils (14) für seine Einführung in eine Schale (21, 21') des Aufnahmeteils (13) durch einfaches Einrasten insgesamt seitlich mit einer Abschrägung (35) versehen ist.
  12. Verfahren zur Montage einer Gelenkeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst die Rückstellfeder (22) in die für sie im Einsteckteil (14) vorgesehene Aufnahme (28) eingeführt wird, wobei ihr Einhakschenkel (27) unter der entsprechenden Nase (30) eingehakt wird, so daß das Einsteckteil (14) mit der Rückstellfeder (22) eine Untereinheit bildet, anschließend die beiden Teile (13, 14) in ihrer Ruhestellung miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden und diese beiden Teile (13, 14) schließlich voneinander entfernt werden.
  13. Gehäuse für ein elektrisches Gerät mit einem Gehäusekörper (12), einer Kappe (13), die den Gehäusekörper (12) schließt und auf der das betreffende elektrische Gerät (11) heraustritt, und einer an der Kappe (13) angelenkten Klappe (14) zum Schutz des elektrischen Geräts (11) im Ruhezustand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (13) und die Klappe (14) zusammen die Gelenkeinheit (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 bilden.
