Description

Wirkmaschine, insbesondere HäkelgalonmaschineKnitting machine, in particular crochet galloon machine
The invention relates to a knitting machine, in particular a crochet galloon machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
Wirkmaschinen bzw. A large number of knitting machines or crochet galloon machines of the type mentioned are known, for example from DE-A-30 34 253. The problem here is that the area above the knitting needles is relatively limited, so that only a likewise limited number of Laying bars and corresponding thread guides can be arranged. However, this limits the pattern of such a knitting machine.
The object of the invention is to further improve a knitting machine, in particular crochet gallon machine of the type mentioned.
The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. The fact that at least one group of at least two superposed laying bars is present increases the number of possible laying bars and corresponding thread guides in the same space. This results in the decisive advantage that, with the same number of laying bars, either their accessibility is improved or a substantially larger number of laying bars is possible in the same space. If the laying bars are arranged in groups of two on top of one another, the laying bars and thus the pattern options are doubled given. If the groups were formed from three laying bars arranged one above the other, this would also lead to a tripling of the laying bars.
Advantageous configurations of the knitting machine are described in claims 2 to 9.
The advantages of the invention already arise, as mentioned above, if only some of the laying bars are combined into groups of laying bars arranged one above the other. However, an embodiment according to claim 2 is particularly advantageous.
In principle, it is possible that the thread guides of a group of the laying bars can act on different offset lines. However, a design according to claim 3 is more advantageous, as a result of which the adjustment work is made considerably easier.
The laying bars of a group can not touch ge ass claim 4. However, an embodiment according to claim 5 is more advantageous. The mutual guidance of the laying bars of a group results in an optimal and precise guidance of the laying bars and the thread guide. The mutual support reduces the bending of the laying bars to a minimum. This enables high effective speeds of up to 2000 revolutions / minute to be achieved. The mutual guidance of the laying bars also obviates the otherwise necessary anti-rotation device for the laying bars, which leads to a simpler and therefore less expensive construction. The stability of the arrangement and its accessibility is further improved by an embodiment according to claim 6. There are various design options for the mutual guidance of the laying bars. However, the embodiment according to claim 7 is particularly advantageous. There are also a wide variety of options for the formation and arrangement of the thread guides. For example, the thread guides of the lower laying bar of a group can be attached from below and the thread guides of the upper laying bar can be attached from above. However, an embodiment according to claim 8 is more advantageous, since then all thread guides are accessible from above, so that access to the thread guides for setting and / or for the purpose of thread repair is possible in the simplest way and without restrictions.
The supply of the threads to the thread guides is significantly improved by a further development of the knitting machine according to claim 9. This is particularly important when the number of laying bars and thread guides is particularly large.

On a reciprocating knitting needle bar 2 knitting needles 4 are attached, which are guided back and forth on a knock-off bar 6. The knock-off bar 6 is preceded by a guide rail 8 which, together with the knock-off bar 6, forms a guide gap 10 through which the knitted fabric 12 is guided to take-off rolls 14, 16. The knitting needles 4 are preceded by a warp needles 20 arranged on a warp bar 18, which execute a swiveling movement around the knitting needles and insert warp threads 22 into the associated knitting needles 4.
Above the knitting needles 4, on the one hand, there is a single laying rod 24 with a thread guide 26 which feeds a thread 28, for example a rubber thread, to the knitting needles 4 via a perforated needle 30 of the thread guide 26. On the other hand, there are groups G- ^ to Gη of pairs of laying bars 32, 34 arranged one above the other, to which thread guides 36 and 38 are fastened with tube needles 40. The thread guides 36 and 38 are designed as brackets which can be plugged on from above and which interact either with the lower or with the upper laying bar 32, 34. For this purpose, each thread guide 36, 38 has a locking part 44 engaging in locking recesses 42 in the laying bar 32, 34 and a bridging part 46 bridging the other laying bar Locking groove 50 engages in the laying bar 32, 34 in order to prevent the thread guide from being released unintentionally. The head part 52 of the thread guides 36, 38 also contains a guide 54 in the form of a guide eye for guiding the supplied thread 56. As in particular from FIG. 2 emerges, the thread guides 36 are connected to the lower laying bar 32 and the thread guides 38 to the upper laying bar 34, the thread guides of a group G ± or G 2 each being guided along an offset line 58, 60.
The laying bars 32, 34 of each group G 1 to Gη are designed as flat materials and are mutually supported. For this purpose, the lower laying bar 32 contains a web 62 which projects upwards in the main plane of the laying bar and engages in a corresponding groove 64 of the adjacent laying bar 34. The laying bars, which are reciprocating in their longitudinal direction, are each supported at the ends in a bearing block 66 in order to place the thread 28, 56 in the form of a weft thread over at least one knitting needle due to the reciprocating movement. The bearing block 66 also executes an upward and downward movement in order to move the thread guides from a position above the knitting needles 4 to a position below the knitting needles.
Der Antrieb der Legestangen 24,32,34 erfolgt in herkömmlicher Weise, beispielsweise analog dem Ausführungsbeispiel in der bereits eingangs genannten DE-A-30 34 253.The laying bars 24, 32, 34 are driven in a conventional manner, for example analogously to the exemplary embodiment in DE-A-30 34 253 already mentioned at the beginning.
Die Lagerböcke 72 sind wieder in nicht näher dargestellter Weise auf- und abgehend geführt und angetrieben.FIGS. 3 to 5 show a further exemplary embodiment of a knitting machine in a cutout, here the paired laying bars 68, 70 are arranged one above the other, but do not touch one another. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, the laying bars are in turn guided in bearing blocks 72 in the end region of the laying bars 68, 70 and are actuated on one side by means of rocker arms 74 which can be pivoted about an axis 76 and are driven by means of a sample chain 78 . The rocker arms 74 cooperate with end pieces 80 of the laying bars 68, 70, which are prestressed against the rocker arms on the other side of the knitting machine by means of springs 82. The bearing blocks 72 are in again not shown in detail outgoing and outgoing and driven.
68 in Figur 5 überbrückt. Am Kopf eil 52 des Fadenführers 36,38 ist wiederum eine Führung 54 mit einer Führungsöse vorgesehen.FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate cross-sections of the laying bars 68, 70, FIG. 4 showing the lower thread guide 36 interacting with the lower laying bar and FIG. 5 showing the upper thread guide 38 interacting with the upper laying bar 70. Each thread guide contains a latching part 44 which interacts with latching recesses 42 of the associated laying bar 68, 70 and a bridging part 46 which bridges the respectively non-tangent laying bar 70 in FIGS. 4 and 68 in FIG. 5. Each thread guide 36, 38 in turn contains a head part 52 and a rear catch 48, which engages in a corresponding catch groove 50 of the laying bar 68, 70. At the head 52 of the thread guide 36, 38, a guide 54 with a guide eyelet is again provided.
In addition to the exemplary embodiments shown, it should also be pointed out that if necessary only individual laying bars can be arranged in groups. In addition, it is also conceivable that the laying bars can be arranged one above the other not only in pairs, but also in groups of three or at most four.
