Description
Claims (4)
- Einrichtung zum Befestigen von Disken in Schneidrädern einer Tunnelvortriebsmaschine, wobei das Schneidrad (2) Ausnehmungen (5) aufweist, durch welche die Disken (1) und Lagerteile (3) durchschiebbar sind und wobei die Lagerteile (3) einen gegenüber der Lagerachse (7) der Disken (1) exzentrischen Umriß aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Ortsbrust zugewandten Seite der Schneidräder neben der Ausnehmung (5) für die Lagerteile (3) Ausnehmungen (4) für die Abstützung der Lagerteile (3) an einem Teil ihres Umfanges vorgesehen sind, und daß die Lagerteile (3) in wenigstens zwei voneinander verschiedenen Drehlagen durch wenigstens einen Keil (6) in den Ausnehmungen (4) drehfest befestigbar sind.
- Einrichtung zum Befestigen von Disken in Schneidrädern einer Tunnelvortriebsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerteile (3) einen polygonalen Umriß aufweisen, dessen Ecken in von der Lagerachse (7) der Disken (1) verschiedenen Abständen angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung zum Befestigen von Disken in Schneidrädern einer Tunnelvortriebsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keile (6) mit Zugstangen (8) verbunden sind, welche die achsparallelen Ausnehmungen (5) durchsetzen und an der der Ortsbrust abgewandten Seite (10) des Schneidrades (2) mit Spanngliedern (9) zusammenwirken.
- Einrichtung zum Befestigen von Disken in Schneidrädern einer Tunnelvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lichte Weite der achsparallelen Ausnehmungen (5) größer ist als die kleinste Breite der Lagerteile (3) und als der größte quer zur Zugstange liegende Querschnitt der Keile (6).
