In Fig. 1 sind zwei im Abstand zueinander verstellbare Walzen 1, 2 gezeigt, und zwar ist die Walze 1 gegenüber der Walze 2 verstellbar. Die Walze 2 könnte beispielsweise einen Reibzylinder eines Farbwerkes darstellen und die Walze 1 eine Farbauftragwalze, die, nicht dargestellt, außerdem mit einem Formzylinder in Kontakt bringbar ist. Auf einer Seite der Walzen 1, 2 ist in deren Walzenspalt eine aus einem Sender 3 und einem Empfänger 4 bestehende optische Einrichtung 5 angeordnet. Dabei sind der Sender 3 und der Empfänger 4 einander gegenüberliegend beiderseits des Walzenspaltes positioniert. Die optische Einrichtung 5 ist auf einer Grundplatte 6 montiert, die magnetisch ist und so leicht auf die Gestellwand 7 der Druckmaschine gesetzt werden kann. Die optische Einrichtung 5 ist mit einer Anzeigevorrichtung 8 verbunden, wobei vorteilhaft zwecks Miniaturisierung Lichtleiter auf Glasfaserbasis zur Anwendung kommen.1 shows two
Die optische Einrichtung 5 wird zunächst auf einer Seite der Walzen 1, 2 eingeführt. Letztere sind dabei bewußt außer Kontakt gestellt. Der Empfänger 4 erhält vom Sender 3 ausgesandtes Licht. Nun wird auf dieser Seite die Walze 1 zur Walze 2 zugestellt, bis der Empfänger 4 kein Licht mehr erhält, was die Anzeigevorrichtung 8 anzeigt. Die Walzen 1, 2 sind auf dieser Seite somit auf Berührung eingestellt. Die Einstellung erfolgt auf der Gegenseite der Walzen 1, 2 in selber Weise, wobei die optische Einrichtung 5 auf die andere Seite umgesetzt wird.The
In Fig. 3 kommt zur Einstellung der Walzen 1, 2 eine pneumatische Einrichtung 9 zur Anwendung. Analog der optischen Einrichtung wird die pneumatische Einrichtung am Walzenspalt im Randbereich der Walzenmäntel beider Walzen 1, 2 angeordnet. Die Walzen 1, 2 sind zunächst außer Kontakt. Die pneumatische Einrichtung 9 wird mit Druckluft versorgt, die die Düse 10 in den Walzenspalt bläst. Beim Zustellen der Walze 1 zur Walze 2 hin erhöht sich der Staudruck im Walzenspalt, der vom Drucksensor registriert wird. Beim Erreichen eines Maximalwertes zeigt die Anzeigevorrichtung 11 die Berührung beider Walzen 1, 2 an. In gleicher Weise wird anschließend nach Umsetzen der pneumatischen Einrichtung die Einstellung der Walzen 1, 2 auf der anderen Seite vorgenommen. Die pneumatische Einrichtung kann auch mit einem separaten Drucksensor ausgeführt sein, der der Düse 10 gegenüberliegend auf der anderen Seite des Walzenspaltes angeordnet ist. In diesem Fall wird der vom Drucksensor registrierte Druck mit zunehmender Annäherung der Walze 1 an die Walze 2 geringer und ist bei Berührung beider Walzen 1, 2 Null.The
Nachfolgend sollen zwei Verfahren beschrieben werden, mittels derer die Berührung zweier Walzen zeitsparend und mit geringem Aufwand vorgenommen werden kann. Das eine Verfahren bedient sich dabei des Effektes, daß eine erste angetriebene Walze bei Berührung eine zweite Walze antreibt. Die erste Walze wird hierzu über den Farbwerkhilfsantrieb mit langsamer Drehzahl angetrieben. Die zweite Walze ist zunächst außer Kontakt mit der ersten und wird auf einer Seite soweit zu dieser angestellt bis sie sich zu drehen anfängt. Der Berührungspunkt ist damit gefunden. Die entsprechende Einstellung wird registriert und die Walze sodann wieder außer Kontakt gebracht. Auf gleiche Weise erfolgt nunmehr die Einstellung des Berührungspunktes auf der zweiten Seite. Ist dort die Berührung festgestellt, kann auch die erste Seite wieder auf den registrierten Wert gefahren werden. Die Berührungslinie ist nun eingestellt. Der Beginn der Drehung der Walze kann entweder visuell beobachtet oder über geeignete Hilfsmittel, beispielsweise einen Drehgeber, rückgemeldet werden.Two methods are described below by means of which the contacting of two rollers can be carried out in a time-saving manner and with little effort. Anschließend werden die Walzen auf dieser Seite zueinander verstellt, bis die Piezofolie bei der ersten Berührung mit beiden Walzen ein Ausgangssignal abgibt, was von einer Anzeigevorrichtung signalisiert wird. Die Piezofolie wird nunmehr aus dem Walzenspalt entnommen und auf der anderen Seite der Walze in den Walzenspalt eingeführt. Sodann wird dort der Einstellvorgang wiederholt.
