Claims (8)
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren für mit Backöfen ausgerüstete Haushaltsgeräte, die mit thermischen Heizelementen und gegebenenfalls in Kombination dazu mit Mikrowellen-Heizelementen ausgestattet sind, wobei durch eine gargutspezifisch anwählbare Steuerung (1) in Abhängigkeit von Vorgabeparametern, wie eine vorbestimmte Backofen-Betriebsart, eine Gargutart, ein Gargutgewicht bzw. ein gewünschtes Gargut-Behandlungsergebnis, ein Zeit-Temperaturprofil vorgegeben wird, und der vorzugsweise vollautomatisch ablaufende und temperaturgeregelte Gar-, Brat- und Backprozeß durch mindestens einen Temperatursensor (6) überwacht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Steuerung (1) in Abhängigkeit von den Vorgabeparametern eine veränderliche Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese gemäß abgespeicherten Vorgabewerten ermittelt wird und der Temperaturregelung zugrundegelegt wird.
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für Niedrigtemperatur-Garverfahren eine Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese von ca. ± 3° Kelvin durch die sensorgespeiste Steuerung (1) vorgebbar ist, wobei Niedrigtemperatur-Garverfahren beispielsweise das Trocknen von Kräutern und Tees, das Züchten von Yoghurtkulturen und das Gehenlassen von Hefeteig sind.
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sensorgespeiste Steuerung (1) eine Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese von ca. ± 3° Kelvin für das Grillen von Geflügel und das Auftauen sehr fetthaltiger Tiefkühlware einstellt.
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sensorgespeiste Steuerung (1) eine Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese von ca. ± 15° Kelvin für das Backen von Flächenkuchen und Kleingebäck einstellt.
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sensorgespeiste Steuerung (1) eine Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese von ca. ± 30 ° Kelvin für das Grillen von Schweinefleisch, Hammelfleisch und Gratins einstellt.
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sensorgespeiste Steuerung (1) eine Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese von ca. ± 10° Kelvin für Normalgewichts-Fertigung oberhalb einer Behandlungstemperatur von 100°C einstellt.
- Gar-, Brat- und Backverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sensorgespeiste Steuerung (1) eine Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese von ca. 15° Kelvin für das Auftauen normaler, wenig fetthaltiger Tiefkühlware einstellt.
- Backofen, der mit thermischen Heizelementen und gegebenenfalls in Kombination dazu mit Mikrowellen-Heizelementen ausgestattet ist, mit einer Steuerung (1), die in Abhängigkeit von Vorgabeparametern, wie eine vorbestimmte Backofen-Betriebsart, eine Gargutart, ein Gargutgewicht bzw. ein gewünschtes Gargut-Behandlungsergebnis, ein Zeit-Temperaturprofil für einen Gar-, Brat- und Backprozeß vorgibt und die entsprechende Temperaturregelung zusammen mit einem Temperatursensor (6) durchführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (1) die Backofen-Temperatur-Regelhysterese in Abhängigkeit von den Vorgabeparametern für die Temperaturregelung gemäß abgespeicherten Vorgabewerten veränderlich wählt.
