Es ist bereits duch die DE 12 08 326 B bzw. DE 27 34 748 B ein derartiger Schienenverladezug mit einer Vielzahl von miteinander gekuppelten Wagen bekannt. Zur Lagerung der zu transportierenden Langschienen sind am Wagenrahmen befestigte und in Wagen- bzw. Zuglängsrichtung voneinander distanzierte Schienenauflager mit in Wagenquerrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Rollen bekannt. Die zur Abstützung jeweils einer Schiene vorgesehenen Rollen sind durch Distanzleisten voneinander getrennt, die zur Distanzierung der in Wagenquerrichtung nebeneinander liegenden Schienen dienen. Eine derartige Lagerung der Langschienen hat allerdings den Nachteil, daß infolge einer Reibung der Schienenfußflanke mit der angrenzenden Distanzleiste sehr hohe Zugkräfte für das Auf- bzw. Mit dieser Ausbildung der die Langschienen lagernden Rollen sind mit einem Minimum an konstruktivem Aufwand die Reibungskräfte im Bereich der Schienenfußflanke praktisch vernachlässigbar. Dies ist insbesondere für den Transport von sehr langen Schienen mit einer Länge von z. B. 300 m von besonderem Vorteil, da infolge der erfindungsgemäßen Merkmale auch derartige schwere und lange Schienen mit einem im Einsatz bewährten Laufkran verschiebbar sind, ohne daß dieser unter Überschreitung der zulässigen Achslast verstärkt werden muß. Außerdem sind bereits im Einsatz befindliche Schienenverladezüge sehr einfach mit den erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktionsmerkmalen nachrüstbar. Durch die spezielle Anordnung der Spurkranzrollen kann auch bei einer sicheren Abstützung der Rollenlager-Welle durch eine Vielzahl von Wellenlager ein Maximum an Rollenpaaren in Wagenquerrichtung angeordnet werden.With this design of the rollers supporting the long rails, the frictional forces in the region of the rail foot flank are practically negligible with a minimum of design effort. Auf dem Schienenverladezug 1 befindliche Langschienen 5 stützen sich auf einer Vielzahl von Schienenauflager 6 ab, die in Wagenlängsrichtung in gewissen Abständen zueinander angeordnet und jeweils mit dem Wagenrahmen 3 verbunden sind. Manche der Schienenauflager 6 sind in einer in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Außerbetriebstellung dargestellt. Mit 7 ist ein Auslegerarm eines in Zuglängsrichtung auf den Wagenrahmen 3 verfahrbaren Portalkranes zur Übertragung von Zug- bzw. Zur Abstützung jeder Rollenlager-Welle 8, die jeweils an einem Ende um eine vertikale Achse 10 in Wagenlängsrichtung verschwenkbar gelagert ist, sind in Wagenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierte und mit einem parallel zur Welle 8 verlaufenden Basisträger 11 verbundene Wellenlager 12 vorgesehen. Bezüglich der Wellenlängsrichtung ist jeweils mittig zwischen den Wellenlagern 12 eine mit dem Basisträger 11 verbundene Distanzleiste 13 vorgesehen. Jede Spurkranzrolle 9 weist im Bereich der Distanzleiste 13 einen Spurkranz 14 auf. Claims (6)

  1.
