Therefore the apparatus of the invention is capable of making a fireplace flue work properly even if it has an inefficient draught as a result of an imperfect design and/or construction, or at all events is capable of improving performace of a fireplace even under the most unfavourable circumstances.

Claims (11)

  1. Rauchabzugsvorrichtung, insbesondere für Schornsteine und Kamine, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Feuerstelle (2) und eine Haube (3) zum Abfangen des einem Rauchkanal (4) zuzuleitenden Rauches umfaßt,
    wobei die Vorrichtung eine Vielzahl von Rauchleitkanälen (5) umfaßt, wobei die Rauchleitkanäle (5) untere Öffnungen (5a), die nach unten in der Nähe der unteren Einmündung der Haube (3) gerichtet sind, und obere Öffnungen (5b) aufweisen, die nach oben gerichtet sind und mit dem unteren Ende des Rauchkanales verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauchleitkanäle (5) jeweils mindestens einen unteren, beweglichen Abschnitt ("A") und einen oberen, festliegenden Abschnitt ("B") aufweisen, die zueinander teleskopisch verstellbar sind, und in denen Stütz- und Bewegungsmittel der beweglichen, oberen Abschnitte vorgesehen sind, um dieselben in einer gewünschten Höhe oberhalb der Feuerstelle (2) zu positionieren.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Rauchleitkanäle (5) durch Abschnitte von geradlinigen Rohren festgelegt sind, die aneinander angereiht sind und in der Nähe eines oberen Abschnittes der Haube (3) zusammenlaufen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Rauchleitkanäle (5) einen Hauptrauchkanal (5c) aufweisen, der in mittiger Stellung im wesentlichen oberhalb der Flamme der Feuerstelle (2) angeordnet ist, und eine Vielzahl von umfangsmäßig angeordneten Hilfsrauchleitkanälen (5d) aufweisen, wobei jeder Hilfsrauchleitkanal einen Querschnitt mit einer Fläche aufweist, die kleiner ist, als die Fläche des Querschnittes des Hauptrauchleitkanales (5c).
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Rauchkanäle (5) insgesamt einen Querschnitt mit einer Fläche aufweisen, die mindestens gleich der Fläche des Querschnittes des Rauchkanals (4) ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der mindestens ein unteres, plattenförmiges Schließelement (6a) vorgesehen ist, das sich im Bereich der unteren Einmündung (3a) der Haube (3) erstreckt und durchgehende Löcher aufweist, die untere Endstrecken der Rauchleitkanäle (5) aufnehmen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie überdies ein oberes, plattenförmiges Schließelement (6b) umfaßt, das in der Nähe eines oberen Abschnittes (3b) der Haube (3) angeordnet ist und durchgehende Löcher umfaßt, die die oberen Endstrecken der Rauchleitkanäle (5) aufweisen,
    wobei die unteren (6a) und oberen (6b) plattenförmigen Schließelemente in Mitwirkung mit der Haube (3) eine Kammer zur Erzeugung von Heißluft festlegen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Rauchleitkanäle (5) teilweise den Rauminhalt der Haube (3) einnehmen und die unteren jeweiligen Öffnungen (5a) nacheinander ausgerichtet längs einer Vorderseite der unteren Einmündung (3a) der Haube (3) aufweisen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Rauchleitkanäle (5) in einem an einer schon angebrachten Haube (3) angreifenden Körper (8) ausgerichtet, aneinandergereiht und festgelegt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der der einzige Körper (8) eine Übergangsrohrleitung (9) umfaßt, in der an zueinander differenzierten Höhen die oberen Öffnungen (5b) der Rauchleitkanäle (5) einmünden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei dem nach der Übergangsrohrleitung eine Zugrohrleitung (10) vorgesehen ist, die ein eigenes, oberes Ende (10a) aufweist, das im Rauchkanal (4) angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie überdies eine Hilfshaube (11) umfaßt, die mit den unteren Enden (5a) der unteren, beweglichen Abschnitte ("A") der Rauchleitkanäle (5) verbunden ist.
