Claims (5)

  1. Flügelzellenpumpe, dazu geeignet, sowohl mehr oder weniger dickflüssige Flüssigkeiten als auch breiige, körnige oder faserige Stoffe wie Fleisch, anzusaugen, von der Art, welche grundsätzlich:
    - eine Kammer (19) beinhaltet, die durch einen innen zylindrischen Stator (1) und zwei gleichfalls kreisförmigen Seitenwänden (7,8) begrenzt wird, von welchen die mit (7) bezeichnete eine Eintrittsöffnung (5) und eine Austrittsöffnung (6) aufweist;
    - einen zylindrischen Rotor (2), welcher ausmittig mit bezug auf die genannte Kammer (19) angeordnet ist, und an seinem Umfange einerseits mindestens zwei Flügelarme (3) aufnimmt, die angelenkt und abnehmbar sind, und andererseits Ausschnitte (14) aufweist, die dazu geeignet sind, die genannten Flügelarme (3) vollständig aufzunehmen und in welchen während der Rotation des genannten Rotors (2) die genannten Eintritts- (5) und Austritts- (6)-Öffnungen einmünden; so daß die Nasenkanten (10) des Rotors (2) und (17,18) der Flügel (3), sowie die Hinterkanten (11) der Einflussmündungen (5) und Ausflussmündungen (6) der Kammer (19) als Schneiden wirken,
    aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (14) des Rotors gleichzeitig an deren Umfang die Flügelarme (3) so aufnehmen, daß zwischen den genannten Flügelarmen (3) in geschlossener Stellung, den Seitenwänden (7,8), den Nasen- und Hinterkanten (10,12) und dem Boden der genannten Ausnehmungen (14) ein Raum zustandekommt, der dazu geeignet ist, das zu pumpende Produkt aufzunehmen und in welchem während der Rotation des genannten Rotors (2) die Eintrittsöffnungen (5) und Austrittsöffnungen (9) der Kammer (19) einmünden, welche von den massiven Wänden des Rotors (12) vollständig bestrichen werden.
  2. Pumpe gem. Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächen der Ausnehmungen (14) und jene der massiven Teile des Rotors (2) einander identisch sind.
  3. Pumpe gem. Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nasenkanten (10) des Rotors (2) und die Nasenkanten (17, 18) der Flügelarme (3) in bezug auf die Seitenfläche der Wandung (7) schräg verlaufen, in welcher die Öffnungen (5,6) des Ein- und Austrittes aus der Kammer (19) münden.
  4. Pumpe gem. Patentansprüchen 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nasenkanten (10) des Rotors (2) und (17, 18) der Flügelarme (3) in bezug auf die Hinterkanten (11) der Eintrittsöffnungen (5) und Austrittsöffnungen (6) der Kammer (19) kurvenförmig verlaufen.
  5. Pumpe gem. Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnung (6) so liegt, daß der Beginn ihrer Öffnung im Laufe der Bewegung des Rotors (2) mit dem Beginn des Schliessens des unteren Flügelarmes (3) übereinstimmt.
