Claims (4)
- Elektrovorrichtung zum Biegen von Rohren unter Einsatz eines Antriebssystems bestehend aus einem Elektro-Getriebemotor, der ein aus einem Profilgleitdom oder einer Profilgleitplatte bestehendes Drehelement (5) antreibt. Zu dieser Vorrichtung gehört eine Kappe (8;8') als Endlagenteil, die koaxial am Drehelement (5) befestigt ist und auf der die festen Endanschlagmittel (10, 11, 11',101, 102, 111, 112) in zwei winkligen Endstellungen angeordnet sind, um bei Umdrehung des Drehelements (5) auf einen Anschlag zu stossen, wobei den festen Endanschlägen ermöglicht wird, die Umdrehung des Drehelementes (5) zu stoppen, sobald die Endstellung erreicht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die festen Anschlagteile (25;X) enthält, die in bestimmten Winkelstellungen auf der Endlagenkappe (8;8') befestigt werden können, die ihrerseits mit dem Drehelement (5) verbunden ist, um bei der Umdrehung des Drehelements (5) auf den genannten Anschlag zu stossen und den Hub des Drehelements (5) auf bestimmte Winkel zu begrenzen, wobei der genannte Anschlag am festen Bolzen (12) eines auf einer Gleitführung auf dem Gestell der Vorrichtung angeordneten Zapfens (13) befestigt ist. Der genannte Zapfen (13) löst durch seine Bewegung den Antrieb (7) des Antriebssystems aus.
- Elektrische Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten, fest anzuordnenden Anschlagmittel durch eine Scheibe (X) mit Radialzunge (l) dargestellt werden, deren Radius (m1) eine ähnliche Länge wie der Radius (m2) der Kappe (8') hat, wobei die Scheibe (X) koaxial in winkliger Position an der Kappe (8') befestigt werden kann.
- Elektrische Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (8') eine Nut (r) enthält, in der eine Schraube (t) gleiten kann, die die Scheibe (X) fest mit der Kappe (8') verbindet.
- Elektrische Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass die zu befestigenden Anschlagmittel aus Anschlagplatinen (25) bestehen, die beweglich auf der Endstellungskappe (8) angeordnet werden können.
