Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock to be used in particular on apartment lock doors, in particular a lock which can be actuated by a connecting rod and which disassembles the locking position to the frame-side striking plate by dividing the locking member movement in such a way that firstly a pure locking step with a tightening torque made possible by a locking bevel and then a locking bolt engagement to the locking plate is achieved.
- Embodiments of such a lock are known from DE 40 06 687 A1.
- One embodiment includes a hook-shaped locking member which moves linearly over the cuff during the locking process and which, after the locking bolt has advanced, executes a downward pivoting movement in order to bring about a rear grip on the striking plate on the frame.
- the locking member is designed as a hook bolt, for its storage a lock pin on the lock housing side is used. Furthermore, the hook bolt engages with a control pin in a control slot of an actuating slide which is longitudinally displaceable in the lock housing.
- the slot section used to control the hook bolt, in which the control pin engages runs at an obtuse angle, so that a lower pivoting movement of the hook bolt is achieved in the initial phase of closing.
- the hook bolt In the final phase of closing, the hook bolt carries out a larger swiveling movement and thereby engages behind the striking plate on the frame side.
- the lower pivoting movement serves to tighten the door in the direction of the frame.
- the object of the invention is based on the object of making a lock of the type in question in a technically simple manner in terms of locking technology cheaper, in such a way that even higher tightening torques are possible without disadvantageous interlocking of the bolt, without increasing the closing forces to be applied.
- This object is achieved in a lock of the generic type by two adjacent locking members, of which the locking member having the locking member bevel is controlled in advance during the final movement, and on the other hand, by means of a pivoting movement, engaging the locking member.
- the locking member having the bevel is designed as a linearly extending mandrel.
- a circular cross section for the mandrel is particularly suitable.
- the associated strike plate recess can also be designed as a circular hole.
- the bevel is then to be designed as a flat. For example, it is possible to choose a truncated bevel in order to obtain a larger tightening path in the initial phase of the shift in appearance.
- the swinging bolt member is designed as a hook bolt, which is secured in the locked position by a locking projection against pushing back.
- the hook bolt creates a considerably more difficult joint intervention.
- the locking protrusion effectively prevents the hook bolt from being pushed out of its engagement position.
- the hook bolt has a stop which projects into the hook mouth and which, in the excluded position, strikes the rear face of the cuff. Thus, the hook bolt is locked against pushing back as well as against further advancement over its intended position.
- a favorable control of both locking members results from a drive rod-controlled actuating slide, which is in slot / pin control to the locking member having the locking member bevel and which has a control cam for pivoting the pivot bolt in and out.
- the relocation of the operating slide can take place, for example, via a drive rod from a central lock, whereby the lock having both locking members fulfills the function of an additional lock.
- a displacement of the drive rod causes the actuation slide to be carried along, which controls the locking elements one after the other as intended.
- control cam runs along a control flank of the hook bolt, while the locking member forming the bevel extends through an obliquely running slot section, and which control cam then meets an overrun slope adjacent to the locking member pivot pin and thereby actuates the hook bolt, during which time the The bevel-bearing locking member is located with its pin in a slot section which extends parallel to the direction of displacement of the actuating slide.
- the locking member forming the bevel is locked in the forward position against pushing back while increasing the security value of the lock according to the invention.
- the hook bolt has an open-sided recess with an outlet slope for the locking projection.
- the locking projection and the swivel bolt can be arranged to overlap one another, which accommodates a small overall depth of the lock.
- the lock 1 is part of a drive rod lock 2.
- This has a Central lock 3, which is attached to a longitudinal cuff 4.
- the latter is also the carrier of the lock 1, which in the exemplary embodiment fulfills the function of an additional lock.
- such an additional lock 1 is provided above the central lock 3.
- An equivalent additional lock is arranged below the central lock, but this is not shown.
- the central lock 3 it is a mortise lock with latch 5 and bolt 6.
- the latch 5 is retractable via a follower 7.
- the latch 5 can also be retracted by means of a locking cylinder 8 installed in the central lock.
- the latter also serves to close the bolt 6.
- Two complete locking rotations of the key 9 inserted into the locking cylinder 8 lead to a complete advance of the bolt 6.
- driving rods 10, 11 running on the back of the cuff 4 are displaced.
- the lock 1 serving as an additional lock has in detail a lock base 12, which is attached to the back of the cuff 4.
- a lock cover 13 extends parallel to the lock base 12.
- Fastening screws 14 serve to hold the lock cover and engage in the studs 15, 16, 17 on the lock base.
- An actuating slide 18 running in the longitudinal direction of the lock is guided on the lock base 12. Its rear edge 18 'extends to a rear narrow wall 19 which is angled from the castle floor 12 and runs parallel to the cuff 4.
- the central standing pin 16 extends through a longitudinal slot 20 of the actuating slide 18, which is aligned parallel to the cuff 4.
- the latter is with the drive rod 10 coupled, which engages with an angled end 10 'into a transverse slot 21 of the actuating slide 18 which is open at the edge.
- the aforementioned transverse slot 21 starts from the front edge 18 ′′ of the actuating slide 18.
- the lower standing pin 17 forms the pivot pin for a locking member A.
- This is designed as a hook bolt 22, configured with one arm and forms a hook mouth 23.
- the locking hook 24, which produces a joint engagement when closing, is formed at the end thereof. In the open position of the hook bolt 22, the latter is supported with it rear edge 25 on the narrow wall 19, while the locking hook 24 is flush with the front surface of the cuff 4, see in particular FIG. 5.
- a stop 26 protrudes into the hook jaw 23, the function of which will be described later.
- a control flank 27 extends below the stop 26, which, when the locking member A is closed, runs parallel to the direction of displacement of the actuating slide 18 and is located on the side of the stay pin 17 facing the cuff 4 - pivot pin.
- control flank 27 merges into a run-up slope 28 adjacent to it, which is in the range of motion of a control cam 29 of the actuating slide 18.
- control cam 29 In the open position of the lock 1, the control cam 29 is located directly below the stop 26. Furthermore, the control cam 29 bears against the control flank 27.
- actuating slide 18 So that the actuating slide 18 can be moved completely into its lower end position, it forms an entry slot 34 which is open at the edge and which is aligned with the standing pin 17 and extends in the direction of movement of the actuating slide 18.
- a further locking element B is provided above the locking element A.
- the latter is designed as a linearly extending mandrel 35. The direction of movement of the same is perpendicular to the direction of displacement of the actuating slide.
- the mandrel 35 is provided with bevels 37 on both sides of its locking head 36.
- Each bevel 37 is composed of two oblique surfaces F and F 'adjoining each other at an obtuse angle, such that the inclined surface F encloses a larger angle to the direction of displacement of the locking member B.
- the locking member B On the inside of the lock, the locking member B has a locking tail 38 integrally molded with the material. This is the carrier of a pin 39 which passes through a control slot S of the actuating slide 18 and is immersed in a guide slot 40 of the lock base 12 which runs vertically to the cuff 4.
- the control slot S has a central slot section 41, which rises obliquely in the direction of the cuff 4 and to which an upper slot section 42 adjoins the cuff 4. This is aligned parallel to the direction of movement of the actuating slide. Then follows the sloping slot section 41 downwards directed a slot section 43 arranged parallel to the cuff 4. If the pin 39 is in the slot sections 42, 43, a displacement of the locking member B is blocked.
- the locking members A, B act together with a striking plate 44 indicated by dash-dotted lines. This forms an entry opening 45 for the locking member A and an entry opening 46 for the locking member B.
- the forward movement of the locking member B is ended when the pin 39 is located on the outlet side of the slot section 41 and is aligned with the slot section 42. If the closing operation continues, the control cam 29 strikes the run-up slope 28 of the hook bolt 22 and causes the hook bolt to pivot into that shown in FIGS. 4 and 7 illustrated position. During the pivoting, the pin 39 dips into the slot section 42. Accordingly, the path which is used to secure the locking mandrel 35 against pushing back is used for pivoting the hook bolt A. In the fully forward-pivoted position thereof, the stop 26 occurs against the rear surface of the cuff 4, see FIG 18 whose locking projection 32 reaches the level of the corner edge 33 of the hook bolt 22 so that it cannot be pivoted back as a result. Since, in this locking operation described above, the locking member B pulls the door open, the locking member A, designed as a hook lock 22, can enter the associated entry opening 45 of the locking plate 4 without hindrance, producing the joint engagement between the locking plate 44 and locking member A.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lock to be used in particular on apartment lock doors, in particular a lock which can be actuated by a connecting rod and which disassembles the locking position to the frame-side striking plate by dividing the locking member movement in such a way that firstly a pure locking step with a tightening torque made possible by a locking bevel and then a locking bolt engagement to the locking plate is achieved.
Embodiments of such a lock are known from DE 40 06 687 A1. One embodiment includes a hook-shaped locking member which moves linearly over the cuff during the locking process and which, after the locking bolt has advanced, executes a downward pivoting movement in order to bring about a rear grip on the striking plate on the frame. In a further embodiment of this document, the locking member is designed as a hook bolt, for its storage a lock pin on the lock housing side is used. Furthermore, the hook bolt engages with a control pin in a control slot of an actuating slide which is longitudinally displaceable in the lock housing. The slot section used to control the hook bolt, in which the control pin engages, runs at an obtuse angle, so that a lower pivoting movement of the hook bolt is achieved in the initial phase of closing. In the final phase of closing, the hook bolt carries out a larger swiveling movement and thereby engages behind the striking plate on the frame side. The lower pivoting movement serves to tighten the door in the direction of the frame.
The object of the invention is based on the object of making a lock of the type in question in a technically simple manner in terms of locking technology cheaper, in such a way that even higher tightening torques are possible without disadvantageous interlocking of the bolt, without increasing the closing forces to be applied.
This object is achieved in a lock of the generic type by two adjacent locking members, of which the locking member having the locking member bevel is controlled in advance during the final movement, and on the other hand, by means of a pivoting movement, engaging the locking member.
As a result of such a design, a lock of the type in question is specified, which allows a higher tightening torque to be exerted with normally large closing forces, which can be the case, for example, with a strongly rejected door. The tightening torque is now brought about by a locking member and the locking engagement by another locking member. Only when the locking member having the locking member bevel has made the required tightening of the door and has completely entered the frame-side striking plate, does the other locking member engage the composite engagement by pivoting movement. This is completely free of obstructions, apart from the normal friction at the joint point of this locking element. Furthermore, this creates an increased security, in addition to the joint engagement by the locking member having the locking member bevel, so that an attempt to break open is difficult.
An advantageous development is characterized in that the locking member having the bevel is designed as a linearly extending mandrel. A circular cross section for the mandrel is particularly suitable. Accordingly, the associated strike plate recess can also be designed as a circular hole. The bevel is then to be designed as a flat. For example, it is possible to choose a truncated bevel in order to obtain a larger tightening path in the initial phase of the shift in appearance.
Furthermore, it is provided that the swinging bolt member is designed as a hook bolt, which is secured in the locked position by a locking projection against pushing back. The hook bolt creates a considerably more difficult joint intervention. The locking protrusion effectively prevents the hook bolt from being pushed out of its engagement position.
To limit the advance of the hook bolt it is provided that it has a stop which projects into the hook mouth and which, in the excluded position, strikes the rear face of the cuff. Thus, the hook bolt is locked against pushing back as well as against further advancement over its intended position.
A favorable control of both locking members results from a drive rod-controlled actuating slide, which is in slot / pin control to the locking member having the locking member bevel and which has a control cam for pivoting the pivot bolt in and out. The relocation of the operating slide can take place, for example, via a drive rod from a central lock, whereby the lock having both locking members fulfills the function of an additional lock. A displacement of the drive rod causes the actuation slide to be carried along, which controls the locking elements one after the other as intended.
It is then provided that the control cam runs along a control flank of the hook bolt, while the locking member forming the bevel extends through an obliquely running slot section, and which control cam then meets an overrun slope adjacent to the locking member pivot pin and thereby actuates the hook bolt, during which time the The bevel-bearing locking member is located with its pin in a slot section which extends parallel to the direction of displacement of the actuating slide. Thus, the locking member forming the bevel is locked in the forward position against pushing back while increasing the security value of the lock according to the invention.
Finally, there is an advantageous feature that the hook bolt has an open-sided recess with an outlet slope for the locking projection. Thus, the locking projection and the swivel bolt can be arranged to overlap one another, which accommodates a small overall depth of the lock.

In the embodiment, the
With regard to the
The
From the
So that the
A further locking element B is provided above the locking element A. Schloßinnenseitig weist das Riegelglied B einen materialeinheitlich angeformten Riegelschwanz 38 auf. On the inside of the lock, the locking member B has a locking
The locking members A, B act together with a
A.The following mode of action occurs:

In order to open the

Claims (7)
- Lock (1) for use especially on locking doors of residences, especially a lock capable of actuation by a drive rod, which breaks down the locking position to the striking plate (44) on the frame side by subdivision of the movement of the bolt member in such a way that firstly a simple bolt advancement with a drawing-in moment enabled by a bolt chamfer (37) is achieved and followed by a bolt interlocking engagement with the striking plate (44), characterised by two bolt members (A, B) adjacent to one another, of which one bolt member (B) exhibiting the bolt member chamfering (37) is steered forward during the locking movement towards the other bolt member (A) through a pivot movement affording the interlocking engagement.
- Lock according to Claim 1, characterised in that the bolt member (B) exhibiting the chamfering (37) is designed as a linearly extending bar (35).
- Lock according to one or several of the preceding claims, characterised in that the bolt member (A) pivoting out is designed as a hook locking bar (22) which in the locked-out position is secured against being pushed back by a blocking projection (32).
- Lock according to one or several of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hook locking bar (22) possesses a catch (26) projecting into the hook mouth (23) which in the locked-out position moves against the rearward surface of the cuff (4).
- Lock according to one or several of the preceding claims, characterised by an actuating slider (18) which is drive rod-controlled for both bolt members (A, B) and stands in slot/pin control to the bolt member (B) exhibiting the chamfering (37) of the bolt member and which possesses a control cam (29) for pivoting the hook locking bar (22) in and out.
- Lock according to one or several of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control cam (29) runs along a control flank (27) of the hook locking bar (22), while the bolt member (B) forming the chamfer (37) travels out through a slot section (41) running at a slope, and which control cam (29) then encounters a run up slope (28) adjacent to the bolt member pivot pin (17) and thus drives the hook locking bar (22) out, whilst the bolt member (B) carrying the chamfer (37) is located with its pin (39) in a slot section (42) which extends parallel to the displacement direction of the actuating slide (18).
- Lock according to one or several of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hook locking bar (22) possesses a peripherally open recess (30) with run off slope (31) for the blocking projection (39).
