Claims (20)

  1. Procédé pour relayer des informations dans un réseau intégré de services (23), réseau dans lequel un service de commutation de messages (24) fonctionne entre les unités d'équipement terminales du réseau,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - à l'utilisation d'une unité d'équipement terminal (1, 38) du reseau (23), il est demandé des informations, à l'aide du réseau, à un autre équipement terminal (2; 29; 31) relié au réseau, au moyen d'un message d'interrogation (41) qui comprend au moins une adresse de réponse ;
    - l'équipement terminal (2, 29, 31) qui est la cible de l'interrogation engendre un message qui contient les informations requises ;
    - les informations sont automatiquement transmises à l'adresse de réponse par le service de commutation de messages (24) du réseau.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les messages d'interrogation (41) se distinguent des autres messages du réseau par une identification séparée dans le contenu utile (43) ou dans les informations de tête (42).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les messages d'interrogation (41) contiennent une identification qui est particulière au type d'interrogation, sur la base de laquelle l'équipement terminal du réseau peut distinguer différentes interrogations les unes des autres.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'identification d'un message d'interrogation (41) est du type général défini dans le réseau, l'équipement terminal répond toujours à l'interrogation par un certain message de réponse qui contient des informations publiques.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'identification du message d'interrogation (41) est d'un type convenu entre les utilisateurs de l'équipement terminal, ce dernier répond à l'interrogation par un message contenant les informations convenues entre les utilisateurs.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'équipement terminal (2; 29; 31) répond aux messages d'interrogation seulement si l'adresse de réponse contenue dans le message d'interrogation a été mémorisée au préalable dans l'unité d'équipement terminale.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'équipement terminale (2, 29, 31) répond aux messages d'interrogation seulement si un mot de passe contenu dans le message d'interrogation correspond à un mot de passe mémorisé au préalable dans l'unité d'équipement terminale.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que les informations de chaque équipement terminal relié au service de commutation de messages du réseau intégré de services peuvent être mises à jour au moyen d'un message adressé aux unités d'équipement terminales dont les adresses sont dans le catalogue de téléphone interne dudit équipement terminal.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque utilisateur d'un équipement terminal relié au service de commutation de messages du réseau intégré de services peut envoyer simultanément un ou plusieurs enregistrements de messages vers le même destinataire.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'équipement terminale (29) qui répond aux interrogations est reliée à un système automatique (30, 34) qui, parmi les services du réseau intégré de services, supporte uniquement un service de commutation de messages (24).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que aussi bien l'équipement terminal qui interroge que celui qui répond (38, 31) sont reliés à un système automatique (37, 34) qui supporte uniquement un service de commutation de messages (24).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que dans les centres de commutation de messages (SC), les communications d'unités d'équipement terminales (MS) vers l'extérieur du réseau intégré de services (PLMN) et vice-versa sont effectuées au moyen de différents modules de service (19, 20, 21) qui sont aptes à convertir, au moins unidirectionnellement, de brefs messages transférés par le canal de signalisation du réseau en un format intelligible par des systèmes extérieurs (5, 6, 8) et vice-versa.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le centre de commutation de messages comporte un adaptateur (20) pour la transmission par téléfax sous forme de messages depuis les unités de l'équipement terminales.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le centre de commutation de messages possède un adaptateur (19) pour le routage sous forme de message d'un appel de recherche distant vers l'unité d'équipement terminale (7).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le centre de commutation de messages possède un adaptateur (21) pour effectuer des communications X.400 sous forme de messages.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le centre de commutation de messages possède un adaptateur pour envoyer et/ou recevoir sous forme de messages de brèves communications de télex.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le centre de commutation de messages possède un adaptateur pour envoyer et/ou recevoir du courrier électronique sous forme de messages.
  18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17,
    caractérisé en ce que, grâce au procédé, des informations de communication d'utilisateurs de téléphones mobiles sont transmises par le service de messages brefs d'un réseau numérique mobile terrestre.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18,
    caractérisé en ce que les informations de communication de chaque téléphone mobile (1) relié au service de messages brefs du réseau peuvent être mises à jour au moyen d'une radiodiffusion de cellule à tous les téléphones mobiles (2a, 2b, 2c) qui fonctionnent dans la même cellule.
  20. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17,
    caractérisé en ce que, grâce au procédé, des messages sont transmis dans un réseau numérique de services, tel qu'un réseau téléphonique ISDN équipé d'un service de commutation de messages.
