Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a wire section for a paper machine, in detail with the features from the preamble of claim 1.
From WO 91/02842 a twin wire former has become known, in which two endless wire belts form a twin wire zone, which can be divided into three sections. In the first Section, the two sieves run over a curved one Support surface of a support body, preferably a forming cylinder. she there form a wedge-shaped inlet gap, which the headbox immediately assigned. In the area of the forming cylinder, part of the water becomes the Pulp suspension discharged downwards; another part penetrates - due to the tension of the top wire - up through the top wire and is removed by means of negative pressure. The drainage pressure is in the Wrapping area of the sieve belts with the forming cylinder is the same.
In the second section, several resiliently supported are on the bottom wire Strips, and between these in the top sieve a firmly supported strip. In the third section both sieve belts run over another curved one Support surface of a support body. Preferably, the support body is as Forming shoe with a curved surface.
The resiliently supported strips in the second section provide strength directed to the inner surface of the lower wire. They have a linear effect Loads caused by minimal changes in cross-section when Flow of the fiber suspension with high working speed Cause turbulence in it and avoid flaking.
The combination of already known features in this tripartite arrangement ensures a relatively good Paper web quality in terms of two-sidedness, transparency and formation uniformity. The requirements for However, quality has risen in this regard, so that further improvements that are also desirable a simpler configuration of support elements should be feasible. As a disadvantage of the known The arrangement proves that due to the relative movement the inner surface between the top sieve and the rigid strips the upper sieve is subject to wear. The sieve section also has a series of different support bodies in the individual sections I, II and III have a considerable overall length.
From EP 0 516 601 A1 it is known that for intensification drainage and to achieve optimal Basis weight distribution and to counteract one Flocculation in the fiber suspension on the sieve belts pressure elements in the form of the individual support bodies of elastic blades can be effective. The blades are arranged so that their blade body essentially transverse to the web running direction with one part its surface rests on one of the sieve belts and this presses against the support body. The blades are in the described versions only as pressure elements effective, not as water peeling elements.
The support bodies are designed differently, for example as a sieve table with a closed surface or with an opening for the purpose of suction, or as a forming cylinder or as a strip-shaped element.
For the size of the pressure impulses introduced, the arrangement of the elastically designed blades in relation to the sieve belt supported by the supporting surface and their elasticity are important. A change in the size of the pressure impulses takes place in the described embodiments mechanically by means of spindles or pneumatically by means of hoses which rest on the blade body and, due to a change in cross-section, lead to increased bending stress on the blade body and thus to an increase in the contact pressure of the blade body part in contact with the screen belt. The blade arrangement with the associated adjustment mechanism for changing the contact pressures is characterized by a relatively complicated structure. So essentially only one installation position of the blades is possible. The level of the contact pressure depends on the blade properties, especially the elasticity of the blade material. With low contact forces, high blade elasticity and formation of lumps in the fiber suspension, there is a risk of the blade body vibrating. The contact pressure and thus the hydraulic pressure in the suspension or the pressure pulse effective in the suspension continue to depend on the blade angle. However, wear on the blade edge leads to a change in the blade angle. This is particularly problematic when the blade edge is worn unevenly across the machine width.
Another disadvantage of this design is that chunks that are formed from fine material that penetrates through the sieve mesh during dewatering and that can form in front of and behind the blade into a wedge that is arranged between the blade and the blade by the arrangement of the blade and support surface Support surface is formed, and there damage the sieves.
GB-A-2 045 827 shows and describes a twin-wire former in accordance with the preamble of claim 1. There are already pressure elements which face the outer wire. However, these pressure elements are not touching the outer screen. The invention is based on this document.
The invention has for its object the possibilities for Intensify drainage and improve Fiber web quality by preventing flocculation in the Fibrous suspension in a wire section of the type mentioned above further develop that the entire length of the wire section one Paper machine is reduced. The disadvantages of the known Explanations should be avoided.
This task is characterized by the characteristics of the Claims 1 to 3 and 7 solved. As a support body that in Twin-wire zones are arranged and against their support surface Pressure elements act, come primarily support elements with circumferential support surface into consideration - forming cylinder and tapes -. This offers the advantage that the Effects of centrifugal force and initiated pressure impulses add and force drainage. Furthermore, Friction on the sieve belt avoided, which leads to a reduction of wear and the required drive power contributes. However, preferably in Pressure action direction rigid support surfaces chosen in the direction of the pressure on the Sieve belts cannot dodge.
With the pressing of pressure elements it is achieved that linear or point loads and in the case of concave pressure shoe flat Loads on the mesh belt are caused, too Turbulence in the fiber suspension between the Sieve belts lead to the prevention of flaking contributes and accelerates drainage.
The printing elements, as strips, squeegees or concave Pressure shoes are formed, can be together or each for itself over the entire width of the sieve extend. It is also possible to tilt or to be rotatably supported. There are preferably always several Printing elements one behind the other in the direction of the fibrous web and substantially perpendicular to the direction of the Fibrous suspension arranged. Furthermore, these are preferably compliant to the inner surface of the screen belt contactable, the contact pressures over time as well under the successive pressure elements for each individual pressure element can be variably adjusted are. An arrangement of the pressure elements at an angle to The direction of the pulp suspension is also conceivable.
The arrangement of the pressure elements is preferably carried out such that the for pressing the pressure elements required forces directed perpendicular to the sieve belt are. This offers the advantage that the full contact pressure can be directed as a pressure force on the sieve belts.
The pressure elements are preferably stored on a support frame that is mounted on the machine frame and is pivotable from the support surface. In the case of Forming cylinder, the support frame is preferably around Forming cylinder axis swiveling and on the housing of the Forming cylinder bearing attached.

Figur 1 verdeutlicht einen Ausschnitt aus einer Siebpartie
einer Doppelsieb-Papiermaschine. Der Stützkörper 1 ist ein
Formierzylinder 1a.

In Fig. 5, the

The resiliently supported
Analog dazu bilden in dem in Figur 6 dargestellten
Hybridformer die endlosen Siebbänder 2 und 3 eine
Doppelsiebzone. In ihrem gemeinsamen Umschlingungsbereich
entstehen so zwei Hebelarme.
Anordnung. Analogously to this, in the hybrid former shown in FIG. 6, the
As a way of storing the printing elements
preferably related to that shown in FIG. 1. The
The pressing of pressure elements on a screen belt, the supports against a support body, especially in the Production of multi-ply paper, cardboard and also very thin paper, i.e. where there is a one-sided section Drainage is desired, special advantages. Of the For this purpose, the support body must be closed Have support surface.
getrennt.FIG. 8 shows an embodiment of the invention as it can be used for example for the production of cardboard. The part of a wire section shown in this figure consists of two areas, a four-wire and a twin-wire zone. Two headboxes are provided for applying the layers, a

According to the desired drainage effect and to avoid it The formation of flakes can Support body / pressure elements for the respective application in their embodiment can be varied.
