Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auf- und Abwickeln von bahnenförmigen Dichtungselementen, insbesondere von mit Schlössern versehenen Folien, mit einer drehbar gelagerten Wicklungshalterung.The invention relates to a device for winding and unwinding sheet-shaped sealing elements, in particular foils provided with locks, with a rotatably mounted winding holder.

Eine Vorrichtung der in Rede stehenden Art ist bereits aus dem deutschen Dokument DE-A-35 40 270 bekannt. In dieser Druckschrift wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dichtwand und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens beschrieben. Dabei werden Kunststoffbahnen von nur geringer, eigener Steifigkeit als Dichtungselemente auf rahmenartige Trageelemente aufgespannt. Die Dichtungselemente werden zusammen mit den Trageelementen mit Hilfe einer Hubvorrichtung in einen Erdschlitz abgesenkt, der mit einer sich verfestigenden Suspension gefüllt ist. Unter anderem wird in dieser Druckschrift auch eine Verfahrensvariante beschrieben, bei der die Kunststoffbahn endlos auf einer Rolle als Wicklungshalterung aufgewickelt ist, die seitlich neben dem Erdschlitz gelagert ist. Das untere Ende der Kunststoffbahn wird an einem, über dem Erdschlitz von der Hubvorrichtung gehaltenen Trageelement befestigt und mit dem Trageelement in den Erdschlitz abgesenkt, wobei sich die Kunststoffbahn von der Rolle abwickelt. Die bekannte Vorrichtung zum Auf- und Abwickeln von bahnenförmigen Dichtungselementen ist jedoch in der Praxis problematisch. Bedingt durch die Materialeigenschaften der Dichtungselemente, insbesondere bedingt durch deren Abmessungen und Biegesteifigkeit, weist die bekannte Rolle einen relativ großen Durchmesser und eine große Breite auf und ist entsprechend schlecht transportierbar und manövrierbar. Die Rolle muß möglichst genau parallel zum Erdschlitz ausgerichtet sein, um auch die Dichtungselemente möglichst parallel zur Orientierung des Erdschlitzes anordnen zu können. Üblicherweise werden Materialbahnen von nur geringer Steifigkeit, sogenannte Folien, als Dichtungselemente verwendet, die erst im Baustellenbereich auf die erforderliche Länge zugeschnitten werden. Die Folien werden dann an ihren seitlichen Rändern mit Schlössern versehen, beispielsweise durch Anschweißen von geeigneten Profilen. Die Bearbeitung der Dichtungselemente erfolgt üblicherweise an einem eigens hierfür vorgesehenen Ort im Baustellenbereich, jedoch nicht zwangsläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe des Einsatzortes der Dichtungslemente. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ermöglicht nun das Aufwickeln der bahnenförmigen Dichtungselemente am Bearbeitungsort und den Transport zum Einsatzort, d. h. zum Erdschlitz, in den das Dichtungselemente abgesenkt werden soll. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Vorrichtung als Fahrzeug ausgebildet und umfaßt ein Fahrwerk 3, das bei dem, in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch das Fahrwerk eines Kettenfahrzeugs gebildet ist. Die Wicklungshalterung 1 bildet zumindest einen Teil des Oberaufbaus des Fahrzeugs. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist zumindest im Baustellenbereich auch zum Transport von Dichtungselementen 2 einsetzbar. Beispielsweise können einzelne Folienbahnen am sogenannten Schweißplatz, wo die Folienbahnen zugeschnitten werden und Schlösser seitlich an die Folienbahnen angeschweißt werden, auf die Wicklungshalterung aufgewickelt bzw. aufgetrommelt werden. Die gesamte Vorrichtung, d. h. das Fahrzeug mit der Wicklungshalterung als Oberaufbau, kann die Folie dann innerhalb des Baustellenbereichs zum Einsatzort transportieren, nämlich zu dem Erdschlitz, in den die Folie abgesenkt werden soll.According to the invention, the device is designed as a vehicle and comprises a chassis 3, which in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is formed by the chassis of a tracked vehicle. Diese Gestängeanordnung bildet also praktisch das Gerüst einer Rolle oder Trommel, um das ein Dichtungselement 2 gewickelt werden kann. Der Durchmesser dieser Trommel kann je nach Wahl der ersten Elemente 9 und der Anordnung der Elemente 10 variiert werden. Auch die Breite der Trommel ist variierbar, und zwar durch die Auswahl der weiteren Elemente 11. Üblicherweise wird der Umfang der Trommel so bemessen, daß ein Auf- und Abwickeln von Dichtungselementen 2 lediglich eine reversible Verformung der Dichtungselemente 2 bewirkt. Dabei kommt es weniger auf die Folienbahnen selbst an, als auf die angeschweißten, durch Kunststoffprofile gebildeten Schlösser. Die Wicklungshalterung 1 ist neben dem Erdschlitz und parallel zu diesem positioniert. Während des Absenkens des Trageelements 16 wird das Dichtungselement 2 aufgrund der Gewichtskraft des Trageelements 16 abgetrommelt und in den Erdschlitz hinabgezogen. Für eine möglichst vertikale Ausrichtung des Dichtungselements sorgt die Umlenkvorrichtung 13. Diese drückt das Dichtungselement 2 gegen das Trageelement 16. Gleichzeitig übt die Wicklungshalterung 1 eine Rückholkraft auf das Dichtungselement 2 aus, die dazu dient, das Dichtungselement 2 möglichst gespannt zu halten und gegebenenfalls wieder aus dem Erdschlitz zu ziehen.For a better understanding of the possible uses of the device according to the invention, FIG. 3 shows how a sealing element 2 is lowered into an earth slot. Claims (22)

  1. Device for reeling and unreeling sheet-shaped sealing elements (2), especially sealing foils equipped with locks, for the insertion of said sealing elements into a slotted hole in the ground, with the device presenting a pivoted coil support,
    wherein
    (a) a reversible drive (12a, b), i.e. a drive (12a, b) enabling a clockwise and anticlockwise rotation, is provided for assembly on the coil support;
    (b) the device is provided in the form of a vehicle with undercarriage (3);
    (c) the coil support forms a superstructure of said vehicle thus enabling the device to be used, on building sites, for the transport of sealing elements;
    (d) the superstructure of said vehicle can be laterally shifted and/or swiveled with regard to the position of the undercarriage (3).
  2. The device according to Claim 1,
    wherein
    the superstructure of the vehicle can be shifted horizontally, with regard to the position of the undercarriage (3), thus enabling the coil support to be aligned on the building site.
  3. The device according to either or both of Claims 1 and 2 hereinbefore referred to,
    wherein
    the superstructure is connected to the undercarriage by means of at least one supporting beam (4) that can be moved in a substantially horizontal direction, particularly in a shifting and/or swiveling motion.
  4. The device according to Claim 3,
    wherein
    at least one, preferably four, horizontal and vertical retractable stay devices (5) are provided on one of the supporting beams (4).
  5. The device according to Claim 4,
    wherein
    the stay device (5) is equipped with a foot piece (6) connected to it in an articulated configuration.
  6. The device according to either or several of Claims 1 to 5 hereinbefore referred to,

    the superstructure can be detached, for removal, from the undercarriage (3).

    the coil support (1) includes a, preferably driven, centre shaft (7).

    at least two holding rims (8) are mounted on, and preferably on both ends of, the centre shaft (7), and
    wherein the holding rims (8) are connected with each other by means of a segmental rods structure.
  15. The device according to Claim 14,
    wherein
    the rods structure is composed mainly of linear elements (9, 10, 11), preferably rods and/or pipes.
  16. The device according to Claim 15,
    wherein
    first elements (9), protruding radially from the centre shaft (7), are attached to the holding rims (8) in a star-shaped arrangement.
  17. The device according to either or both of Claims 15 and 16 hereinbefore referred to,

    the neiqhbourinq first elements (9) attached to each holding rim (8) are connected with each other by means of other elements (10), preferably in an external radial connecting configuration.
